Referring to fig. 1, a ticket issuing system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a ticket warehouse 10 and a ticket issuing device 20, where the ticket warehouse 10 is connected to the ticket issuing device 20.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the ticket warehouse 10 has a cubic structure for storing tickets 200. The ticket warehouse 10 includes a ticket gate 102 and a ticket pinch roller 104. The ticket gate 102 is proximate to the bottom wall of the ticket warehouse 10. The ticket pressing roller 104 is installed in the ticket bin 10 and located in the ticket bin 10, and is used for pressing the ticket 200 in the ticket bin 10.
The ticket ejector 20 includes a housing 22, a first limiting member 24, a second limiting member 26, and a glue roller assembly 28, wherein the first limiting member 24, the second limiting member 26, and the glue roller assembly 28 are all located in the housing 22.
The housing 22 is provided with a ticket inlet 220, a ticket outlet 222, a ticket inlet channel 224 and a ticket outlet channel 226. The position of the ticket inlet 220 corresponds to the position of the ticket outlet 102, the ticket inlet channel 224 is communicated with the ticket inlet 220, and the ticket outlet channel 226 is communicated with the ticket outlet 222. A bill limiting channel 228 is arranged in the ticket inlet channel 224, an outlet of the bill limiting channel 228 faces to an inlet of the ticket outlet channel 226, and the thickness of the bill limiting channel 228 is greater than that of one bill 200 and less than that of two bills 200.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the housing 22 includes a first flight 221 and a second flight 223, the first flight 221 and the second flight 223 together defining the note limiting channel 228.
The first blocking member 221 includes a blocking inclined plane 2210, the second blocking member 223 is in a flat plate shape, the blocking inclined plane 2210 forms an acute angle with the second blocking member 223, the blocking inclined plane 2210 faces the ticket inlet 220, and the blocking inclined plane 2210 is used for abutting against the multiple rubbed tickets 200, so that the multiple rubbed tickets 200 are gradually separated from one ticket 200 to be sent out, and one ticket 200 to be sent out enters the ticket limiting channel 228. Because the thickness of the bill restricting channel 228 is greater than the thickness of one bill 200 and less than the thickness of two bills 200, during the conveying process of the bills 200, the more bills 200 are blocked in the bill feeding channel 224 by the first blocking member 221 and the second blocking member 223, so as to separate the more-rubbed bills 200 and convey the bill 200 to be discharged. In addition, the first blocking member 221 includes a blocking slope 2210 to facilitate gradual separation of the multi-fed out bill 200 from the one bill 200 to be fed out, so as to guide the one bill 200 to be fed out to the bill restricting channel 228.
In some embodiments, at least one position of the first stop 221 and the second stop 223 can be adjusted so that the thickness of the bill restricting channel 228 can be adjusted according to the thickness of different bills, so that the thickness of the bill restricting channel 228 is greater than the thickness of one bill and less than the thickness of two bills. For example, the first blocking member 221 is mounted above the bill and can move along the direction perpendicular to the bill to adjust the relative position of the first blocking member 221 and the second blocking member 223, and when the thickness of the bill restricting channel 228 is adjusted to be greater than the thickness of one bill and less than the thickness of two bills, the first blocking member 221 can be fixed to the housing 22 by bolts or screws, so that the relative positions of the first blocking member 221 and the second blocking member 223 are fixed.
Referring back to fig. 2 and 3, the first limiting member 24 is mounted on the housing 22, and the first limiting member 24 is located outside the ticket inlet channel 224 and near the ticket inlet 220. In this embodiment, the first limiting member 24 is a ticket rubbing roller, and is located at the bottom of the ticket warehouse 10 and near the ticket outlet 102. When the ticket 200 is placed in the ticket hopper 10, the ticket 200 presses against the rubbing roller 24 by its own weight. In addition, the pressing roller 104 is pressed against the upper side of the bill 200, so that the bill 200 further presses the bill rubbing roller 24, so as to increase the friction between the bill 200 and the bill rubbing roller 24, and facilitate the bill 200 to be rubbed out of the bill outlet 102 by the bill rubbing roller 24. The ticket rubbing roller 24 is connected with a motor, and when the motor drives the ticket rubbing roller 24 to rotate around the rotation axis of the ticket rubbing roller 24, the ticket 200 contacted with the ticket rubbing roller 24 is rubbed out of the ticket outlet 102.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 7, the second limiting members 26 are disposed in the ticket inlet channel 224, and the number of the second limiting members 26 is two, and the two second limiting members 26 are disposed along a direction perpendicular to the ticket outlet direction and are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the ticket rubbing roller 24. The two second stoppers 26 and the ticket rubbing roller 24 cooperate to bend the ticket 200 entered into the ticket entrance channel 224 in a direction perpendicular to the ticket exit direction and toward the ticket rubbing roller 24. When the ticket rubbing roller 24 rubs out the ticket 200 from the ticket bin 200, a plurality of tickets 200 are rubbed out, and the two second limiting pieces 26 and the ticket rubbing roller 24 cooperate to bend the plurality of tickets 200 entering the ticket entering channel 224 along the direction perpendicular to the ticket discharging direction and towards the ticket rubbing roller 24, so that the ticket 200 contacted with the ticket rubbing roller 24 is slightly separated from other tickets 200, and friction force between the tickets 200 is reduced, so that the ticket 200 contacted with the ticket rubbing roller 24 is separated from the rest of the tickets 200.
