(4) paving the assembled artificial board under a hot press with the installed super-flat steel template in a short period by a board feeding device, controlling the pressing temperature to be 190 ℃ and the pressing pressure to be 12MPa, starting pressing, wherein the pressing time is 45s, trimming and coating the board output from the hot press, and finally placing the board into a cooling balancing machine for board airing cooling and surface balancing pressure treatment to obtain the finished product.
Example 2

(4) paving the assembled artificial board under a hot press with the installed super-flat steel template in a short period by a board feeding device, controlling the pressing temperature to be 190 ℃ and the pressing pressure to be 12MPa, starting pressing, wherein the pressing time is 45s, trimming and coating the board output from the hot press, and finally placing the board into a cooling balancing machine for board airing cooling and surface balancing pressure treatment to obtain the finished product.
The artificial boards prepared in examples 1-3 and the artificial boards prepared in comparative examples 1-3 were tested, and the test results are shown in table 1:

The above results show that the leather-textured panels of examples 1 to 3 have leather-like texture and touch, excellent wear resistance, scratch resistance, cigarette burning resistance, pollution resistance and other properties, the substrate is not easy to deform and warp, the physical and chemical properties of the product all meet the national standard, the texture is vivid, attractive and fashionable, the decorative effect is good, and the requirements of consumers are met.

(2) dipping plain base paper in melamine glue to obtain melamine dipped paper;
(3) sequentially paving melamine impregnated paper and release film paper on an artificial board to obtain an artificial board blank;
(4) and adding the artificial board blank into a hot press, and carrying out hot pressing to obtain the artificial board.
