Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a self-tightening two-pin plug for improving the connection tightness between the plug and a spring plate in a socket so as to reduce potential safety hazards of electric sparks and the like caused by virtual connection. The invention improves the two-pin plug, so that the two-pin plug has a self-tightening function, and when the elasticity of the reed in the socket disappears, the plug is tightly connected with the reed through the self-tightening function of the plug, thereby improving the safety of daily electricity utilization. The two-pin plug can improve the electricity utilization safety and effectively prevent electricity utilization safety accidents such as fire disasters and the like caused by poor electricity utilization contact. The structure of the self-tightening two-pin plug of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a cross-sectional view of the self-tightening two-pin plug of the present invention with the blades tilted is shown. Referring to fig. 2, a cross-sectional view of the self-tightening two-pin plug of the present invention with the blades in a vertical position is shown. The structure of the self-tightening two-pin plug of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the self-tightening two-pin plug 20 of the present invention includes a housing 21, blades 22, an insulating member 23, and an elastic member 24; two oppositely arranged inserting grooves 211 are arranged on the shell 21; the inserting pieces 22 are partially inserted into the corresponding inserting slots 211, the parts of the inserting pieces 22 outside the inserting slots 211 form inserting parts 221, and the ends of the inserting pieces 22 in the inserting slots 211 form wiring parts 222; the insulating part 23 is arranged on the inserting sheet 22 and close to the wiring part 222, and the insulating part 23 is positioned in the inserting groove 211; the elastic piece 24 is supported and connected between the two insulating pieces 23, the elastic piece 24 is positioned in the shell 21, and the elastic piece 24 applies elastic force to the two inserting pieces 22 to move towards the direction away from each other; an adjusting gap 2111 is formed between the insertion slot 211 and the insertion sheet 22, so that the two insertion sheets 22 are arranged in an inclined manner that the two wire connection portions 222 are away from each other under the elastic force of the elastic member 23.
The self-tightening two-pin plug 20 of the present invention has an adjustment gap 2111 between the insertion slot 211 and the blades 22, and the adjustment gap 2111 provides a space for adjusting the position of the blades 22, so that the blades 22 can be moved and adjusted in the adjustment gap 2111 by the elastic force of the elastic member 24. And because the inserting sheet 22 is partially inserted into the inserting groove 211, the inserting groove 211 has a limiting function on the part of the inserting sheet 22 inserted therein, so that the elastic force of the elastic member 24 acts on the insulating member 23 and simultaneously acts on one end of the inserting part 222 of the inserting sheet 22, the inserting sheet 22 can be in an inclined state that one end of the inserting part 222 abuts against one side of the inserting groove 211 close to the outside of the housing 21, and the part of the inserting sheet 22 corresponding to the notch of the inserting groove 211 abuts against one side of the notch far from the outside of the housing 21, that is, the end parts of the inserting parts 221 of the two inserting sheets 22 are in a mutually close state. As shown in fig. 1, the maximum value of the angle a between the insert 22 in the tilted position and the insert 22 in the perpendicular position is 5 °.
When the plug-in connector is used, one plug-in part 221 can be abutted to one jack of a socket, and the other plug-in part 221 is abutted to the other jack of the socket, so that the limiting positions of the two jacks can enable the wiring parts 22 of the two insertion pieces 22 to extrude the elastic piece 24 to enable the two insertion pieces 22 to be vertical, and the two insertion pieces 22 in the vertical shape can be smoothly inserted into the jacks and then clamped by the reeds in the jacks. When the elasticity of the reed in the jack is not eliminated, the reed can clamp the inserting sheet to enable the inserting sheet to be kept vertical, the elastic piece 24 is in a compressed state, when the elasticity of the reed is eliminated, the reed cannot clamp the inserting sheet 22, the inserting sheet 22 is in an inclined state under the action of the elastic force of the elastic piece 24, the inserting sheet 22 in the inclined state can increase the connection tightness between the inserting sheet and the reed, virtual connection is avoided, and therefore the potential safety hazards of electric sparks and the like caused by the virtual connection are reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a pair of opposite limiting grooves 212 is provided in the housing 21 corresponding to the notch of the insertion groove 211, and the pair of limiting grooves 212 is communicated with the insertion groove 211; the insert 22 is provided with a limit pin 223 corresponding to the limit groove 212, the limit pin 223 is inserted into the corresponding limit groove 212, and a movable space 2121 is formed between the limit groove 212 and the limit pin 223.
