s3, inserting the upper end of the sliding column (11) from the lower end of the pen point tube (5) and penetrating out along the strip-shaped slot (21) of the sliding plate (7) to enable the tail end of the spring (13) to be flush with the lower end of the pen point tube (5);
in the clamping state, the spring (13) is in the original long state, the heteropolar attraction of the permanent magnet sliding block (12) and the permanent magnet block (9) enables the pressing strip (8) to be attached to the pen tube (1), and the pressing block (10) is abutted to the side wall of the pen tube (1);
when the pen clip (4) is separated from the pen holder, the sliding column (11) is pressed downwards, the sliding column (11) drives the permanent magnet sliding block (12) to move downwards and simultaneously compresses the spring (13), and when the upper half part of the permanent magnet sliding block (12) moves to the position corresponding to the permanent magnet block (9), the permanent magnet block (9) moves in the direction away from the pen head tube (5) under the action of the repulsive force from the permanent magnet sliding block (12), so that the pen clip (4) is separated from the pen holder;
after the pressing strip (8) is inserted into a to-be-fixed object, the sliding column (11) is loosened, the sliding column (11) and the permanent magnet sliding block (12) are pushed to reset under the action of the spring (13), and the pressing strip (8) is made to approach the pen tube (1) under the action of the permanent magnet sliding block (12) to finish clamping and fixing the pen holder;
s4, cooling the connector (6) for 8-10 minutes by using an air turbine refrigerator under the conditions of normal pressure and-70 ℃, and then respectively inserting the upper end and the lower end of the connector (6) into the lower end of the pen point pipe (5) and the upper end of the pen pipe (1) to enable the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the connecting block (15) to be respectively attached to the side walls of the pen point pipe (5) and the pen pipe (1);
the connector (6) comprises a fixing ring (14), a connecting block (15), a fixing block (16) and a rotating block (17), the fixing ring (14), the connecting block (15), the fixing block (16) and the rotating block (17) are coaxially and fixedly connected, air holes (18) are formed in the sliding column (11), the connecting block (15), the fixing block (16) and the rotating block (17), air holes (18) are formed in the sliding column (11), the lower end opening of the air holes is formed in the lower end face of the sliding column (11), and the upper end opening of the air holes is formed in the peripheral side wall of the upper portion of the sliding column (11);
and S5, finally, heating the whole penholder for 10-15 minutes under the conditions of normal pressure and 20 ℃ to finish the assembly of the penholder.
