It should be noted that all the expressions like "first", "second", etc. used in the embodiments of the present invention are intended to distinguish two entities with the same name but different names or different parameters, and it should be understood that the expressions are only for convenience and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present invention, and the descriptions in the following embodiments are omitted.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a motor base for an electric vehicle, and referring to fig. 1, the motor base for an electric vehicle includes: an inner cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder 2 which are mutually sleeved. The inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2 are both integrally formed cylindrical structures, and are sleeved together in a matching way to jointly form the main body part of the motor base of the embodiment.
In this embodiment, the outer wall of the inner cylinder 1 is provided with a plurality of first strip-shaped protrusions 101 which extend along the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1 and are not through; the first strip-shaped protrusions 101 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the inner cylinder 1. Correspondingly, the inner wall of the outer cylinder 2 is provided with a plurality of second strip-shaped protrusions 201 which extend along the axial direction of the outer cylinder 2 and are not communicated; the plurality of second strip-shaped protrusions 201 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the outer cylinder 2. Preferably, the length of the first strip-shaped protrusion 101 is two thirds of the axial length of the inner barrel 1, and correspondingly, the length of the second strip-shaped protrusion 201 is equal to the length of the first strip-shaped protrusion 101. The first strip-shaped bulges 101 and the second strip-shaped bulges 201 are distributed in the same mode, and when the inner barrel 1 and the outer barrel 2 are sleeved with each other, the first strip-shaped bulges 101 and the second strip-shaped bulges 201 are staggered with each other, so that the first strip-shaped bulges 101 and the second strip-shaped bulges 201 form an arrangement mode of interval staggering in the circumferential direction; based on the above arrangement, the first strip-shaped protrusions 101 and the second strip-shaped protrusions 201 separate the space between the side walls of the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2 to form an S-shaped loop-type cooling water channel, which is shown in a specific form with reference to fig. 2.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the inner wall of the outer cylinder 2 is further provided with a third strip-shaped protrusion 202 located between two second strip-shaped protrusions 201. The third strip-shaped protrusion 202 is closely matched with the first strip-shaped protrusion 101 between the two second strip-shaped protrusions 201 to separate the cooling water channel. Specifically, the end of the third strip-shaped protrusion 202 opposite to the end of the first strip-shaped protrusion 101 is tightly attached to block the cooling water channel which is originally a closed loop. Further, the outer cylinder 2 is further provided with a water inlet 3 and a water outlet 4 which are communicated with the cooling water channel and are respectively positioned at two sides of the third strip-shaped protrusion 202. When the cooling machine works, a cooling medium enters the cooling water channel from the water inlet 3, flows axially and reciprocally in the machine base, takes away heat generated by the operation of the motor, and finally flows out of the water outlet 4.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the motor base for an electric vehicle further includes: a front end cap 5 located at one end of the outer cylinder 2 and formed integrally with the outer cylinder 2, and a rear end cap 6 provided at the other end of the outer cylinder 2. The front end cover 5 and the rear end cover 6 are used for sealing the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2 in the axial direction. Preferably, the outer cylinder 2 and the rear end cover 6 are fastened by bolts.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the cooling medium does not leak to the inside and outside of the motor, corresponding sealing structures are provided for the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2. Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 4, on the front end cover 5 side (region I marked in the figures), a first O-ring seal 7 for achieving axial sealing is provided between the end surface of the inner cylinder 1 on the side close to the front end cover 5 and the front end cover 5. The first O-shaped sealing ring 7 is arranged between the end face of the inner cylinder 1 and the front end cover 5, correspondingly, the rear end cover 6 arranged at the other end can apply axial pressure to the inner cylinder 1, so that the end face of the inner cylinder 1 is tightly attached to the front end cover 5 and extrudes the first O-shaped sealing ring 7, and the sealing performance at the end face is ensured. In addition, referring to fig. 4, in order to further improve the reliability, curved surface connection structures (positions of dotted line frames in fig. 4) which are matched with each other and are tightly attached are