Claims (7)

1. A swing type concrete uniform stirring device comprises a stirring barrel (1), a driving motor (2) arranged on the outer wall of one side of the stirring barrel (1), a stirring shaft (3) connected with the output end of the driving motor (2), and a swing assembly connected with the stirring shaft (3), and is characterized in that a plurality of stirring rods (4) are uniformly fixed in the circumferential direction of the stirring shaft (3), a material injection hopper (5) is fixed and communicated with the center above the stirring barrel (1), and a material discharge pipe (6) is arranged on one side of the stirring barrel (1); the swing assembly comprises a worm (8) which is rotatably arranged on the lower portion of the stirring barrel (1), a mounting plate (10) which is hinged on the lower portion of the stirring barrel (1), a worm wheel (9) which is rotatably arranged on the upper end of the mounting plate (10) and is meshed with the worm (8), a turntable (12) which is connected with the worm wheel (9) through a second transmission part (11), and a connecting rod (13) which is connected with the turntable (12) and the stirring barrel (1).

A rocking concrete mixer according to claim 1, wherein the end of the mixer shaft (3) is connected to the worm (8) via a first transmission member (7), the turntable (12) is rotatably connected to the middle of the mounting plate (10), and the connecting rod (13) is hinged to the outer edge of the side of the turntable (12) at one end and to the mixer drum (1) at the other end.
3. A rocking concrete mixer according to claim 1, wherein the drive motor (2) is connected to a power supply and a switch by means of wires, and the mixer shaft (3) passes through the mixer drum (1) and is connected to the bearing.

The swing type concrete homogenizing and stirring device according to claim 1, further comprising a balancing assembly, wherein the balancing assembly comprises a frame (20) fixed at the lower end of the mounting plate (10), pneumatic adjusting assemblies arranged at two sides of the frame (20), and swing rods (17) hinged at four corners of the frame (20) through rotating shafts (18).

A swing type concrete uniform mixing device according to claim 4, characterized in that, the two swing rods (17) on the same side are fixedly connected through a cross beam, the middle part of the cross beam is hinged with the upper end of the adjusting rod (16), and the lower end of the adjusting rod (16) is hinged on the pneumatic adjusting component.

The swing type concrete homogenizing and stirring device according to claim 4, characterized in that the pneumatic adjusting assembly comprises air cylinders (14) fixed at both sides of the frame (20), and a telescopic rod (15) slidably connected at one side of the air cylinders (14), and the lower end of the adjusting rod (16) is hinged at the free end of the telescopic rod (15).
7. A rocking concrete mixer device according to claim 4, characterised in that the lower end of the rocker (17) is rotatably provided with rollers (19) which contact the ground.
