Abstract
本发明公开了一种防红枣裂果的化学组合物,由如下质量份的原料组成,钨酸钠1‑2份,氯化钴2‑3份、布洛芬1‑3份。其制备方法是首先将三种试剂分别用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得水溶液,然后将三种水溶液混合在一起,搅拌均匀即可。本发明的使用方法是,以枣树盛花期时间为起始日,此后第60天、75天、90天分三次全树均匀喷施,喷施时应注意叶片正反两面喷施,喷至叶面湿润但不汇集成小水流为宜,同时,喷施时应注意天气状况,避免阴雨天、大风天和高温天施用。本发明具有防红枣裂果效果显著、省工、成本低、易实施的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防红枣裂果的化学组合物及其使用方法。
背景技术
红枣是我国的特有果树,有着3000多年的栽培历史。枣果经济价值高,维生素含量丰富,被誉为“天然维生素丸”,在我国被广泛种植,其味甜可口,深受国内外消费者的欢迎。枣裂果是由连阴雨造成的自然灾害,近年来红枣裂果发生越来越多,不仅影响红枣外观,且会引起外源微生物(有害细菌、真菌)入侵,造成烂果、减产、绝产,影响红枣品质和经济效益,严重制约了红枣产业的发展,红枣裂果防治技术的研究越来越引起研究人员的重视。枣成熟期含糖量增高,果皮弹性降低,由韧变脆。成熟期降雨是诱发裂果的主要因素。红枣成熟期果皮组织柔韧性减弱,而雨天特别是连阴雨天,在水分胁迫下,果肉过多地吸收水分后使果肉组织膨胀增大,柔韧性较差的果皮组织在受到果肉组织短时间吸水突发性体积增大造成的挤压,果皮破裂产生裂果。
目前,防治红枣裂果的方法主要有:选择抗裂品种,在树冠地面铺地膜、在幼果期对果进行套袋或合理修剪等枣园管理措施,合理施肥,使红枣的成熟期提前或推迟,这些方法均能起到一定的防治裂果的效果。但这些措施总体实施成本较高。在红枣成熟期利用叶面喷施抗裂剂是近年来发展趋势。中国专利201410277695.8公开了一种叶面肥包括以下成分 :0.1wt% -0.5wt%的 硝 酸 钙 ;0.005wt % -0.008wt % 的 赤 霉 素 ;0.1wt%-0.3wt%的硼砂 ;0.5wt% -1wt%的硅烷偶联剂,从第一次对枣树喷洒叶面肥,每隔 7 天喷一次,共喷 9 次。中国专利201410400386.5公开了一种防止枣裂果的方法,即在枣树开花前期,始花期开始 15 天之内,对枣花喷施硝酸钙、氯化钙、甲酸钙或西维因中任意一种作为疏花剂,以疏掉前期开的花,使得后期开的花结实,如此可使果实发育时间推迟 10 -15 天左右,从而有更大的几率躲过果实发育后期的多雨天气。中国专利201510683235.X公开了一种防枣裂的植物调节剂,由下述重量百分数的组份混合均匀制成 :季铵盐类阳离子表面活性剂0.5~80、钙盐0.5~80、促长剂0.01~20、增稠剂 1 ~ 20、水 1 ~ 80、酒精 0~ 20。中国专利201610287951.0公开了一种官滩枣防裂果方法,在每年8月中下旬,官滩枣白熟期,对果树喷洒防裂果剂,每隔20天喷洒一遍,连续喷洒三遍,所述防裂果剂由以下重量份配比的成分组成:硒酸钠10-20份,葡萄糖酸锌20-25份,亚磷酸20-30份,乙酸锌2-3份,氢氧化钾3-5份,水杨酸5-10份,四甲基戊二酸0.5-1份,尿素10-20份,甜蜜素0.1-0.3份。中国专利201611136194.3公开了一种同步防控枣裂果和缩果病的方法,包括在6月中下旬,在枣树冠下根系集中分布层,施入硫酸钾:硫酸锰;7月上中旬,叶面喷施氯化钙、代森锰锌、6-BA、硅酸钠;7月下旬到9月初,叶面喷施氯化钙、代森锰锌、NAA、硅酸钠,喷施间隔10-15天,喷施3-4次。中国专利201710448001.6公开了一种防裂果的枣树专用肥料,由下列重量份的原料制成:芝麻饼粕42-46、麦麸25-26、乙二胺四乙酸铁钠3-4、硫酸锰0.6-0.8、硫酸铵6-7、葡萄糖酸钙1-2、骨胶1-2、凹凸棒粉3-4、玉米蛋白粉24-26、丙烯酰胺0.5-0.6、马来酸酐0.1-0.2、过硫酸铵0.4-0.5、壳聚糖16-17、纳米零价铁0.6-0.7、环氧氯丙烷0.1-0.2、0.5%乙酸溶液适量、0.5mol/L氢氧化钠溶液适量、水适量。中国专利201710514283.5公开了一种防治红枣裂果的叶面肥,按质量百分比由以下组分组成:硝酸钾38-42%,硝酸铵33-36%,硫酸镁7-8%,磷酸二氢钾3-4%,无水氯化钙8.5-10%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.7-0.85%,七水合硫酸亚铁0.5-0.65%,肌醇1 .5-2 .5%,甘氨酸0 .04-0 .05%,盐酸硫胺0.001-0.003%,盐酸吡哆醇0.005-0.15%,烟酸0.005-0.02%,以上各组分的质量之和为100%。