arranged at positions of the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2 close to one side of the front end cover 5, and the curved surface connection structures are filled with sealant, so that the sealing effect at the area I can be further improved. Referring to fig. 3 and 5, on the side of the rear end cover 6 (marked as region II in the figures), the three parts including the inner cylinder 1, the outer cylinder 2 and the rear end cover 6 are combined, so that the axial seal and the radial seal are simultaneously arranged. Specifically, a second O-ring 8 for realizing radial sealing is arranged between the side walls of the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2 close to one side of the rear end cover 6. And a third O-shaped sealing ring 9 for realizing axial sealing is arranged between the end surface of one side of the inner cylinder 1 close to the rear end cover 6 and the rear end cover 6. Furthermore, compared with the situation that the cooling medium leaks to the outside, the influence of the cooling medium leaking to the inside of the motor on the performance of the motor is larger, so that the sealing glue is filled between the end face of the rear end cover 6 and the end face of the inner barrel 1, and the situation that the cooling medium does not leak to the inside of the motor is further ensured.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 6, in order to further simplify the number of the components of the motor base, in this embodiment, the rear end cover 6 and the inner cylinder 1 are integrally formed as a whole, and the structures and the connection relationships of other components are the same as those of the previous embodiment. Accordingly, with respect to the above structure, the sealing structure in the present embodiment is adjusted. Referring to fig. 6 and 8, for one side of the rear end cover 6 (region II marked in the figures), since the inner cylinder 1 and the rear end cover 6 are an integral piece in this embodiment, there is no problem of leakage of the cooling medium into the motor, so the sealing structure of region II is mainly used to prevent the cooling medium from leaking out of the motor, and two O-rings are used for this part to respectively seal in the axial direction and the radial direction, specifically including: and a fifth O-shaped sealing ring 10 for realizing radial sealing is arranged between the side walls of the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2 on the side close to the rear end cover 6. And a sixth O-shaped sealing ring 11 for realizing axial sealing is arranged between the end surface of the outer cylinder 2 close to one side of the rear end cover 6 and the rear end cover 6. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, on the front end cover 5 side (marked area I in the figures), since the axial seal is already provided between the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2 in the area II, if the axial seal is also provided at the area I, the end face of the inner cylinder 1 cannot be well attached to the end face of the outer cylinder 2. Therefore, only a radial seal is provided in the region II, including in particular: a fourth O-ring 12 for radial sealing is arranged between the side walls of the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2 close to the front end cover 5. In addition, in the present embodiment, curved surface connection structures that are matched and tightly attached to each other are also provided at positions of the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2 near the front end cover 5, and the technical effect is the same as that in the foregoing embodiment.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the motor base for the electric vehicle of the present invention has the following technical effects:
1. the front end cover and the base are integrated, so that the number of parts is effectively reduced, the assembly process is simplified, and the production efficiency is correspondingly improved.
2. The inner and outer cylinders of the machine base have simple structure, are particularly suitable for casting and forming, and can greatly reduce the casting cost.
3. The water channel in the engine base is formed by mutually matching strip-shaped convex structures arranged on the outer surface of the inner cylinder and the inner surface of the outer cylinder, and additional processing is not needed.
4. The machine base is tightly connected with the end cover through the bolts, so that the seamless connection can be realized, and the defects of water leakage, uneven welding line and appearance influence in the welding connection are avoided.
5. The water channel sealing measure between the machine base and the end cover can realize the leakage and the internal seepage of the cooling medium and realize the isolation protection between the inside and the outside of the motor.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the discussion of any embodiment above is meant to be exemplary only, and is not intended to intimate that the scope of the disclosure, including the claims, is limited to these examples; within the idea of the invention, also technical features in the above embodiments or in different embodiments may be combined and there are many other variations of the different aspects of the invention as described above, which are not provided in detail for the sake of brevity.
