Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a limb distal nerve repair system based on nerve targeted regulation and a realization method thereof, and mainly solves the problem that in the prior art, partial nerves of a patient can not be repaired easily because rehabilitation type repair is carried out from a proximal end to a distal end.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the limb distal end nerve repairing system based on nerve target regulation and control is composed of a scalp rehabilitation training device for repairing scalp nerves of a patient, a hand rehabilitation training device for repairing hand nerves of the patient, a foot rehabilitation training device for repairing feet of the patient, wireless communication modules respectively installed on the scalp rehabilitation training device, the hand rehabilitation training device and the foot rehabilitation training device, and a control button module for realizing remote control with the wireless communication modules.
Furthermore, the scalp rehabilitation training device comprises a hemispherical device shell, a scalp massage device which is arranged at the inner side of the device shell and is used for massaging scalp nerves so as to promote blood circulation, the scalp massage device comprises a first control receiving device which is internally provided with a wireless communication module and is used for receiving control commands of a control button module, a first electric therapeutic apparatus which is integrated in the first control receiving device, a plurality of physiotherapy holes which are arranged on the inner side surface of the device shell, a physiotherapy board which is fixed in the device shell through springs and is matched with the appearance of the device shell, physiotherapy contacts which are arranged on the physiotherapy board and correspond to the physiotherapy holes one by one, an electric heating device which is arranged in the physiotherapy contacts, an inflatable cushion which is arranged in the device shell and is positioned at the back of the physiotherapy board, and a vibrator which is fixed on the physiotherapy board and is positioned between the physiotherapy board and the inflatable cushion, the fixing belts are arranged at two ends of the device shell and used for fixing the whole device shell when in use; the electric heating device and the vibrator are connected with the first control receiving device through a power line external power supply, the inflatable cushion is matched with a first inflation valve, the first inflation valve is connected with an inflation device through a pipeline, and the first electric therapeutic apparatus is connected with a plurality of head electric contacts located on the physiotherapy contact through a lead.
Furthermore, the electric heating device and the vibrator are connected with a regulating device through leads, the regulating device comprises a temperature regulator and a vibration frequency regulator, wherein the electric heating device is a head electric heating wire and is fixed in the physiotherapy contact.
Further, the physiotherapy contact is hemispherical, wherein the diameter of the physiotherapy contact is equal to that of the physiotherapy hole, and the physiotherapy contact is made of elastic rubber materials.
Further, the hand rehabilitation training device comprises a glove which is matched with the palm in shape, has an air bag structure and has various hand nerve stimulation functions, a second inflation valve, a second control receiving device and a second electric therapeutic apparatus, wherein one end of the second inflation valve is communicated with the air bag structure, the other end of the second inflation valve is communicated with the inflation device, the second control receiving device is arranged outside the glove, is internally provided with a wireless communication module and is used for receiving control instructions of the control button module, and the second electric therapeutic apparatus is integrated in the second control receiving device; the glove comprises finger parts, a palm part and a back part which are connected into a whole from the outside and independent from each other from the inside, inflation ports which are respectively arranged at the tail ends of middle finger sleeves of the finger parts, the center of the palm part and the center of the back part and are communicated with a second inflation valve, and a hand electric heating wire and a medicine permeation bag which are arranged on the inner layers of the finger parts, the palm part and the back part; the hand electric heating wire is electrically connected with the second control receiving device, and the second electric therapeutic apparatus is connected with a plurality of hand electric contacts which are positioned on the inner surface of the glove and at hand acupuncture points through conducting wires.
Further, all be equipped with on the inner layer structure of finger portion, palm portion and back of the hand and link to each other and be used for detecting pressure, the temperature sensor that finger, palm and back of the hand received with the inside wireless communication module of second control receiving arrangement.
Furthermore, the foot rehabilitation training device comprises a foot sleeve which is matched with the foot shape, has an inflatable cushion airbag structure and has a plurality of foot nerve stimulation functions, a third inflation valve with one end communicated with the airbag structure and the other end communicated with an inflation device, and a third control receiving device which is arranged outside the foot sleeve, is internally provided with a wireless communication module and is used for receiving control commands of the control button module, and a third electric therapeutic apparatus which is integrated in the third control receiving device, wherein the foot sleeve comprises foot electric heating wires which are arranged inside five toes, and a foot massage device which is arranged at the sole plate and the ankle joint and is used for massaging the foot acupuncture points and the ankle joint, the foot massage device has the same structure as the scalp massage device, the foot electric heating wires are the same as the hand electric heating wires and the head electric heating wires, and meanwhile, the foot sleeve is also provided with a foot electric contact which is connected with a third electric therapeutic apparatus through a power wire.
Further, the device shell, the gloves and the foot covers are all made of hard materials.
Specifically, the control button module comprises a wireless communication module arranged inside, buttons arranged on the surface of the control button module and used for starting the scalp rehabilitation training device, the hand rehabilitation training device and the foot rehabilitation training device, a display screen arranged on the surface of the control button module and used for receiving and displaying pressure and temperature information fed back by the scalp rehabilitation training device, the hand rehabilitation training device and the foot rehabilitation training device, adjusting buttons arranged on the control button module and used for adjusting the strength of the first, second and third electric therapeutic apparatuses, a reset button arranged on the control button module and used for enabling the adjusting interface to return to an initial state, and a power supply button used for starting or closing the display screen.