The first stop 24 includes a first abutment 240 (see fig. 7), and each of the second stops 26 includes a second abutment 260. The contact point of the first abutting portion 240 and the bill 200 does not intersect the connecting line of the two second abutting portions 260 of the two second limiting members 26, and the contact point of the first abutting portion 240 and the bill 200 is located above the connecting line of the two second abutting portions 260, so that the first abutting portion 240 and the two second abutting portions 260 can cooperate together to bend the bill 200 entering the bill entering channel 224 along the direction perpendicular to the bill discharging direction and towards the bill rubbing roller 24.
In this embodiment, the two second limiting members 26 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the first limiting member 24. Each of the second stoppers 26 includes a guiding inclined surface 262, and the guiding inclined surface 262 faces the ticket inlet 220 for guiding the ticket 200 rubbed by the ticket rubbing roller 24 to abut against the second abutting portion 260.
The two second limiting members 26 are in a sheet structure, the two second limiting members 26 and the second blocking member 223 jointly define the ticket inlet channel 224, and the first blocking member 221 is located between the two second limiting members 26.
It will be appreciated that in some other embodiments, the first stop member may be of other construction so long as it cooperates with the two second stop members 26 to bend the ticket 200 entering the ticket entrance channel 224 in a direction perpendicular to the ticket exit direction and towards the ticket rubbing roller 24, for example, the first stop member may comprise a ticket rubbing roller and a stop structure, which may be of similar construction to the second stop members 26, and cooperates with the two second stop members 26 to bend the ticket 200 entering the ticket entrance channel 224 in a direction perpendicular to the ticket exit direction and towards the ticket rubbing roller 24 after the ticket rubbing roller has rubbed the ticket out of the ticket bin.
Referring back to fig. 2 and 3, the rubber roller assembly 28 is disposed between the ticket inlet channel 224 and the ticket outlet channel 226, and includes a first rubber roller 280 and a second rubber roller 282, wherein the first rubber roller 280 and the second rubber roller 282 are respectively mounted on the housing 22 and are located between the ticket inlet channel 224 and the ticket outlet channel 226, the first rubber roller 280 and the second rubber roller 282 are aligned in a direction perpendicular to the ticket outlet channel 226 and are in contact with each other, and a contact point between the first rubber roller 280 and the second rubber roller 282 is located between the ticket inlet channel 224 and the ticket outlet channel 226. The first and second glue rollers 280, 282 are each rotatable about their respective axes of rotation to rub notes 200 exiting the note inlet channel 224 into the note outlet channel 226 and out of the note outlet 222.
In the ticket issuing device 20 of this embodiment, the two second limiting members 26 and the first limiting member 24 are used to cooperatively bend the ticket entering channel 224 along the direction perpendicular to the ticket issuing direction and towards the first limiting member 24, so that the ticket to be issued can be slightly separated from other tickets, friction force between the tickets is reduced, separation of the ticket to be issued from other tickets is facilitated, and accuracy of issuing single ticket can be ensured.
In addition, since the thickness of the bill restricting channel 228 is between one bill thickness and two bills thickness, if a plurality of bills enter the bill entering channel 224 during the bill 200 conveying process, only one bill will be sent from the bill restricting channel 228 into the bill discharging channel 226, and the redundant bills will be left in the bill entering channel 224 for the next conveying.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a vending machine that includes the ticketing system 100 provided by the above embodiments.
