Abstract
一种单面粘贴保护膜及其制备方法,所述保护膜为三层膜复合而成,依次分别为防刮保护层、抗拉缓冲层、粘贴层。所述防刮层由LLDPE和LDPE制成;所述抗拉缓冲层由LLDPE制成;所述粘贴层由LLDPE和丙烯基弹性体制成。保护膜的制备方法是按照所需配比分别称取三层膜的原料并各自混合均匀,然后采用多层共挤流涎制膜机进行制膜即可。本发明的单面粘贴保护膜不添加任何粘合剂、胶水等化工原料,通过选择合适的原料及配比和膜厚等,达到了单面粘贴效果。其外观透明可视性强,不仅环保,更解决了生产、运输、叠堆、贮存和使用过程中的单面粘贴问题,可广泛应用于食品、高规格电子产品、器皿、装饰品、不锈钢产品等方面的包装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护膜,特别涉及一种单面粘贴保护膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前很多的商品其外表皆会贴覆一保护膜,藉由该保护膜贴覆于物品的表面,使该物品不受污垢沾黏,并受不被轻易刮伤等优点。现有的保护膜多是由塑料薄膜充当,塑料薄膜是用聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯以及其他树脂制成的薄膜,用于包装,以及用作覆膜层。塑料包装及塑料包装产品在市场上所占的份额越来越大,特别是复合塑料软包装,已经广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,其中又以食品包装所占比例最大,比如饮料包装、速冻食品包装、蒸煮食品包装、快餐食品包装等,这些产品都给人们生活带来了极大的便利。
由于塑料薄膜使用范围广,市场需求量较大,因此有着较多的工厂进行大批量的生产,生产的数量多自然就降低的单件产品的生产成本,提高了塑料薄膜的性价比,降低了使用塑料薄膜作为保护膜的使用成本。然而,塑料薄膜大多是双面粘贴,其实用性欠佳,更达不到环保要求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种单面粘贴保护膜,本发明还提供了一种单面粘贴保护膜的制备方法。本发明的保护膜不需另外添加任何粘性材料,完全依靠原料本身及科学配比和膜厚等决定粘度,制备简单,无色、无味、无毒、无污染。
本发明的一种单面粘贴保护膜,其特征是所述膜为三层膜复合而成,依次分别为防刮保护层、抗拉缓冲层、粘贴层。
优选所述三层膜的厚度分别为:防刮保护层0.004-0.008mm,抗拉缓冲层为0.002-0.006mm,粘贴层为0.008-0.012mm。
最优选所述三层膜的厚度分别为防刮保护层0.006mm,抗拉缓冲层为0.004mm,粘贴层为0.01mm。
进一步,本发明所述的单面粘贴保护膜,其防刮层由原料LLDPE(线型低密度聚乙烯)和LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)制成,两者的质量比为LLDPE:LDPE=(1.5-2.5):1;所述抗拉缓冲层由原料LLDPE制成;所述粘贴层由原料LLDPE和丙烯基弹性体制成,两者的质量比为LLDPE:丙烯基弹性体=(1.5-2.5):1。优选所述防刮层的两种原料的质量比为LLDPE:LDPE=2:1;所述粘贴层两种原料的质量比为LLDPE:丙烯基弹性体=2:1。
优选所述防刮保护层与抗拉缓冲层两者所需原料的质量比为3:2。
最优选所述三层膜分别由下述牌号的原料制备而成:
防刮保护层用的LLDPE为赛科公司的0220AA,LDPE为扬子-巴斯夫公司的2420H;
抗拉缓冲层的LLDPE为扬子石化公司的7042;
粘贴层的LLDPE为赛科公司的0220AA,丙烯基弹性体为美国埃克森美孚公司的威达美6202。
本发明还提供了所述单面粘贴保护膜的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)按所需重量称取防刮保护层的原料LLDPE和LDPE,并将这两种料混配均匀;按所需重量称取抗拉缓冲层的原料LLDPE;按所需重量称取粘贴层的原料LLDPE和丙烯基弹性体,并将这两种料混配均匀;
(2)采用多层共挤流涎膜机进行制膜。
本发明的保护膜在使用时将粘结层那一面与所需包装产品粘贴包覆即可。
本发明的粘结层所用的丙烯基弹性体与其他聚合物相容性好,非常容易加工,可以单独做原料,也可以与其他聚合物共混。它不仅与众多聚烯烃具有粘附性,而且可以提高用户产品的弹性、柔软性、韧性和曲挠性。特别是威达美6202,主要由等规聚丙烯的重复单元和无规分布的乙烯组成。它采用埃克森美孚化工的ExxPOLTM催化技术生产。具有优异的弹性、容易加工,并且与各类材料相容。它尤其有利于在热塑性和聚烯烃共混物中实现柔性、透明度和冲击性能之间的平衡。将其与LLDPE进行合适配比制作粘结层,可以保证膜的其他优良性能的同时充分发挥其粘附性。将丙烯基弹性体用LDPE代替然后与LLDPE相结合制作防刮层,就可以消除复合膜的表面的粘性的同时又保证了膜的强度等性能。中间采用LLDPE制作抗拉缓冲层可以增加产品的拉伸强度。
有益效果
本发明的单面粘贴保护膜不添加任何粘合剂、胶水等化工原料,主要以食品级聚乙烯(PE)为原料,通过选择合适的原料及配比和膜厚等,达到了单面粘贴效果,其制备方法简单易推广,成膜外观透明、可视性强。可保护产品在生产加工,运输、叠堆,贮存和使用过程中不受污染,腐蚀,划伤等,保护产品原有的光洁亮泽。本发明的保护膜不仅环保、更解决了生产、运输、叠堆、贮存和使用过程中的单面粘贴问题,可广泛应用于食品、高规格电子产品、器皿、装饰品、不锈钢产品等方面的包装。

