Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defect that the traditional physiotherapy instrument is not matched with the oral and maxillofacial surfaces, the invention provides an infrared physiotherapy instrument with an arc-shaped irradiation surface matched with the oral and maxillofacial surfaces.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the physiotherapy instrument for nursing after oral surgery is provided with a bracket, an infrared lamp, an irradiation surface and an infrared lamp control device, and is characterized in that the irradiation surface is arc-shaped, and the infrared lamp control device controls the infrared lamp to be turned on or off.
According to the invention, the irradiation surface of the infrared physiotherapy instrument is arc-shaped, and is attached to the radian of the jaw surface of the oral cavity, so that each region of the jaw surface of the oral cavity can be irradiated simultaneously, the angle of the irradiation surface does not need to be adjusted for multiple times, the irradiation time is shortened, and the power consumption of the physiotherapy instrument is reduced.
The irradiation surface is correspondingly divided into six areas according to different dental positions of the dental arch of the oral cavity, namely a left upper jaw rear tooth area, a front upper jaw rear tooth area, a right upper jaw rear tooth area, a left lower jaw rear tooth area, a front lower jaw front tooth area and a right lower jaw rear tooth area, and infrared lamps are distributed in each area. The irradiation surface is divided into six areas corresponding to the oral and maxillofacial surfaces, and each area is provided with an infrared lamp for uniform irradiation.
The infrared lamp control device comprises a main switch and six independent switches, wherein the independent switches are arranged on a control panel, the control panel is also provided with a time control knob, and each independent switch is used for respectively controlling one infrared lamp. The infrared lamps of each irradiation area are respectively controlled, and a user can turn on or off the infrared lamps of the corresponding areas according to the needs, so that the local irradiation requirement is met.
The central angle of the irradiation surface is 110-180 degrees.

The six irradiation plates form an irradiation surface together, the irradiation plates are adjusted from the upper direction, the lower direction, the left direction and the right direction by combining with the irradiation plate adjusting mechanism and are fixed by bolts, so that the width and the height of the irradiation plates are adjusted, and the irradiation device is suitable for users with different age groups and different facial forms.
The irradiation surface of the infrared physiotherapy instrument is arc-shaped, the arc of the jaw surface of the oral cavity is attached, and the infrared lamps arranged in the different areas enable the physiotherapy instrument to irradiate the whole jaw surface of the oral cavity and the local area simultaneously, so that the infrared physiotherapy instrument is suitable for nursing after various oral operations.

Embodiment 1 as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides an infrared physiotherapy apparatus for postoperative care of oral cavity, the physiotherapy apparatus has a support 1, an infrared lamp 2, an irradiation surface 3 and an infrared control device 4, the support 1 is fixed by three legs, the infrared lamp control device 4 is arranged at the upper end of the support, the irradiation surface 3 is fixedly arranged at one end of the infrared lamp control device 4, the infrared lamp 2 is electrically connected with the infrared lamp control device 4, and the infrared lamp 2 is arranged inside the irradiation surface 3. As shown in fig. 5, the switches of the physiotherapy apparatus are controlled by a main switch 410 and six independent switches 420, not shown in the key diagram of the main switch, the six independent switches 420 respectively correspond to six control keys ABCDEF, and the on-off of the independent switches is controlled by operating the six control keys, so as to control the on-off of the infrared lamps 2 in the six areas. After six infrared lamps are connected in parallel, each parallel branch is provided with an independent switch, and the control mode is simple and reliable and has low cost.
The physiotherapy instrument support 1 is a liftable adjusting support, and the irradiation surface rotates along with the infrared lamp control device and is adjusted according to the height and the posture of the user.
In the using process, as shown in fig. 3, the user faces the irradiation surface, the bracket and the irradiation surface are adjusted to enable each area of the irradiation surface to correspond to the corresponding area of the oral jaw surface, the main switch is turned on, the infrared lamp of the corresponding irradiation area is turned on according to the use requirement, the time control knob 421 is rotated to set the irradiation time, the physiotherapy can be performed, and the waiting irradiation time is finished.
Embodiment 2 differs from embodiment 1 in that the integrally formed irradiation surface in embodiment 1 is changed to six irradiation plates to be spliced into one irradiation surface, and an irradiation plate adjusting mechanism 6 is arranged between the two irradiation plates and the bracket 1 and used for adjusting the distance between the irradiation plates.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the irradiation surface is formed by splicing six irradiation plates, namely, a left upper jaw irradiation plate 310, a middle upper jaw irradiation plate 320, a right upper jaw irradiation plate 330, a left lower jaw irradiation plate 340, a middle lower jaw irradiation plate 350 and a right lower jaw irradiation plate 360, and for convenience in switching control, letters ABCEF are respectively marked on the six irradiation plates, and each control button corresponds to each irradiation plate. Each irradiation plate is internally provided with an infrared lamp 2, and the corresponding control buttons control the illumination or extinction of the infrared lamp, and the control principle is the same as that of the embodiment 1, and the details are not repeated here.
The irradiation plate adjusting mechanism 6 is composed of a longitudinal bracket 61, a transverse bracket 62, an adjusting bolt 63, a guide rail 64 and a locking bolt 65, wherein the longitudinal bracket 61 is fixed with the bracket 1, the longitudinal bracket 61 is of a slidable up-down sleeved structure, the longitudinal bracket 61 can be adjusted in the up-down direction, the longitudinal bracket 61 is fixed by the adjusting bolt 63, and the transverse bracket 62 is welded and fixed with the longitudinal bracket 61. The upper jaw middle irradiation plate 320 and the lower jaw middle irradiation plate 350 are respectively fixed on the upper and lower transverse brackets 62 by two locking bolts 65, the rear surfaces of the other four irradiation plates are respectively provided with a guide rail 64, the transverse brackets 62 penetrate into the guide rails, the positions of the irradiation plates are adjusted left and right according to the use requirement, and the irradiation plates are fixed by the locking bolts 65 after the adjustment is completed.
In the using process, as shown in fig. 3, the user faces the irradiation surface, six irradiation plates are contacted with each other, the irradiation surface is in the minimum state at this time, the height of the support 1 is adjusted, the middle part of the irradiation surface is approximately opposite to the middle part of the oral cavity of the user, the irradiation plate adjusting mechanism 6 is adjusted according to the size of the jaw surface of the user, each irradiation plate is opposite to the corresponding area of the jaw surface of the oral cavity as much as possible, the master switch is turned on, the infrared lamp of the corresponding irradiation area is turned on according to the use requirement, the irradiation time is set by rotating the time control knob 421, physical therapy can be performed, and the waiting irradiation time is finished.