中国专利201710514830.X公开了一种防治红枣裂果的复合肥,包括以下组分:硝酸钾,硝酸铵,硫酸镁,磷酸二氢钾,无水氯化钙,碘化钾,硼酸,硫酸锰,硫酸锌,钼酸钠,五水合硫酸铜,六水合氯化钴,乙二胺四乙酸二钠,七水合硫酸亚铁,肌醇,甘氨酸,盐酸硫胺素,盐酸吡哆醇,烟酸。中国专利201711097073.7公开了一种防止冬枣裂果的液体肥料及其制备方法。该液体肥料由活性液体肥基底制剂1000份;氮12 ~ 23份、钾16 ~ 28份、磷3 ~ 12份、硼16~ 32份、钙15 ~ 30份、镁1 ~ 8份、锌0.1 ~ 5份、钼0.1 ~ 5份、铁0.1 ~ 5份;所述液体肥料中含有甘氨酸10 ~ 21份、亮氨酸1 ~ 8份、赖氨酸1 ~ 9份、色氨酸3~ 12份、赤霉素1 ~ 9份、有机钙16 ~ 26份、无机钙盐10 ~ 22份。中国专利201711329582.8公开了一种枣树专用防裂叶面肥及其制备方法与应用。所述枣树专用防裂叶面肥的质量百分比组成如下:氯化钾5%~8%;氯化钙7%~15%;硼砂1%~5%;螯合镁1%~5%;螯合铁1%~3%;硫酸锌0.5%~1 .5%;硫酸锰0.2%~0.6%;有机硅3%~4%;余量水。中国专利201711380432.X公开了一种控制枣树田间裂果的方法,其中在幼果期至膨大期:叶面喷施0.1 ~ 0.5%的氯化钙水溶液,每隔14 ~ 16天喷1次,连续喷洒3 ~4次;果色转白期:叶面喷施0.3 ~ 0.5%的磷酸二氢钾,每隔14 ~ 16天喷1次,连续喷洒2 ~ 4次;成熟期:叶面喷施0.5 ~ 1.5%的果胶溶液; 幼果期喷施0.08 ~ 0.12%的细胞分裂素或0.08 ~ 0.12%的稀土元素。上述现有技术主要以微量元素、钙离子、氨基酸、生长激素类和活性成分。虽然这些作用机理的研究还不清楚,但在生产实践中对红枣起到一定防裂果的作用。同时,可调节红枣果实生长期的活性成分还很多,还有待研发更多、更经济的防红枣裂果的制剂。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种防红枣裂果的化学组合物,是通过以下技术方案实现的。
本发明防红枣裂果的化学组合物由如下质量份的原料组成,钨酸钠1-2份,氯化钴2-3份、布洛芬1-3份。
本发明防红枣裂果的化学组合物的制备方法如下:
(1)将钨酸钠用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得钨酸钠水溶液;
(2)将氯化钴用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得氯化钴水溶液;
(3)将布洛芬用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得布洛芬水溶液;
(4)将(1)、(2)、(3)三种水溶液混合在一起,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明防红枣裂果的化学组合物的使用方法如下:
(1)使用时间:以枣树盛花期时间为起始日,此后第60天、75天、90天分三次全树均匀喷施。
(2)喷施时应注意叶片正反两面喷施,喷至叶面湿润但不汇集成小水流为宜,同时,喷施时应注意天气状况,避免阴雨天、大风天和高温天施用。
红枣果实在半红期至全红期果皮细胞发生程序性死亡(PCD),丧失了对水分选择吸收的调控能力,果肉大量吸水而导致裂果。钨酸钠具有一定的防水作用,氯化钴能够调控氮代谢,布洛芬具有消炎作用,三者混配表现出明显的防裂效果。
本发明组合物防红枣裂果效果明显,同等条件下,当对照的裂果率为60 %以上时,采用本发明组合物和使用方法的裂果率为12%以下。本发明具有省工、成本低、易实施的特点,对红枣商品价值、营养价值、保健价值无不良副作用。
本发明配方及喷施时间及次数试验
本发明的试验内容在山西省晋中市太谷县小白乡东里村红枣试验示范园进行。
2017年开展了本发明配方试验,2018年开展了最佳配方的喷施时间及次数试验。
一、红枣防裂果组合物试验
1、试验方法
本发明组合物处理设:
(1)1/10000钨酸钠水溶液;
(2)1/10000氯化钴水溶液;
(3)1/10000布洛芬水溶液;
(4)1份1/10000钨酸钠水溶液+1份1/10000氯化钴水溶液;
(5)1份1/10000钨酸钠水溶液+1份1/10000布洛芬水溶液;
(6)1份1/10000氯化钴水溶液+1份1/10000布洛芬水溶液;
(7)1份1/10000钨酸钠水溶液+1份1/10000氯化钴水溶液+1份1/10000布洛芬水溶液;
(8)对照为清水。
试验共设8个处理,每个处理10株树,重复三次。喷施时间以枣树盛花期时间为起始日,此后的第75天和90天分两次全树均匀喷施。在叶片正反两面喷施,喷至叶面湿润但不汇集成小水流为宜。
2、试验结果
试验结果见表1。
