s3, adding polyaluminum chloride, styrene-acrylate copolymer, reinforcing agent and defoaming agent into the mixed starch prepared in the step S2, stirring at the speed of 1500r/min for 28min until a solution is obtained, and then preserving heat at 52 ℃ for 29 min.
The surface sizing agents prepared in examples 1-5 were applied by rod-scraping, which effectively avoided the stick-pasting phenomenon caused by aging of starch size.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The surface sizing agent for the packaging paper is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-96 parts of corn starch, 0.8-1.7 parts of polyaluminium chloride, 0.9-1.6 parts of styrene-acrylate copolymer, 8-17 parts of reinforcing agent and 0.1-0.5 part of defoaming agent.
2. A surface sizing agent for wrapping paper according to claim 1, characterized in that the surface sizing agent for wrapping paper is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-90 parts of corn starch, 1-1.5 parts of polyaluminium chloride, 1-1.5 parts of styrene-acrylate copolymer, 10-15 parts of reinforcing agent and 0.2-0.4 part of defoaming agent.

A surface sizing agent for wrapping paper according to claim 1, characterized in that the surface sizing agent for wrapping paper is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 88 parts of corn starch, 1.3 parts of polyaluminium chloride, 1.3 parts of styrene-acrylate copolymer, 13 parts of reinforcing agent and 0.3 part of defoaming agent.
4. A surface sizing agent for wrapping paper according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that: the corn starch is corn starch converted by amylase at 75-85 ℃.
5. A surface sizing agent for wrapping paper according to claim 4, characterized in that: the solid content of the corn starch converted by the amylase is 15-25%, and the viscosity is 100-300mPa.

A surface sizing agent for wrapping paper according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that: the content of alumina in the polyaluminium chloride is more than or equal to 10 percent; the iron content is less than or equal to 0.005 percent; the content of sulfate radicals is less than or equal to 0.02 percent.
7. A surface sizing agent for wrapping paper according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that: the salinity of the polyaluminium chloride is 40-50%; the density of the polyaluminium chloride is more than or equal to 1.19 at the temperature of 20 ℃; the PH value of the polyaluminum chloride aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 1 percent is 3.5-5.
8. A surface sizing agent for wrapping paper according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that: the PH value of the styrene-acrylate copolymer is 2-4, the solid content is not 30 +/-2%, and the viscosity of the styrene-acrylate copolymer at 25 ℃ is less than 50 CPS.
9. A surface sizing agent for wrapping paper according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that: the defoaming agent is fatty alcohol polyoxypropylene ether polyoxyethylene ether fatty acid ester.
10. A method for preparing a surface sizing agent for wrapping paper as claimed in any one of claims, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing the raw materials in parts by weight;
s2, adding water which is 6-10 times of the weight of the corn starch into the corn starch, heating and gelatinizing for 20-30min in a water bath at 70-85 ℃ after stirring, and then stirring and preserving heat for 40-50min in a water bath at 50-60 ℃ at the speed of 1000-;
s3, adding polyaluminium chloride, the styrene-acrylate copolymer, the reinforcing agent and the defoaming agent into the mixed starch prepared in the step S2, stirring at the speed of 1200-1600r/min for 20-30min until a solution is obtained, and then preserving the temperature at 50-60 ℃ for 22-30 min.
