Description

Intramedullary nail sighting device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of orthopedic medical instruments, in particular to an intramedullary nail sighting device.
Background
The intramedullary nail is a relatively common method for treating fracture, in particular to a first-choice method for fracture of femoral, tibial and humeral diaphysis. Based on the structural characteristics of the intramedullary nail, the intramedullary nail belongs to biological fixation (relatively stable), the stress distribution is relatively uniform, the influence on fracture ends is small, and the elasticity is beneficial to fracture healing.
In clinic, intramedullary nail aiming fixation is often aided by an intramedullary nail aiming device. In the process, the intramedullary nail, the handle, the proximal end aiming device, the gear bracket, the distal end aiming device and the lateral bracket are assembled firstly, then the E-shaped clamping block and the positioning rod are used for downwards pressing and positioning the intramedullary nail distal end positioning platform, finally the protective sleeve is clamped in the sleeve hole of the lateral bracket, and the locking nail is implanted into the intramedullary nail distal end locking nail hole through the protective sleeve, so that the distal end locking nail fixing can be completed.
The locking pin is typically implanted from the inside of the patient's affected limb. Therefore, in the case of the fixed connection of the lateral bracket and the shift bracket, the positional relationship between the two is determined. That is, the intramedullary nail sighting device in a connecting mode is only suitable for the intramedullary nail implantation operation of one of the left and right affected limbs. Therefore, two intramedullary nail sights with different connecting directions between the lateral bracket and the gear bracket are generally needed to meet the operation application requirements of the affected limbs on the left side and the right side of the patient. This objectively increases the cost of medical equipment in hospitals directly and to some extent, inconveniences the operation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an intramedullary nail sighting device which aims to solve the technical problems in the prior art.
The intramedullary nail sight of the invention comprises a handle, a lateral bracket, a gear bracket and at least one lock nut. The lateral support has a connecting end and a free end. The shift bracket has a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal portion has a gear stage. The gear section is provided with scales. The distal portion has a connecting section. The connecting section has opposite sides. The connection end may be detachably secured to either of the two sides. The intramedullary nail sight can be applied to any side of the left or right affected limb of a patient according to actual needs, two intramedullary nail sights with different connection directions of a lateral bracket and a gear bracket are not needed any more, the instrument cost of a hospital is objectively reduced, and convenience is brought to smooth operation.
According to one aspect of the intramedullary nail sight of the present invention, the connecting section has two through holes, the axes of the two through holes are parallel to each other, and two ends of each of the two through holes are located on the two sides, respectively. Such an arrangement enables the gear bracket to have a structure that can be conveniently and firmly connected with the gear bracket through either one of the two sides.
According to another aspect of the intramedullary nail sight of the present invention, the connecting end has a threaded joint and a protrusion. The threaded joint and the projection are inserted into the two through holes from one of the two sides, respectively, and the threaded joint is fixed by one of the lock nuts on the other of the two sides. Such an arrangement allows the lateral support to be attached to either of the sides in a convenient and secure manner.
According to yet another aspect of the intramedullary nail sight of the present invention, the connecting end has two threaded joints. The two threaded joints are respectively inserted into the two through holes from one of the two sides, and the two threaded joints are respectively fixed by the two lock nuts at the other of the two sides. Such an arrangement allows the lateral support to be attached to either of the sides in a convenient and secure manner.
According to yet another aspect of the intramedullary nail sight of the present invention, the distal portion has a sleeve bore with an axis perpendicular to a plane in which the axes of the two through holes lie, and the sleeve bore axis is equidistant from the axes of the two through holes. The setting can make the locating lever insert into the distal locating lever hole of the intramedullary nail through the locating lever sleeve, and then make the distal end of the intramedullary nail accurately and smoothly locked.
According to yet another aspect of the intramedullary nail sight of the present invention, the proximal portion has a distal aiming device. Such an arrangement facilitates the aiming operation of the distal end of the intramedullary nail and improves aiming accuracy.
According to a further aspect of the intramedullary nail sight of the present invention, the lateral support is made of a material that is penetrable by X-rays. Such an arrangement may avoid the lateral support from obscuring the X-ray imaging.
According to a further aspect of the intramedullary nail sight of the present invention, the free end has a screw. Such an arrangement facilitates better securement of the protective sleeve within the sleeve bore and extends the useful life of the lateral bracket to some extent.
According to a further aspect of the intramedullary nail sight of the present invention, the free end has two sleeve bores, and the two sleeve bores are axisymmetric about the axis of the screw. Such an arrangement facilitates the smooth implantation of the locking pin through the through-bore of the sleeve and into the locking pin bore at the distal end of the intramedullary nail.
