In the present invention, the air purification device further includes a water level control structure 170, and the water level control structure 170 is disposed in the water storage tank 131, and at least partially penetrates through the water flow holes to open or close the water flow holes.
The water level control structure 170 is disposed in the water storage tank 131, and at least a portion of the water level control structure penetrates through the water flow holes to open or close the water flow holes, so as to control the water level in the water storage tank 131 through the water level control structure 170, thereby preventing the water level from overflowing into the water storage tank 131, and simultaneously preventing excessive solution from flowing into the humidifying tank 132, which causes the load absorption of the humidifying element 140 and the damage of the humidifying element 140.
In the present embodiment, the water level control structure 170 includes: the water level control structure 170 includes: the suspension member 171 is arranged in the water storage tank 131 and can float up and down in the water storage tank 131; the plug 172, the plug 172 includes a first end 1721 and a second end 1722, which are oppositely disposed, the first end 1721 is inserted into the water flow hole and protrudes out of the outer surface of the bottom wall of the water storage tray 130, the first end 1721 is inserted into one end of the pipe 160 communicating with the water flow hole, and the second end 1722 is connected to the suspension member 171; the limiting table is arranged on the side wall of the first end 1721 in a surrounding mode and used for plugging the water flow hole.
The suspension 171 floats on the surface of the solution and rises as the water level in the reservoir 131 rises; the plug 172 can be rubber plugs or silica gel plugs and other soft rubber plugs, the plug 172 is used for plugging the water flow hole, the first end 1721 of the plug 172 is penetrated through the water flow hole, and at least part of the plug protrudes out of the bottom wall of the water storage tank 131, because the one end of the pipeline 160 is communicated with the water flow hole, the first end 1721 of the plug 172 can be arranged at the end part of the communicating pipeline 160, the aperture of the communicating pipeline 160 communicated with the one end of the water flow hole is larger than the outer diameter of the plug 172, and the second end 1722 is in transition fit with the one end of the pipeline 160 communicated with the water flow hole. The plug 172 is provided with a boss 173 protruding from the bottom wall of the water storage tank 131, and the boss 173 is disposed around the sidewall of the first end 1721 for blocking the air flow hole, i.e. the second end 1722 abuts against the outer surface of the water storage tank 131. Because spacing platform plays the effect in shutoff rivers hole, so the external diameter of spacing platform need be greater than the internal diameter in rivers hole, and the sum of the external diameter of spacing platform and stopper post 172 needs to be less than pipeline 160 in the port diameter of aqua storage tank 131 one end simultaneously, and spacing platform and stopper post 172 are integrated into one piece design, the leakproofness when increasing the shutoff, and spacing post circumference encircles the fixed column setting, can ensure the accuracy in shutoff rivers hole.
It can be said that, when the water level in the water storage tank 131 reaches a certain value, the suspension member 171 is pushed to rise, and since the second end 1722 of the plug 172 is connected to the suspension member 171, the suspension member 171 will drive the plug 172 to rise when rising, so that the boss 173 arranged at the first end 1721 of the plug 172 blocks the water flow hole, the solution in the electrolytic water tank 120 does not flow into the water storage tank 131 any more, and when the water level in the water storage tank 131 falls, the suspension member 171 also falls along with the water flow hole, and the plug 172 is pushed to fall, so that the boss 173 is separated from the water flow hole, and the solution continues to flow into the water storage tank 131, and the above-mentioned operation is repeated.
In this embodiment, the pipe 160 includes a pipe main body and a pipe joint connected to each other, an end of the pipe main body 161 facing away from the pipe joint 162 is communicated with the electrolytic water tank 120, the pipe joint 162 is installed on an outer surface of the water storage tray 130 and is communicated with the water flow port, and the first end 1721 is inserted into the pipe joint 162.
The water level control structure 170 is connected to the pipe 160 through the pipe joint 162, and since the plug 172 of the water level control structure 170 needs to be inserted into one end of the pipe 160 to block the water flow port when the water level of the water storage tank 131 is too high, one end (the first end 1721) of the plug 172 blocking the water flow port is inserted into the pipe joint 162, and meanwhile, the pipe joint 162 is communicated with the pipe main body 161.
In this embodiment, the pipe joint 162 includes a connecting pipe 1621 and a connecting seat 1622, the connecting seat 1622 is installed in the outer surface of the water storage tray 130, and a disposition groove is opened, the disposition groove with the water flow opening intercommunication sets up, the first end 1721 is inserted and is located in the disposition groove, one end of the connecting pipe 1621 is connected in the mounting seat, and with the disposition groove intercommunication, the other end with the pipeline main body 161 intercommunication sets up.
The pipeline joint 162 is internally provided with a placing groove which is respectively communicated with the water flow port and the pipeline main body 161, and the first end 1721 of the plug 172 is inserted into the placing groove. Specifically, pipe joint 162 includes connecting pipe 1621 and connecting seat 1622, connecting seat 1622 install in the surface of water storage dish 130, the mounting groove is seted up on connecting seat 1622, and connecting pipe 1621's one end is connected in the mount pad to with the mounting groove intercommunication, the other end and pipeline main part 161 intercommunication setting.
In this embodiment, the air purification apparatus further includes a filter screen 180, and the filter screen 180 is disposed between the blower and the air inlet.
