Background
The roof luggage rack is arranged at the top of the automobile and used for loading large articles such as large luggage, kayaks, swim rings and the like, and the automobile with the roof luggage rack is particularly convenient when traveling outside and can meet different demands of people.
In the past, a car owner selects to install a roof luggage rack, and more articles can be borne when the car owner travels conveniently, so that the car owner commonly installs the roof luggage rack made of a metal material, and the bearing requirement of the roof luggage rack is met.
But the car of walking in the urban area at present, the car owner is for the appearance of car pleasing to the eye, installs roof luggage rack additional at the car top generally and strengthens the car pleasing to the eye, and roof luggage rack need not to be as bearing demand, and consequently many partial car owners can purchase by oneself, then install, but present luggage rack structure is fixed, installs all comparatively trouble, lacks a quick installation, convenient operation and lightweight luggage rack.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the technical problem to be solved by the application is to provide a luggage rack, wherein inner hook pieces are sleeved at two ends of a positioning cross rod, outer hook pieces are fixed by bolts, and the luggage rack is clamped and installed on brackets at two sides of a car body, so that split installation is realized, and the trouble that the traditional installation is complicated and unstable is avoided.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention discloses a luggage rack, which is made of stainless steel or aluminum and comprises a positioning cross rod; the inner hook pieces are respectively sleeved at two ends of the positioning cross rod, the inner hook pieces are positioned at the lower side of the positioning cross rod and are provided with movable adjusting holes for installing rivets, and the outer ends of the inner hook pieces are respectively provided with a first extending positioning part and a first inner hook part up and down; the bolt is fixed on the outer hook piece of the first extension positioning part, the outer hook piece is provided with a second extension positioning part corresponding to the first extension positioning part and a second outer hook part corresponding to the first inner hook part, and the first inner hook part and the second outer hook part form clamping openings to be matched and clamped on two sides of the roof support.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the movable adjusting hole is configured as a kidney-shaped slot, and a circle of kidney-shaped limiting groove is formed in a ring.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first extending positioning portion includes a locking portion with a oval hole in the middle; guide groove parts positioned at two sides of the locking part; and a side shield part protruding outside the guide groove part and extending downward.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second extending and positioning portion includes a locking cover portion that is covered and fixed to the locking portion by a bolt; a guide cover part correspondingly covered on the guide groove part; and a butt piece part attached to the inner side of the side shield part.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the first inner hook portion has two rivet holes.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a lower end of the second outer hook portion has a protrusion extending toward the first inner hook portion.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first inner hook portion and the second outer hook portion are both sleeved with plastic sleeves.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the two ends of the positioning cross bar are downward in radian, and the cross section is elliptical.

The inner hook piece is sleeved at two ends of the positioning cross rod, the outer hook piece is fixed by bolts, and the split type installation is realized by clamping the inner hook piece on the brackets at two sides of the vehicle body, so that the trouble that the installation is complicated and unstable in the past is avoided.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present application will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, by which the implementation process of how the present application can be applied to solve the technical problems and achieve the technical effects can be fully understood and implemented.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a luggage rack according to an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of an inner hook according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating the separation of the inner hook and the outer hook according to an embodiment of the application. As shown, a roof rack is made of stainless steel or aluminum and includes a locating rail 10; the inner hook pieces 20 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the positioning cross rod 10, the inner hook pieces 20 are positioned at the lower side of the positioning cross rod 10 and are provided with movable adjusting holes 30 for installing rivets, and the outer ends of the inner hook pieces 20 are respectively provided with a first extending positioning part 40 and a first inner hook part 50 up and down; the outer hook 60 is fixed on the first extending and positioning portion 40 by bolts, the outer hook 60 has a second extending and positioning portion 70 corresponding to the first extending and positioning portion 40, and a second outer hook 80 corresponding to the first inner hook 50, and the first inner hook 50 and the second outer hook 80 form a clamping opening to be clamped on two sides of the roof bracket in a matching manner.
The two ends of the positioning cross rod 10 are sleeved with the inner hook piece 20, the outer hook piece 60 is fixed at the outer end of the inner hook piece 20 through bolts, the inner hook piece and the outer hook piece are matched, a clamping opening is formed, and finally the positioning cross rod is clamped on a roof bracket to realize fixation. Specifically, one end of the inner hook 20 is sleeved on the positioning cross rod 10, the other end is bifurcated, the inner hook is provided with a first extending and positioning part 40 positioned at the upper side and a first inner hook 50 positioned at the lower side, the outer hook 60 is provided with a second extending and positioning part 70 and a second outer hook 80, wherein the first extending and positioning part 40 and the second extending and positioning part 70 are connected through bolts to complete fixation, the first inner hook 50 and the second outer hook 80 are mutually matched to form a clamping opening and are used for being clamped on a corresponding bracket of a vehicle body, the installation is finally completed, a transversely arranged luggage rack is formed, in addition, when the luggage rack is specifically installed, the inner hook 20 is sequentially installed on the inner side of the bracket through a movable adjusting hole 30 in a limiting mode, the integral installation is completed through the fixed outer hook 60, the operation is simpler and more convenient, and the problems of complicated installation and troublesome disassembly in the past are avoided.
Preferably, the movable adjusting hole 30 is provided with a waist-round shape, so that small-size adjustment is realized, and a circle of waist-round limiting groove 31 is annularly arranged for fastening rivets, and meanwhile, hidden installation is realized, so that the attractiveness is enhanced.
The first extending and positioning part 40 comprises a locking part 41 with a kidney-shaped hole in the middle; guide groove portions 42 located on both sides of the locking portion 41; and a side shield portion 43 protruding outside the guide groove portion 42 and extending downward.
Correspondingly, the second extending and positioning portion 70 includes a locking cover portion 71 that is covered and fixed to the locking portion 41 by a bolt; a guide cover 72 correspondingly covering the guide groove 42; and a butt piece portion 73 attached to the inner side of the side shield portion 43. In this embodiment, the second extending and positioning portion 70 is attached to the first extending and positioning portion 40, the respective profiles correspond to each other, the locking portion 41 and the locking cover portion 71 are fastened by bolts, the guide groove portions 42 on both sides and the guide cover portion 72 are mutually engaged and limited, the locking portions 41 in the middle are staggered, the overall strength is enhanced, the tab portions 73 are inserted and attached to the inner wall of the side shield portion 43, the full attachment of the two is finally achieved, then the butt joint is completed, the three are mutually matched, the installation is compact, and the overall stability is also high.
Preferably, the first inner hook portion 50 has two rivet holes 51 to facilitate positioning to the corresponding position of the roof bracket for fastening.
The second outer hook 80 has a protrusion at its lower end extending toward the first inner hook 50, so as to be able to conveniently abut against the roof rack at its lower end, thereby enhancing the fastening property after installation.
It should be noted that the first inner hook portion 50 and the second outer hook portion 80 are both sleeved with the plastic sleeve 90, so as to enhance the contact tightness with the roof support, enhance friction, facilitate replacement, and improve the durability of the outer hook member 60 and the inner hook member 20.
In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, the radian of the two ends of the positioning cross rod 10 is downward, and the cross section is elliptical, so that the balance is enhanced, and the aerodynamic design is met.
