Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plastic sheet manufacturing, in particular to a plastic sheet manufacturing system and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The plastic is a high molecular compound which is polymerized by addition polymerization or polycondensation reaction by taking a monomer as a raw material, has moderate deformation resistance and is between fibers and rubber, and consists of synthetic resin, fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, lubricants, pigments and other additives; the main component of the plastic is resin. The resin means a polymer compound which has not been mixed with various additives. The term resin is originally named as lipids secreted by animals and plants, such as rosin, shellac, and the like. The resin accounts for about 40-100% of the total weight of the plastic. The basic properties of plastics are largely determined by the nature of the resin, but additives also play an important role. Some plastics consist essentially of synthetic resins, with no or little additives, such as plexiglas, polystyrene, etc.
The plastic packaging sheet is mainly used for producing disposable plastic cups, plates, bowls, plates, boxes and other thermoforming products, and is widely applied to packaging in the fields of food, vegetable, fruit, beverage, dairy products, industrial parts and the like. With the increasing domestic demand, the packaging plastic thermal forming sheet has wider and wider application, the use amount is increased year by year, and the prospect is good. With the national emphasis on environmental protection, the production line of the environmental-friendly degradable sheets suitable for production can successfully supply various types of degradable sheets to the market. The nano sheet made of nano plastic becomes another focus of attention of people and also becomes a new selling point of manufacturers. In order to prolong the shelf life and the shelf life of food, the sheet material with high barrier property becomes a competitive development target of various production enterprises.
Nowadays, plastic sheets are more and more widely applied, and how to realize automatic manufacturing in plastic sheet field production, how to tailor different manufacturing strategies according to different sheets, and how to select different manufacturing processes for manufacturing are problems to be solved by many enterprises.

The control main board is connected with the processor, the numerical value adjusting module, the manufacturing module and the product detecting module, and the production equipment is connected with the manufacturing module.
The manufacturing module comprises an equipment specification adjusting module, a production flow determining module and a calibrating module.
The equipment adjusting module is used for selecting the specification of the production equipment, the production flow determining module is used for determining the corresponding production flow according to the production plan, and the calibrating module is used for calibrating the equipment specification and the production value and authorizing the production flow.
Wherein, the production equipment is divided into a large model, a small model and other models.
The product detection module comprises an appearance detection module, a quality detection module and a process detection module.
The appearance detection module is used for detecting the size and the surface flatness of a product, the quality detection module is used for detecting the weight and the hardness of the product and the existence of air bubbles, and the process detection module is used for detecting the products processed in each process and main process elements influencing the quality of the products.
The manufacturing method of the plastic sheet manufacturing system comprises the following steps:

s3, making a production scheme by the manufacturing module;
s4, finishing production by production equipment;

4. The production equipment comprises a plurality of groups of different models, and is convenient to switch according to different requirements in production.