The implementation method of the limb distal nerve repair system based on nerve targeted regulation comprises the following steps:
(S1) wearing one or more of a scalp rehabilitation training device, a hand rehabilitation training device, and a foot rehabilitation training device on the patient according to the actual situation;
(S2) opening an inflation valve on the corresponding rehabilitation training device, and inflating through an inflation device to enable the heating wire and the physiotherapy contact to be in contact with the skin;
(S3) connecting the heating wire, the vibrator and the electric therapeutic apparatus of the corresponding rehabilitation training device to a power supply;
(S4) the hand-held control button module presses the button of the corresponding rehabilitation training device and adjusts the strength of the electric therapeutic apparatus, thereby starting the corresponding rehabilitation training device.
(S5) observing temperature and pressure information in the corresponding rehabilitation training device through a display screen provided on the control button module;
(S6) when the massage time is up, the corresponding power supply is turned off and the corresponding rehabilitation training device is taken off.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention carries out rehabilitation training on the far-end nerves of the human body, such as the scalp, the fingers and the feet, and after the far-end nerves are rehabilitated, the near-end nerves can be comprehensively influenced by the movement of the far-end nerves and the control of the brain, so that the self-rehabilitation is realized. According to the invention, the traditional nerve repair mode is changed, the nerve repair is carried out by adopting the reverse development sequence, and the directional repair mode is combined, so that the repair of all damaged nerves of a brain injury patient is realized, and the problems of the existing nerve repair mode are effectively solved.
(2) The scalp rehabilitation training device of the invention is characterized in that a shell of the device is sleeved on a skull and is fixed by a fixing band, so that a physical therapy contact is contacted with scalp nerve tissues, the extrusion degree of the physical therapy contact to scalp nerves is adjusted by the inflation action of an inflation device on an inflation cushion, so as to realize the adjustment of the massage strength of the scalp nerves, the physical therapy contact is heated by an electric heater to thermally stimulate the scalp nerves, the scalp nerves are enabled to be loose by adopting a thermal therapy mode, and the scalp nerves are massaged and relaxed by the vibration of a vibrator, because the physical therapy contact adopts a hemispherical shape made of an elastic rubber material, the damage to the scalp nerves is avoided, the stimulation and the relaxation of the scalp nerves are effectively realized, and the training device of the invention does not need the assistance and is not limited by working and living places, and only needs to be worn by others, the scalp nerve rehabilitation training device has the advantages that the scalp nerve rehabilitation training device can well realize the relaxation of scalp nerves and the rehabilitation training of the scalp nerves after the power supply is switched on and the stimulation intensity is set, has the function of targeted regulation and control because the scalp nerve stimulation training device is specially carried out aiming at the scalp nerve stimulation, and can relax the scalp nerves of people, relieve the scalp tension state of people and ensure the physical and mental health of people.
(3) According to the ingenious scalp rehabilitation training device, the inflatable cushion, the inflatable valve and the inflating device are arranged, so that the extrusion degree of the scalp by the physical therapy contact is adjusted, the stimulation intensity is adjusted, and the adjusting convenience of the rehabilitation training is greatly improved.
(4) The glove part in the hand rehabilitation training device is integrated in appearance, but the finger part, the palm part and the back part of the hand are mutually independent, the glove is integrally of an air bag structure, the heating wire and the medicine permeation bag are arranged on the inner layer structure of the glove, the control device and the air pump are utilized to realize the restart control of the glove and the heating of the heating wire, so that the pressure stimulation, the medicine stimulation and the temperature stimulation of the hand nerve rehabilitation training device to the hand are realized, and the finger part, the palm part and the back part which are mutually independent can be independently controlled by different parts such as fingers, palms, backs and the like to receive different stimulation intensities and stimulation modes, so that the targeted rehabilitation training of the nerves of the hand is carried out, and the treatment effect is improved.
(5) According to the hand rehabilitation training device, the temperature sensors and the pressure sensors are arranged on the finger parts, the palm parts and the back parts of the hands, so that the temperature and the pressure of each part of the hands can be detected in real time and fed back to the control device, the stimulation intensity and the stimulation mode are adjusted, and the optimal stimulation effect is given to the hand nerves.
(6) The shell, the gloves and the foot cover of the device are all made of hard materials, so when the inflatable cushion or the air bag (the same as the inflatable cushion and the air bag) inflates the inside of the device, the external shape of the inflatable cushion and the air bag can not be changed, and the joint part can not act because of stimulation in the process of a massage theory, thereby ensuring the physiotherapy effect.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the limb distal nerve repair system based on nerve targeted regulation and control comprises a scalp rehabilitation training device 1 for repairing scalp nerves of a patient, a hand rehabilitation training device 2 for repairing hand nerves of the patient, a foot rehabilitation training device 3 for repairing feet of the patient, wireless communication modules respectively installed on the scalp rehabilitation training device 1, the hand rehabilitation training device 2 and the foot rehabilitation training device 3, and a control button module 4 for realizing remote control with the wireless communication modules.
The specific implementation method comprises the following steps:
this embodiment takes the patient to perform rehabilitation training on the scalp, hands and feet at the same time as an example. First, the head bags are worn respectively, the device case 11 is put on the head bags, and the head bags are fixed by the fixing bands 17, which are not limited to a certain type, as long as the fixing can be achieved.
