The prior art discloses a plurality of types of ground mats, the structural composition and the material selection of the ground mats are different, the functional characteristics are mainly embodied in the aspects of fatigue resistance, water resistance, skid resistance, bacteria resistance, dust removal, shock absorption, safety protection, decoration and the like, and the requirements of life of people are met, so the ground mat products are already applied to various fields of life of people, and particularly the ground mats are more popular in the fields of standing work and application scenes of supporting standing and buffering. At present, in the aspect of standing work, a user of the floor mat hopes that the main functional characteristics of the product are anti-fatigue function, anti-slip property and wear resistance, the functions basically meet the requirements of normal use, but the application of the floor mat is insufficient for special industries, especially the fields of cosmetology and hairdressing, firstly, the floor mat has high mobility and high service environment severity, particularly the floor mat paved on the floor can be frequently impacted by the high heel sole of women, the surface layer is easy to step on or puncture, and the major technical difficulty which is not generally solved by the current floor mat is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a salon floor mat and a spliced floor mat.
The technical scheme is that the salon floor mat comprises a surface layer, a soft colloid layer, a foaming layer and a bottom hard layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein a metal mesh elastic layer is laminated on the other side of the soft colloid layer relative to the surface layer, and a liquid intercommunication containing layer is further arranged between the foaming layer and the bottom hard layer.
Preferably, the foaming layer is provided with a plurality of through holes in a distributed manner, the metal mesh elastic layer comprises a metal wire connecting net, an elastic ring column and an elastic sheet, the elastic ring column is arranged in the through holes, the two ends of the elastic ring column are respectively provided with the metal wire connecting net and the elastic sheet, the metal wire connecting net is pressed on the soft colloid layer, and the elastic sheet is positioned between the foaming layer and the liquid intercommunication containing layer.
Preferably, a gasket is further arranged between the elastic ring column and the metal wire connecting net or the elastic sheet.
Preferably, the gasket is arranged flush with the surface of the foaming layer.
Preferably, the liquid intercommunication accommodation layer is composed of a plurality of accommodation chambers, and the accommodation chambers are mutually communicated by utilizing through holes.
Preferably, the bottom hard layer is made of a hard plastic plate, and an anti-slip layer is adhered to the bottom hard layer.
Preferably, the edge of the periphery of the ground mat is connected with an edge sealing barrier strip, and the edge sealing barrier strip is fastened with the ground mat by a clamping groove.
Preferably, the edge sealing barrier strip is provided with a bulge, and the edge of the ground mat is provided with a sunk snap fastener matched with the bulge.
Preferably, the edge sealing barrier strip further comprises a body with radian, and a hollowed-out part is formed between the body and the ground mat.
Preferably, the lower surface of the bottom hard layer is provided with an inward hollow groove, and a lifting device is arranged in the hollow groove.
The invention also provides a spliced floor mat, which is formed by splicing at least a first main body unit and a second main body unit, wherein the first main body unit or the second main body unit is formed by the salon floor mat.
Preferably, the first main body unit is provided with a frame main body in a connecting manner, two opposite sides of the frame main body are respectively provided with a connecting frame body and a guide rail groove, the first main body unit is connected by the connecting frame body, the second main body unit is provided with a matching main body relative to the frame main body, and the other end of the matching main body is provided with a concave-convex column matched with the guide rail groove.
Preferably, a clamping spring is arranged on the inner side of the connecting frame body, and the first main body unit and the connecting frame body are clamped with each other by the clamping spring.
The salon floor mat and the spliced floor mat have the following beneficial effects:
1. The ground mat structure disclosed by the invention adopts reasonable structural layers and designs, has a conventional anti-fatigue function, can enhance the local puncture resistance of the surface layer, and experiments show that when the main body unit of the ground mat is compressed to 0.65 times of the thickness of the ground mat, the main body unit can generate a pressure value of 6.5Mpa on a unit area (1 cm 2), and meanwhile, the surface layer of the ground mat subjected to 2000 standard treads at the same position has no treading holes, so that the designed ground mat is high in tolerance and good in pressure buffering effect, and exceeds the performance of common products in the market;
2. When the ground mat is placed on the ground for use, the design pattern of double bottom pressing by utilizing the edge sealing baffle strip at the edge position of the ground mat can well prevent short broken hair from entering the bottom of the ground mat, and meanwhile, the design scheme of circular arc hollowed-out can also ensure that the edge of the ground mat cannot warp when the ground mat is stepped on, so that the ground mat is very beneficial to the application of the beauty and hairdressing industry;
3. Meanwhile, the inflatable lifting floor mat can be conveniently pushed or moved by feet without lifting the whole product for moving, so that labor is saved and convenience is realized.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 of the specification, a salon floor mat comprises a surface layer 1, a soft colloid layer 2, a metal mesh elastic layer 3, a foaming layer 4, a liquid intercommunication containing layer 5 and a bottom hard layer 6, wherein the surface layer 1 can be made of leather, the rubber (hard or soft PVC or plastic material with uniform texture) has the soft colloid layer 2 attached to the lower surface of the surface layer 1, the metal mesh elastic layer 3 is pressed on the opposite surface of the soft colloid layer 2 away from the surface layer 1, the soft colloid layer 2 is mainly used for preventing the deflection phenomenon of the metal mesh elastic layer, so that dislocation with the upper layer is avoided; the metal mesh elastic layer comprises a metal wire connecting net 31, elastic ring columns 32 and elastic sheets 33, wherein the metal wire connecting net 31 forms a net-shaped cross structure, for example, the metal wire connecting net adopts a steel wire material cross structure, the foaming layer 4 is formed by PU foaming or TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and other similar foaming materials, the foaming layer 4 is provided with a plurality of through holes, the elastic ring columns 32 are respectively arranged in the through holes of the foaming layer, the elastic ring columns 32 are rubber springs or compound rubber springs, the upper ends and the lower ends of the elastic ring columns 32 are respectively connected with the metal wire connecting net 31 and the elastic sheets 33, preferably, the upper ends and the lower ends of the elastic ring columns 32 are also provided with gaskets a, the gaskets a are arranged between the elastic ring columns 32 and the metal wire connecting net 31 or the elastic sheets 33, and preferably, the gaskets a are arranged flush with the surface of the foaming layer 4, and the gaskets a are respectively connected with the metal wire connecting net 31 and the elastic sheets 33, so that the manufacturing process is simplified, the elasticity of the metal mesh elastic layers can be fully utilized, and the ground mat is prevented from being damaged due to impact; the wire connecting net 31 is disposed on the lower surface of the soft colloid layer 2, the elastic sheet 33 can be made of harder plastic material with rebound resilience, wherein the other surface of the elastic sheet 33 opposite to the elastic ring column is adhered with the liquid intercommunication containing layer 5, and thus for its basic fixation, preventing misalignment. Referring to fig. 3, the liquid-state intercommunicating accommodating layer 5 is made of PVC or plastic bag material, the inside of the liquid-state intercommunicating accommodating layer 5 is made of gel-like liquid material, the liquid-state intercommunicating accommodating layer 5 is composed of a plurality of accommodating chambers 51, the accommodating chambers are mutually connected by through holes 52, so that the flexibility and gel flow when the parts of the liquid-state intercommunicating accommodating layer are stepped on can be utilized to share pressure and play a certain role in buffering the pressure, the opposite surfaces of the liquid-state intercommunicating accommodating layer 5 are arranged on the bottom hard layer 6, the bottom hard layer 6 can be made of a hard plastic plate, the bottom of the hard plastic plate can be adhered with an anti-slip layer 6a (refer to fig. 4), and the anti-slip layer can be made of a layer of anti-slip rubber or SBR rubber and the like, so as to further prevent the movement of the floor mat. The ground mat structure disclosed by the invention adopts reasonable structural layers and designs, has a conventional anti-fatigue function, can also enhance the local puncture resistance of the surface layer, and experiments show that when the main body unit of the ground mat is compressed to 0.65 times of the thickness of the ground mat, the main body unit can generate a pressure value of 6.5Mpa on a unit area (1 cm 2), and meanwhile, the surface layer of the ground mat subjected to 2000 standard treads at the same position has no treading holes, so that the designed ground mat is high in tolerance and good in pressure buffering effect, and exceeds the performance of common products in the market.
Preferably, in another preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the edge of the ground mat is designed with a clamping groove of the edge sealing barrier, and the edge of the ground mat and the edge sealing barrier 7 are fastened by using the clamping groove 71. Specifically, the edge sealing barrier 7 is provided with a bulge 72, the edge of the ground mat is provided with a sunk snap fastener 72a matched with the bulge 72, the edge sealing barrier 7 is firmly arranged at the edge of the ground mat, the edge structure of the edge sealing barrier 7 is firmly improved, the edge sealing barrier 7 also comprises a body 7a with radian, a hollowed-out part p is formed between the body 7a and the ground mat, and the tail end of the body 7a is tightly combined with the floor, so that the ground mat is placed on the ground for use, and meanwhile, the edge sealing barrier 7 at the edge position of the ground mat forms a double-pressing bottom design pattern, short broken hair can be well prevented from entering the ground mat bottom, meanwhile, the circular arc hollowed-out design scheme can also furthest ensure that the ground mat is not tilted when being stepped on, and peripheral dirt is difficult to enter the ground mat bottom, and the application of the beauty industry is facilitated.
Preferably, referring to fig. 6, in another preferred embodiment, an inward recess 61 is formed on the lower surface of the bottom hard layer 6, a lifting device 62 is installed in the inward recess 61, the lifting device 62 may be an inflatable device, for example, the lifting device is an inflatable ball, an inflatable ellipse or other shape, wherein the air path between each inflatable device is communicated, when the cushion needs to be moved, only the inflatable device s needs to be stepped on, the bottom supporting point is raised, so that the cushion is separated from the floor, and the cushion can be conveniently pushed or moved by feet without lifting the whole product, thereby saving labor and being convenient. The mode can simply and rapidly move the position of the ground mat, and simultaneously when gas is released, the ground mat can be effectively and firmly installed on a specific position, so that the ground mat can rapidly move and can be fixedly placed on a specific site, and the ground mat is very convenient and rapid.
Further, referring to fig. 7 to 9, the floor mat may be designed to be spliced with each other, specifically, the floor mat is formed by splicing at least a first main body unit a and a second main body unit B, the first main body unit a is provided with a frame main body 8 capable of being spliced with each other, two sides of the frame main body 8 are respectively provided with a connection frame 81 and a guide rail groove 82, the connection frame 81 may entirely or partially cover the first main body unit a, a clamping spring 81a is provided at the inner side of the connection frame 81, the clamping spring 81a and the first main body unit a are clamped with each other, the second main body unit B is provided with a matching main body 9 at a position corresponding to the frame main body of the first main body unit, one end of the matching main body 9 is connected to the second main body unit B, for example, the second main body unit B may be connected with a design similar to the connection frame main body, and the other end of the matching main body 9 is provided with a concave-convex column 91 matched with the guide rail groove 82, after the concave-convex column 91 of the matching main body is buckled into the guide rail groove 82, the matching is pushed to be matched in place, and then the matching and integrally installed. The mode enables the salon floor mat to be spliced and combined according to site configuration and requirements, so that different use requirements are met, and popularization and adaptability of markets are improved.
