本发明适用于建筑涂料领域,提供了一种抗碱封底漆及其制备方法,该抗碱封底漆由水、润湿剂、AMP‑95、金红石钛白粉、煅烧高岭土、重钙粉、硅灰石粉、丙二醇、醇酯十二、消泡剂、抗碱乳液、增稠剂、流平剂、分散剂、防腐杀菌剂和羟乙基纤维素组成。羟乙基纤维素能够提高抗碱封底漆的表面粘度,改变抗碱封底漆的流动性。丙二醇能够改善抗碱封底漆的抗冻性,使其经受多次冻融循环后,强度也不会显著降低。醇酯十二能够改善抗碱乳液的成膜性能,降低抗碱乳液的最低成膜温度,增强抗碱封底漆的涂抹附着力和均匀度。抗碱乳液具有很好的耐水性、耐碱性及抗起霜性。本发明提供的抗碱封底漆具有良好的施工性、低温稳定性、耐碱性、耐水性和抗泛盐碱性。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑涂料领域,尤其涉及一种抗碱封底漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
抗碱封底漆用作涂料的底漆,对混凝土具有较强的附着力,还具有耐碱性和封闭性能,其能够渗透到基材内部,堵塞基材中的毛细孔,降低基材中的开放孔数量,增加封闭孔数,抑制涂料水分的渗透,使渗透变得均匀,使基材对上层涂料的吸收变得均匀。其抗碱隔离作用对基材的碱分能有效隔离,防止碱分渗出破坏涂层。此外,抗碱封底漆还对疏松薄弱的基材进行补强作用,加固基材。抗碱封底漆与多种地坪涂料及混凝土构筑物防护涂料配套性能较好。一般地,抗碱封底漆由耐碱树脂、耐磨填料、溶剂和助剂组成。
现有的抗碱封底漆使用后,在长期低温的环境下容易发生强度降低,干裂的现象,在低温稳定性和施工性方面的性能还有待提升。
发明内容
本发明提供一种抗碱封底漆及其制备方法,旨在解决现有抗碱封底的低温稳定性差的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种抗碱封底漆,由以下质量百分含量的各组分组成:水25%~35%、润湿剂0.1%~0.5%、AMP-950.1%~0.5%、金红石钛白粉5%~10%、煅烧高岭土5%~10%、重钙粉20%~30%、硅灰石粉5%~10%、丙二醇1%~2%、醇酯十二0.5%~1%、消泡剂0.1%~1%、抗碱乳液15%~25%、增稠剂0.1%~1%、流平剂0.1%~0.5%、分散剂0.5%~1%、防腐杀菌剂0.1%~0.5%、羟乙基纤维素0.1%~0.5%。

本发明还提供该抗碱封底漆的制备方法,包括:
将各组分按相应的质量百分含量称量配料,向分散机中加入水,在不断搅拌下,依次加入润湿剂、AMP-95、丙二醇、消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂和防腐杀菌剂混合均匀,得到混合液体a;
提高分散机转速,在不断搅拌下,向混合液体a中加入金红石钛白粉、煅烧高岭土、重钙粉和硅灰石粉混合均匀,得到混合液体b;
降低分散机转速,在不断搅拌下,向混合液体b中加入抗碱乳液和醇酯十二混合均匀,得到混合液体c;
向混合液体c中加入羟乙基纤维素和增稠剂达到指标粘度,得到所述抗碱封底漆。
本发明提供的抗碱封底漆,其中,润湿剂能够降低抗碱封底漆与水界面间的表面张力,羟乙基纤维素能够提高抗碱封底漆的表面粘度,改变抗碱封底漆的流动性。金红石钛白粉和重钙粉能够提高抗碱封底漆的遮盖力和消色力,煅烧高岭土能够提高抗碱封底漆的消光效果。丙二醇能够改善抗碱封底漆的抗冻性,使其经受多次冻融循环后,强度也不会显著降低。醇酯十二能够改善抗碱乳液的成膜性能,降低抗碱乳液的最低成膜温度,增强抗碱封底漆的涂抹附着力和均匀度。消泡剂能够消除抗碱封底漆在生产和施工过程中产生的泡沫,提升涂膜时的光洁度。抗碱乳液具有很好的耐水性、耐碱性及抗起霜性。增稠剂能够进一步提高抗碱封底漆表面的粘度,防止其在贮存过程中发生沉淀。流平剂能够提高抗碱封底漆的机械稳定性和物理化学稳定性,分散剂具有一定的空间位阻,由于静电效应作用,能够使各固相组分均匀分散在液相组分中。防腐杀菌剂能够防止抗碱封底漆贮存在容器中时发生腐败或感染霉菌,避免降低品质。本发明提供的抗碱封底漆具有良好的施工性、低温稳定性、耐碱性、耐水性和抗泛盐碱性。

