A push plate baffle device, characterized in that: the push plate baffle device comprises a push plate mechanism (1) and a baffle mechanism (3), wherein the push plate mechanism (1) is arranged on a frame (4) through a linear motion pair (5), the push plate mechanism (1) can linearly move on the frame (4) along the arrangement direction of the linear motion pair (5) under the drive of external power, a buffer storage conveying frame (41) for receiving plates is arranged at the rear side of the tail end of the linear motion pair (5), the baffle mechanism (3) is arranged at one side, adjacent to the linear motion pair (5), of the buffer storage conveying frame (41), and a blocking surface of the baffle mechanism (3) is arranged opposite to the push plate surface of the push plate mechanism (1); the pushing plate mechanism (1) pushes a plate layer with a certain height on a plate stack between the pushing plate mechanism (1) and the baffle mechanism (3) under the drive of external power, and the plate layer is conveyed to the buffer conveying rack (41) through the top of a baffle of the baffle mechanism (3), and meanwhile, the baffle mechanism (3) can block the movement of a plate which is not pushed; the baffle mechanism (3) comprises a fixed baffle (31) and a movable baffle (32), the movable baffle (32) is arranged on the fixed baffle (31) through a supporting spring (36), the blocking surface of the movable baffle (32) is an inclined surface or an arc surface, and under the action of the supporting spring (36), the movable baffle (32) is ejected upwards by the supporting spring (36); the auxiliary push plate mechanism (1) is provided with an auxiliary push plate mechanism (2), the auxiliary push plate mechanism (2) comprises a push claw (21), a push spring (23), a lifting rod (24), an auxiliary push driving mechanism (25) and a connecting block (26), the tail end of the auxiliary push driving mechanism (25) is fixed on a supporting part of the push plate mechanism (1) through the connecting block (26), a piston rod of the auxiliary push driving mechanism (25) is connected with the lifting rod (24), and a top cross beam of the push claw (21) is pressed on the upper edge of the lifting rod (24), so that the auxiliary push driving mechanism (25) can drive the lifting rod (24) to ascend when retracting; the top beam of the pushing claw (21) is connected with the bottom of the pushing spring (23), the top of the pushing spring (23) is also fixed on a supporting part of the pushing plate mechanism (1), and under the elastic force of the pushing spring (23), the pushing claw (21) drives the lifting rod (24) to extend out and descend to the lowest position.
2. The push plate baffle device as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the upper part of the blocking surface of the baffle mechanism (3) is a curved surface or a plane with a guiding function.

The push plate baffle device as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the push plate mechanism (1) comprises one or more fixed push plates (12) which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the fixed push plates (12) are arranged on the push plate frame (11), and the upper parts of the push plate frames (11) are embedded on the linear motion pairs (5), so that the push plate frames (11) can linearly move on the frame (4) along the arrangement direction of the linear motion pairs (5) under the driving of external power.

A push plate baffle device according to claim 3, wherein: the push plate mechanism (1) comprises a movable push plate (13), wherein the movable push plate (13) is arranged on a fixed push plate (12) through a compression spring (14), and the movable push plate (13) can downwards extend out of the lower edge of the lowest fixed push plate (12).

The push plate baffle device as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the baffle mechanism (3) comprises a baffle driving mechanism (35), the baffle driving mechanism (35) is arranged on a cross beam of the frame (4) or at the front end of the buffer conveying frame (41), and the telescopic front end of the baffle driving mechanism (35) is fixed on the back of the fixed baffle (31).
6. The push plate baffle device as set forth in claim 5 wherein: the front end of a guide shaft (33) embedded in the guide seat (34) is rigidly connected with the back surface of the fixed baffle plate (31).

The push plate baffle device as set forth in claim 1 wherein: a blocking plate (22) is arranged on the rear side of the pushing claw (21), and the blocking plate (22) is fixedly arranged on a supporting part of the push plate mechanism (1) so as to limit the backward movement of the pushing claw (21).
8. The push plate baffle device as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the auxiliary push plate mechanism (2) comprises a plurality of pairs of push claws (21) and push springs (23) which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence, and rollers are arranged at the bottoms of the push claws (21) so that the push claws (21) can roll and move on a plate.
