技术领域
本发明涉及防火门领域,尤其涉及一种防火防烟隔音门。
背景技术
防火门是指在一定时间内能满足耐火稳定性、完整性和隔热性要求的门。防火门包括钢质防火门、木质防火门、钢木质防火门等。其中,木质防火门的隔音效果差,部分木质防火门会在边框加设防撞密封条,能够降低开关门时的噪音,提高门扇的密封性进行隔音,但是,仅从边缘处改善对整体门扇的隔音效果提升不明显。
发明内容
为解决现有木质防火门隔音效果不佳的问题,本发明提出一种防火防烟隔音门,防火、隔音效果优异,密封性好阻隔烟气,且环保成本低。
本发明提出一种防火防烟隔音门,包括门扇,所述门扇包括门胚,所述门胚由植物纤维板组成,所述植物纤维板由植物纤维颗粒、防火胶、膨胀蛭石粉和矿物纤维混合压制而成,所述防火胶用量占植物纤维颗粒的重量的10%~50%,所述膨胀蛭石粉用量占植物纤维颗粒的重量的8-12%,所述矿物纤维用量占植物纤维颗粒的重量的8-12%。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述防火胶按重量份包括以下组分:立德粉1~3份、氧化镁105~118份、硅酸镁2~5份、硅酸钠10~15份、硼酸1~3份、硫酸镁溶液30-75份,所述硫酸镁溶液的浓度为波美度17-25°Bé。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述门胚由至少两块植物纤维板复合而成,两块植物纤维板之间隔设有坑纸,所述坑纸通过防火胶与植物纤维板粘合。

本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明门扇内部的门胚结构为植物纤维粉碎与膨胀蛭石粉、矿物纤维和防火胶组合成型,通过加入了矿物纤维使植物纤维蓬松,其与膨胀蛭石粉的结合从内部提升门扇的隔音隔热效果,结合无机防火胶进行粘合,防火性能优异且结构稳定,无毒环保。
2、门扇与门框之间结合耐火、隔音、防烟的优质密封件,从外部提升防火隔音门的耐火、隔音、隔烟性能。
通过内外结构组成的结合,本发明燃烧性能达B1-A2级,防火门达到甲级标准(耐火1.5h)。此外,甲醛释放量符合GB18580要求;烟气毒性达到ZA2级。隔音效果为:可隔绝高达50分贝的噪音。
3、植物纤维板主要由植物纤维颗粒组成,所述植物纤维颗粒为通过回收废旧木材、木屑、农业植物秸秆等,进行粉碎加工利用,可减少环境污染,且原材料容易获得,成本低。

发泡的植物纤维与膨胀蛭石粉的结合的植物纤维板11与坑纸12复合从门扇1内部提升隔音隔热效果,结合无机防火胶进行粘合,防火性能优异且结构稳定,无毒环保。
所述门框2设有与所述门扇1边缘适配的凹槽20,所述凹槽20包括对门扇1正面进行挡止的挡止面21,以及垂直于所述挡止面21的限位面22,所述挡止面21与限位面22垂直交叉的拐角处设有防烟隔音防撞条3,所述防烟隔音防撞条3包括两连接边31,两连接边31的一端相互垂直连接固定,另一端设有弹性密封边32,两弹性密封边32水平相向设置。关门时,门扇1的角位落入连接边31与弹性密封边32包围的空间内,且弹性密封边32分别与门扇1的正面与自由端的端面相抵。起到缓冲防撞击、密封隔音隔烟的效果。
所述限位面22由靠近挡止面21方向向外依次设有两条防火隔音条4和一缓冲隔音条5,所述防火隔音条4包括条状的主体41,主体41其中一面对称的两边分别向外延伸有弹性斜边42,其主体41内填充有所述防火胶。所述缓冲隔音条5包括连接部51、和其连接部51上的弹性边52,所述连接部52上设有倒刺。关门时,该缓冲隔音条5最先与门扇1接触,起到缓冲的效果,且其受力最大,连接部52通过倒刺与门框2上的安装位弹性卡紧,受力稳定。
门扇1关闭时,防火隔音条4的弹性斜边42与门扇1四侧相抵,缓冲隔音条5的弹性边52与门扇1四侧相抵,实现对门扇1与门框2间的缝隙进行密封,达到隔音的效果。且防火隔音条4内部防火胶遇热可产生20倍以上的膨胀,能够有效的填充安装缝隙,防止安装缝隙穿火及毒烟的进入。
所述门扇2底部设有升降式隔音密封条6。所述升降式隔音密封条6根据选用的类型不同可安装在门扇1底侧或安装在门扇1背面底部。本实施例升降式隔音密封条6优选安装在门扇1底侧的安装槽内,隐藏在底侧不外露,关门时升降式隔音密封条6下降对门扇2底侧的缝隙进行密封,达到全方位隔音的效果。

Claims (9)
1.一种防火防烟隔音门,包括门扇,其特征在于,所述门扇包括门胚,所述门胚由植物纤维板组成,所述植物纤维板由植物纤维颗粒、防火胶、膨胀蛭石粉和矿物纤维混合压制而成,所述防火胶用量占植物纤维颗粒的重量的10%~50%,所述膨胀蛭石粉用量占植物纤维颗粒的重量的8-12%,所述矿物纤维用量占植物纤维颗粒的重量的8-12%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火防烟隔音门,其特征在于,所述防火胶按重量份包括以下组分:立德粉1~3份、氧化镁105~118份、硅酸镁2~5份、硅酸钠10~15份、硼酸1~3份、硫酸镁溶液30-75份,所述硫酸镁溶液的浓度为波美度17-25°Bé。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防火防烟隔音门,其特征在于,所述门胚由至少两块植物纤维板复合而成,两块植物纤维板之间隔设有坑纸,所述坑纸通过防火胶与植物纤维板粘合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防火防烟隔音门,其特征在于,所述植物纤维颗粒为干燥的树皮、稻草、秸秆粉碎而成;所述植物纤维颗粒的大小为3-30目,植物纤维板的密度为330kg/m3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防火防烟隔音门,其特征在于,所述门胚外围设有多层胶合板材围成的门扇骨架。
6.根据权利要求2所述的防火防烟隔音门,其特征在于,还包括门框,所述门框设有与所述门扇边缘适配的凹槽,所述凹槽包括对门扇正面进行挡止的挡止面,以及垂直于所述挡止面的限位面,所述挡止面与限位面垂直交叉的拐角处设有防烟隔音防撞条,所述防烟隔音防撞条包括两连接边,两连接边的一端相互垂直连接固定,另一端设有弹性密封边,两弹性密封边水平相向设置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防火防烟隔音门,其特征在于,所述限位面设有防火隔音条,所述防火隔音条包括条状的主体,主体其中一面对称的两边分别向外延伸有弹性斜边,其主体内填充有所述防火胶。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的防火防烟隔音门,其特征在于,所述限位面设有缓冲隔音条,所述缓冲隔音条包括连接部,和其连接部上的弹性边,所述连接部上设有倒刺。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防火防烟隔音门,其特征在于,所述门扇底部设有升降式隔音密封条。