试验结果表明,采用单一组分的钨酸钠、氯化钴、布洛芬试剂,用1/10000的水溶液在枣树盛花期时间为起始日后的第75天和90天分两次全树均匀喷施,其裂果率较对照有极显著的降低(p<0.01),而三个单一组分之间的差异不显著(p>0.05)。当将钨酸钠、氯化钴、布洛芬三种试剂两两混合后喷施,其裂果率较单一组分处理有极显著的降低(p<0.01),而三个两两混合组分之间的差异不显著(p>0.05)。当钨酸钠、氯化钴、布洛芬三种试剂混合后喷施,其裂果率较两两组合混分处理有极显著的降低(p<0.01),说明三种试剂之间有较好的互作效果。
二、使用方法试验
1、试验处理:
试验配方采用减少红枣裂果的化学组合物试验结果中最佳组合物,即:1份1/10000钨酸钠水溶液+1份1/10000氯化钴水溶液+1份1/10000布洛芬水溶液,试验处理设:
(1)以枣树盛花期时间为起始日,此后第60天、75天全树均匀喷施两次;
(2)以枣树盛花期时间为起始日,此后第60天90天全树均匀喷施两次;(3)以枣树盛花期时间为起始日,此后第75天、90天全树均匀喷施两次;
(4)以枣树盛花期时间为起始日,此后第60天、75天、90天全树均匀喷施三次;
(5)以枣树盛花期时间为起始日,此后第60天、75天、90天、100天全树均匀喷施四次;
(6)对照为清水。
试验共设6个处理,每10株树为一小区,每个处理,重复三次,在叶片正反两面喷施,喷至叶面湿润但不汇集成小水流为宜。
2、试验结果
试验结果见表2。
试验结果表明,盛花期后第60天、75天、第60天、90天和第75天、90天喷施两次处理,其裂果率较对照有极显著的降低(p<0.01),但三个处理之间的差异不显著(p>0.05);盛花期后第60天、75天、90天喷施三次的裂果率较所有喷施两次的处理均极显著的降低(p<0.01);第60天、75天、90天、100天喷施四次的裂果率略低于喷施三次处理,但二者之间差异不显著(p>0.05)。从使用成本考虑,本发明在盛花后第60天、75天、90天喷施三次为最佳使用时间和次数。
实施例1
配制防红枣裂果的化学组合物,方法如下:
(1)将1份钨酸钠用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得钨酸钠水溶液;
(2)将2份氯化钴用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得氯化钴水溶液;
(3)将1份布洛芬用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得布洛芬水溶液;
(4)将(1)、(2)、(3)三种水溶液混合在一起,搅拌均匀即可。
该组合物的使用方法是:
(1)使用时间:以枣树盛花期时间为起始日,此后第60天、75天、90天分三次全树均匀喷施。

(2)将3份氯化钴用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得氯化钴水溶液;
(3)将3份布洛芬用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得布洛芬水溶液;
(4)将(1)、(2)、(3)三种水溶液混合在一起,搅拌均匀即可。
该组合物的使用方法同实施例1。
实施例3
配制防红枣裂果的化学组合物,方法如下:
(1)将1份钨酸钠用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得钨酸钠水溶液;
(2)将3份氯化钴用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得氯化钴水溶液;
(3)将1份布洛芬用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得布洛芬水溶液;
(4)将(1)、(2)、(3)三种水溶液混合在一起,搅拌均匀即可。
该组合物的使用方法同实施例1。
实施例4
配制防红枣裂果的化学组合物,方法如下:
(1)将2份钨酸钠用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得钨酸钠水溶液;
(2)将2份氯化钴用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得氯化钴水溶液;
(3)将3份布洛芬用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得布洛芬水溶液;
(4)将(1)、(2)、(3)三种水溶液混合在一起,搅拌均匀即可。
该组合物的使用方法同实施例1。
Claims (1)
1.一种防红枣裂果的化学组合物,由如下质量份的原料组成,钨酸钠1-2份,氯化钴2-3份、布洛芬1-3份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将钨酸钠用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得钨酸钠水溶液;
(2)将氯化钴用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得氯化钴水溶液;
(3)将布洛芬用其质量10000倍的清水溶解,得布洛芬水溶液;