下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下述实施例中所用的材料等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
(一)本实施例的单面粘贴保护膜为三层结构,依次分别为防刮保护层、抗拉缓冲层、粘贴层;所述三层膜的厚度分别为防刮保护层0.006mm,抗拉缓冲层为0.004mm,粘贴层为0.01mm。
所述三层膜按质量比分别由下述原料制备而成:
防刮保护层:原料为赛科公司的LLDPE和扬子-巴斯夫公司的LDPE 2420H,两者的质量比为LLDPE 0220AA:LDPE 2420H=2:1;
抗拉缓冲层:原料为扬子石化的LLDPE 7042;
粘贴层:原料为赛科公司的LLDPE 0220AA和美国埃克森美孚公司的丙烯基弹性体6202,两者的质量比为LLDPE 0220AA:丙烯基弹性体6202=2:1。
(二)制模。
本实施例所述单面粘贴保护膜的制备方法是包括如下步骤:
(1)按所需重量称取防刮保护层的原料LLDPE 0220AA和LDPE 2420H,并将这两种料混配均匀;按所需重量称取抗拉缓冲层的原料LLDPE 7042;按所需重量称取粘贴层的原料LLDPE 0220AA和丙烯基弹性体6202,并将这两种料混配均匀;
(2)采用多层共挤流涎制膜机进行制膜,制模机的挤出模头温度为230度。
实施例2
(一)本实施例的单面粘贴保护膜为三层结构,依次分别为防刮保护层、抗拉缓冲层、粘贴层;所述三层膜的厚度分别为防刮保护层0.004mm,抗拉缓冲层为0.006mm,粘贴层为0.008mm。
所述三层膜按质量比分别由下述原料制备而成:
防刮保护层:原料为赛科公司的LLDPE 0220AA和扬子-巴斯夫公司的LDPE 2420H,两者的质量比为LLDPE 0220AA:LDPE 2420H=1.5:1;

粘贴层:原料为赛科公司的LLDPE 0220AA和美国埃克森美孚公司的丙烯基弹性体6202,两者的质量比为LLDPE 0220AA:丙烯基弹性体6202=2.5:1。

3.如权利要求2所述的单面粘贴保护膜,其特征是所述三层膜的厚度分别为防刮保护层0.006mm,抗拉缓冲层为0.004mm,粘贴层为0.01mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的单面粘贴保护膜,其特征是所述防刮层由LLDPE和LDPE制成,两者的质量比为LLDPE:LDPE=(1.5-2.5):1;所述抗拉缓冲层由LLDPE制成;所述粘贴层由LLDPE和丙烯基弹性体制成,两者的质量比为LLDPE:丙烯基弹性体=(1.5-2.5):1。

7.如权利要求1所述的单面粘贴保护膜,其特征是所述三层膜分别由下述牌号的原料制备而成:
防刮保护层用的LLDPE为赛科公司的0220AA,LDPE为扬子-巴斯夫公司的2420H;
抗拉缓冲层用的LLDPE为扬子石化公司的7042;
粘贴层用的LLDPE为赛科公司的0220AA,丙烯基弹性体为美国埃克森美孚公司的威达美6202。
8.如权利要求1-7任意之一所述的单面粘贴保护膜的制备方法,其特征是包括如下步骤:
(1)按所需重量称取防刮保护层的原料LLDPE和LDPE,并将这两种料混配均匀;按所需重量称取抗拉缓冲层的所需原料LLDPE;按所需重量称取粘贴层的原料LLDPE和丙烯基弹性体,并将这两种料混配均匀;
(2)采用多层共挤流涎制膜机进行制膜。
