(4) and (3) adding the product obtained in the step (3) into the product obtained in the step (2) for dissolving to obtain the disinfection gel.
Example 3
Weighing the antibacterial composition: 6 parts of trehalose, 1 part of tartaric acid, 0.7 part of dandelion extract, 0.1 part of paeonol and 5 parts of ginger extract;
(1) weighing 0.25% carbomer and 66% ethanol, and swelling completely;
(2) adding 0.06% triethanolamine into the product swelled in the step (1), and stirring to form gel;
(3) mixing and dissolving 0.5% of chlorhexidine digluconate, 5% of bacteriostatic composition, 1.0% of solubilizer, 1.0% of glycerol and 1.95% of propylene glycol;
(4) and (3) adding the product obtained in the step (3) into the product obtained in the step (2) for dissolving to obtain the disinfection gel.
Comparative example 1
The conditions were the same as in example 1 except that ginger extract was not added, compared to example 1.
Comparative example 2
The same conditions as in example 1 were used except that no paeonol was added, compared with example 1.
Comparative example 3
The conditions were the same as in example 1 except that no dandelion extract was added as compared with example 1.
Comparative example 4
The conditions were the same as in example 1 except that no tartaric acid was added as compared with example 1.
Comparative example 5
The conditions were the same as in example 1 except that trehalose was not added, compared with example 1.
Comparative example 6
The conditions were the same as in example 1 except that the amount of tartaric acid added was changed to 7 parts as compared with example 1.
Comparative example 7
The conditions were the same as in example 1 except that the addition amount of trehalose was changed to 8 parts as compared with example 1.
Comparative example 8
The same conditions as in example 1 were used except that the amount of paeonol added was changed to 1 part as compared with example 1.
Comparative example 9
The conditions were the same as in example 1 except that the amount of the dandelion extract was changed to 1 part as compared with example 1.
Experimental detection
Skin irritation test
Selecting 9 adult healthy SD rats, and shearing the back hairs on two sides of the spine of the experimental animal, wherein the hair removing range is 1.5cm multiplied by 1.5 cm; 0.3mL of the gel prepared in examples 1-3 was applied directly to the skin, covered and fixed with two layers of gauze (2 cm. times.2 cm) and one layer of non-irritating oilpaper, the other side serving as a control. After 2h of stimulation, removing residual test substances by using deionized water; the application is carried out for 7 days 1 time per day, and the result is observed 12h after each application.
The result shows that after the gel is continuously applied for 7 days, no erythema or red swelling is seen on the skin on the administration side, and no abnormality is seen compared with the skin on the control side, which indicates that the gel is mild and non-irritant to the skin.
Disinfection effect monitoring
The disinfection effect detection is carried out on the examples and the comparative examples according to the carrier soaking quantitative sterilization test in the technical specification 2002 edition of the disinfectant, the average value of the killing time and the killing rate of three bacteria including staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa is calculated, meanwhile, the bacteriostasis time with the bacteria proliferation rate lower than 10% is detected, and the result is shown in the table 1;

As can be seen from Table 1, the gels prepared in examples 1-3 have short killing time and high killing rate, wherein the gel prepared in example 1 has the best effect, the killing rate is as high as 97.25%, the bacteriostasis time is as long as 23h, while the gel prepared in comparative example 1 lacks ginger extract, and the killing rate is still higher than 88.43%; the gel of comparative examples 2 to 5 lacks any one of the four components, the bacteriostasis time is obviously shortened, and the killing rate is obviously reduced, while the addition amount of the components in the gel of comparative examples 6 to 9 exceeds the range, the bacteriostasis time and the sterilization rate of the gel are also influenced, which shows that in the technical scheme of the application, the four components of the composition lack one and can not cooperate with each other in a specific range, the synergy is realized, and the bacteriostasis time and the sterilization rate are improved.
Sensory evaluation test
Selecting 120 men and women with skin problems at 20-50 years old, randomly dividing into 12 groups, continuously using the products of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-9 for 1 month, and evaluating the using effect, wherein the results are shown in Table 2;

As can be seen from table 2, the total sensory evaluation scores of the gels prepared according to the technical scheme provided by the invention in examples 1-3 are excellent, and the skin repairing capability is excellent, while the different indexes of the sensory evaluation are reduced in different degrees due to the lack of any component or the exceeding of the addition of the component in comparative examples 1-9, and the core formula component is adopted in comparative example 7, only the amount of trehalose is increased, and the low irritation and good moistening and moisturizing effects can be still realized; the comparative examples 1 to 5 lack any component, so that the active effects of the raw material components cannot be exerted to the maximum extent, and the repair performance of the product is obviously reduced, which shows that the composition provided by the invention is lack of any component and has synergistic effect.
In conclusion, the invention provides the antibacterial composition and the application thereof, the active ingredients are selected, the formula is optimized, the components are matched with each other to promote, synergize and inhibit bacteria widely and durably, and the antibacterial composition is used for preparing the disinfection gel, is convenient and quick, has good disinfection effect, wide application prospect and great market value.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated in detail by the above examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed methods, i.e. it is not meant that the present invention must rely on the above detailed methods for its implementation. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The bacteriostatic composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 2-6 parts of trehalose, 1-5 parts of tartaric acid, 0.3-0.7 part of dandelion extract and 0.1-0.5 part of paeonol.
2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of trehalose, 1-3 parts of tartaric acid, 0.4-0.6 part of dandelion extract and 0.1-0.3 part of paeonol.
3. The composition of claim 1 or 2, further comprising 3-5 parts of ginger extract.
4. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the composition comprises 2 to 4 parts of trehalose, 1 to 3 parts of tartaric acid, 0.1 to 0.3 parts of paeonol, 0.4 to 0.6 parts of dandelion extract and 3 to 5 parts of ginger extract.
5. Use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4 for the preparation of a disinfecting gel.
6. A no-wash disinfecting gel, characterized in that it comprises a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4;
preferably, the mass percentage of the composition in the disinfection gel is 3% -5%.
7. The antiseptic gel of claim 6, further comprising 0.5% to 1.5% chlorhexidine digluconate, 0.03% to 0.06% triethanolamine, 0.2% to 0.25% carbomer, and 1.9% to 1.95% propylene glycol by weight.
8. The antiseptic gel of claim 6 or 7, further comprising 50% to 66% ethanol, 0.9% to 1.0% glycerol, and 0.9% to 1.0% solubilizer, by mass.
9. A sterilising gel according to any of claims 5 to 7, comprising the following components in mass percent: 3 to 5 percent of bacteriostatic composition, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of chlorhexidine digluconate, 0.03 to 0.06 percent of triethanolamine, 0.2 to 0.25 percent of carbomer, 1.9 to 1.95 percent of propylene glycol, 50 to 66 percent of ethanol, 0.9 to 1.0 percent of glycerol, 0.9 to 1.0 percent of solubilizer and the balance of water;
the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of trehalose, 1-3 parts of tartaric acid, 0.1-0.3 part of paeonol, 0.4-0.6 part of dandelion extract and 3-5 parts of ginger extract.
10. A method of preparing a sterilising gel according to any of claims 6 to 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing carbomer and ethanol in proportion, and fully swelling;
(2) adding triethanolamine into the product swelled in the step (1) in proportion, and stirring into gel;
(3) mixing and dissolving chlorhexidine digluconate, antibacterial composition, solubilizer, glycerol and propylene glycol according to a certain proportion;
(4) and (3) adding the product obtained in the step (3) into the product obtained in the step (2) for dissolving to obtain the disinfection gel.
