Technical Field

Background

At present, water-based fire extinguishing systems, foam fire extinguishing systems, dry powder fire extinguishing systems, halogenated hydrocarbon fire extinguishing systems and other novel fire extinguishing systems are commonly used on boats, wherein the foam fire extinguishing systems are divided into chemical foam fire extinguishing systems and air foam fire extinguishing systems; the air foam fire extinguishing system uses certain air foam liquid, water and air to form tiny dense film-shaped bubble groups filled with air through mechanical or hydraulic impact, thereby achieving the fire extinguishing effect. However, the existing air foam fire extinguishing system has low stability of foam formed, low shape-retaining effect under a certain flow length, and is easily broken, and therefore, it is urgent to design a fire extinguishing system with foam having high stability.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the existing problems, the invention discloses an air foam fire extinguishing system for a boat, which comprises an air foam batcher, an air foam storage tank, a discharge funnel, water supply equipment and high-pressure air supply equipment, wherein the air foam batcher is connected with the air foam storage tank through a foaming agent pipeline, and a fresh water pipeline is arranged between the water supply equipment and the air foam storage tank;

the high-pressure air supply equipment is connected with the air foam storage tank through a high-pressure air pipeline, and a pressure gauge valve, a pressure reducing valve and a safety alarm valve are sequentially arranged on the high-pressure air pipeline along the air supply direction;

When the device is used specifically, a foaming agent is configured in the air foam batcher, the water supply equipment is opened, the foaming agent and fresh water are input into the air foam storage tank, a foaming agent solution is configured, the high-pressure air supply equipment is started at the same time, high-pressure air passes through the pressure reducing valve, so that a low-pressure vent pipeline is gradually formed, air enters the air foam batcher 1, once the low-pressure vent pipeline is over-pressurized, the safety alarm valve 9 can automatically alarm and release pressure, and remind a user of paying attention to an accident situation, and in addition, the low-pressure vent pipeline is also provided with a pressure gauge valve 10 capable of detecting the pressure, so that the pressure of the low-pressure air pipeline can be monitored in real time; when fire is needed to be extinguished, the straight-through stop check valve on the third branch vent pipe 15 is opened, the foaming agent solution is discharged by air pressure, enters the main pipe through the throttling sleeve and the net type diffuser and then is sprayed to a fire source through the adhesive tape hose at the reel frame; the right angle stop check valve of the sewage pipeline 20 is opened to discharge the waste foam, waste water and waste gas to the discharge funnel 26.

In specific implementation, the air mechanical foam is formed by mixing compressed air and IIO foaming agent aqueous solution according to a certain volume ratio (wherein, water accounts for 96 percent, IIO foaming agent accounts for 4 percent), and the IIO foaming agent is a water film-forming fire extinguishing agent; the action principle is as follows: the solution is discharged from the tank by the action of air pressure, and after passing through the orifice sleeve for feeding the air saturated with foam, the medium comes to the blades of the mesh diffuser and rotates the impeller with the grid. The impeller crushes the bubbles to avoid generating air foam plug and pressure pulsation phenomenon to interrupt the system operation. The media, as it passes through the mesh diffuser, is cleaned of mechanical impurities and structurally set. A second mesh diffuser is mounted on the mandrel holder injection nipple and provides for re-diffusion of the medium. In the diffusion nozzle, the medium flows to the tip, the bubble rich center moves toward the sidewall, and the rarer component moves toward the center. In this way, the media flow has a uniform density prior to discharge, and forms a continuous, dense cylindrical flow as it exits the nozzle. The mono-dispersed cellular foam is colored and has a thick paste consistency (like that of thick sour cream) with cells that are virtually invisible to the naked eye.

Through tests, the outlet pressure of the high-pressure air supply equipment is 20Mpa and passes through the pressure reducing valve 8; reducing the pressure of high-pressure air to 1.5Mpa, inputting an IIO foaming agent and fresh water into an air foam storage tank, wherein a commercially available 6% water film-forming foaming agent with the model of AFFF/AR3 is adopted in the test, the concentration of the water film-forming foaming agent is 6 wt%, wherein the water accounts for 96%, and the IIO foaming agent accounts for 4%; simultaneously, air reduced to 1.5Mpa enters an air foam storage tank to be discharged, and the foam stability of three groups of parallel tests is observed under the process condition as follows:

As can be seen from the above table, the foam produced using this process condition has a high degree of stability, which can be maintained for 1-1.5 hours. The cylindrical foam discharged from the diffusion nozzle can maintain its shape and does not break down in a flow length of up to 10 m. Specifically, when the surface orientation method is used for fire extinguishing, the foam is sent to one side of the combustion surface and then is continuously distributed on the whole combustion surface in a steam-tight layered manner, so that the fire extinguishing effect is more excellent.

An air foam fire extinguishing system for boats, characterized in that: the air foam quantitative device comprises an air foam quantitative device (1), an air foam storage tank (2), a discharge funnel (26), water supply equipment (3) and high-pressure air supply equipment (4), wherein the air foam quantitative device (1) is connected with the air foam storage tank (2) through a foaming agent pipeline (21), and a fresh water pipeline (5) is arranged between the water supply equipment (3) and the air foam storage tank (2);

the high-pressure air supply equipment (4) is connected with the air foam storage tank (2) through a high-pressure air pipeline (11), and a pressure gauge valve (10), a pressure reducing valve (8) and a safety alarm valve (9) are sequentially arranged on the high-pressure air pipeline (11) along the air supply direction;

an air foam pipeline (27) is arranged on the air foam storage tank (2), the air foam pipeline (27) is connected with the main pipe (12), and a right-angle stop check valve (24) is arranged at the connection position; a throttling sleeve (6) and a net type diffuser (7) are sequentially arranged on the air foam pipeline (27) along the conveying direction;

the tail end of the main pipe (12) is connected with a reel rack (23), and the reel rack (23) is used for storing adhesive tape hoses with diffusion nozzles in all cabins of the submarine;

a second net type diffuser is arranged on the injection threaded joint of the winding drum frame and enables the medium to be scattered again;

the method also comprises the following steps: the solution is discharged from the tank by the action of air pressure, and after passing through a throttling sleeve for delivering air saturated with foam, the medium comes onto the blades of the mesh diffuser to rotate the impeller with the grid; the impeller crushes the bubbles to avoid generating a bubble plug and generating a pressure pulsation phenomenon to interrupt the work of the system; the medium is cleaned of mechanical impurities and structurally shaped as it passes through the mesh diffuser; a second net type diffuser is arranged on the injection threaded joint of the winding drum frame and enables the medium to be scattered again; in the diffusion nozzle, the medium flows to the tip, the bubble rich center moves toward the sidewall, and the rarer component moves toward the center.
