2. The in-vehicle and out-vehicle environmental monitoring and purification system of claim 1, wherein: the air quality detection unit (100), the central control unit (200) and the air purification unit (400) are communicated through signaling.

The in-vehicle and outside environment monitoring and purifying system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the air quality detection unit (100) further comprises an air quality detector (101) outside the vehicle and an air quality detector (102) inside the vehicle, and the air quality detectors and the air quality detector can be in information interaction with the central control unit (200).
4. The in-vehicle and out-vehicle environmental monitoring and purification system of claim 3, wherein: the central control unit (200) is arranged at a vehicle instrument, is controlled by a switch button and is provided with the display unit (300) for displaying monitored air quality information.
5. The in-vehicle and out-vehicle environmental monitoring and purification system of claim 4, wherein: the central control unit (200) can control whether the air quality detector (101) outside the vehicle and the air quality detector (102) inside the vehicle work or not in a signaling mode and receive air detection information.

The in-vehicle and outside environment monitoring and purifying system according to claim 4 or 5, wherein: the air purification unit (400) is an air purifier which can be actively controlled by the central control unit (200) and can execute different purification schemes according to different instructions issued by the central control unit (200), and the central control unit (200) issues active operations by a driver.

The in-vehicle and out-vehicle environmental monitoring and purification system of claim 6, wherein: the central control unit (200) is a vehicle-mounted electronic control unit, and comprises a microprocessor, a memory, an input/output interface, an analog-to-digital converter and a shaping and driving large-scale integrated circuit.
8. A method for monitoring and purifying the environment inside and outside a vehicle is characterized in that: the method also comprises the following steps of,
the air quality detection unit (100) monitors the air quality inside and outside the vehicle in real time to generate monitoring information;
the central control unit (200) receives the monitoring information for classification and provides a corresponding purification scheme;
a display unit (300) displays the purification scheme for review by a driver for selection operation;
the air purification unit (400) performs a corresponding purification action according to the selection operation.
9. The in-vehicle and out-vehicle environmental monitoring and purifying method according to claim 8, wherein: the air purification unit (400) further comprises the steps of,
the air quality detection unit (100) is in a closed state;
the driver directly opens the operation interface of the display unit (300) to perform operation selection;
-said operation selects ordering corresponding to said central control unit (200);
the air purification unit (400) performs corresponding purification operation according to the order of the central control unit (200).