本发明实施例提供的一种抗碱封底漆,由以下质量百分含量的各组分组成:水35%、润湿剂0.1%、AMP-950.5%、金红石钛白粉5%、煅烧高岭土10%、重钙粉19%、硅灰石粉10%、丙二醇1.9%、醇酯十二0.5%、消泡剂0.9%、抗碱乳液15%、增稠剂1%、流平剂0.1%、分散剂0.5%、防腐杀菌剂0.4%、羟乙基纤维素0.1%。
其中,润湿剂为PE-100润湿剂,重钙粉的细度为500目,分散剂为5040分散剂,羟乙基纤维素的粘度为10万,抗碱乳液为硅丙乳液。
实施例四
本发明实施例提供的一种抗碱封底漆,由以下质量百分含量的各组分组成:水30%、润湿剂0.3%、AMP-950.4%、金红石钛白粉7%、煅烧高岭土7%、重钙粉25%、硅灰石粉5.5%、丙二醇1.6%、醇酯十二0.8%、消泡剂0.4%、抗碱乳液20%、增稠剂0.5%、流平剂0.5%、分散剂0.6%、防腐杀菌剂0.2%、羟乙基纤维素0.2%。
其中,润湿剂为PE-100润湿剂,重钙粉的细度为600目,分散剂为5040分散剂,羟乙基纤维素的粘度为15万,抗碱乳液为苯丙乳液。
本发明实施例一至四的抗碱封底漆的制备方法均为:
将各组分按相应的质量百分含量称量配料,向分散机中加入水,控制分散机的转速为500r/min~600r/min,在不断搅拌下,依次加入润湿剂、AMP-95、丙二醇、消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂和防腐杀菌剂混合均匀,得到混合液体a;
控制分散机的转速为1200r/min~1500r/min,在不断搅拌下,向混合液体a中加入金红石钛白粉、煅烧高岭土、重钙粉和硅灰石粉混合均匀,得到混合液体b;
控制分散机的转速为500r/min~700r/min,在不断搅拌下,向混合液体b中加入抗碱乳液和醇酯十二混合均匀,得到混合液体c;
向混合液体c中加入羟乙基纤维素和增稠剂达到指标粘度,得到所述抗碱封底漆。
将本发明实施例一至四的抗碱封底漆进行检测,得到的检测结果如下表所示。
由上表可知,本发明实施例一至四的抗碱封底漆具有良好的稳定性、施工性、低温稳定性、耐碱性、耐水性和抗泛盐碱性,各项检测均符合检测依据的合格标准。

Claims (8)
1.一种抗碱封底漆,其特征在于,由以下质量百分含量的各组分组成:水25%~35%、润湿剂0.1%~0.5%、AMP-950.1%~0.5%、金红石钛白粉5%~10%、煅烧高岭土5%~10%、重钙粉20%~30%、硅灰石粉5%~10%、丙二醇1%~2%、醇酯十二0.5%~1%、消泡剂0.1%~1%、抗碱乳液15%~25%、增稠剂0.1%~1%、流平剂0.1%~0.5%、分散剂0.5%~1%、防腐杀菌剂0.1%~0.5%、羟乙基纤维素0.1%~0.5%。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗碱封底漆,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为PE-100润湿剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗碱封底漆,其特征在于,所述重钙粉的细度为300目~600目。
4.如权利要求1所述的抗碱封底漆,其特征在于,所述分散剂为5040分散剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的抗碱封底漆,其特征在于,所述羟乙基纤维素的粘度为10万~15万。
6.如权利要求1所述的抗碱封底漆,其特征在于,所述抗碱乳液为硅丙乳液或苯丙乳液。
7.如权利要求1~6任一项所述的抗碱封底漆,其特征在于,由以下质量百分含量的各组分组成:水29.5%、润湿剂0.1%、AMP-950.1%、金红石钛白粉7.5%、煅烧高岭土7.5%、重钙粉25.5%、硅灰石粉6%、丙二醇1.5%、醇酯十二0.8%、消泡剂0.2%、抗碱乳液19.5%、增稠剂0.5%、流平剂0.2%、分散剂0.6%、防腐杀菌剂0.1%、羟乙基纤维素0.3%。
8.权利要求1所述的抗碱封底漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
将各组分按相应的质量百分含量称量配料,向分散机中加入水,在不断搅拌下,依次加入润湿剂、AMP-95、丙二醇、消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂和防腐杀菌剂混合均匀,得到混合液体a;
提高分散机转速,在不断搅拌下,向混合液体a中加入金红石钛白粉、煅烧高岭土、重钙粉和硅灰石粉混合均匀,得到混合液体b;
降低分散机转速,在不断搅拌下,向混合液体b中加入抗碱乳液和醇酯十二混合均匀,得到混合液体c;
向混合液体c中加入羟乙基纤维素和增稠剂达到指标粘度,得到所述抗碱封底漆。
