背景技术
染发剂是一种给头发染色的化妆品,给头发染上颜色能够使得改善气质以及形象,随着人们对时尚的追求,人们在使用染发剂的同时对其要求也越来越高。
目前染发剂可分为四种类型:氧化永久型染发剂、离子型染发剂、暂时型染发剂以及半永久型染发剂。现有的染发剂主要存在以下三种问题,一方面是大部分染发剂为了体现其效果,一般需要分装成多剂,使用时再进行混合使用,会造成使用的不便;另一方面是染发剂中普遍含有双氧水或者对苯二胺等对头皮产生刺激或者过敏现象的化学物质,长期使用会给头皮甚至身体带来一系列的后遗症;还有一方面是大多数人使用染发剂后,色素随着洗头发会褪去,原来的头发会变黄,无法恢复原来的发质,针对中老年人群,更多偏向于将白头发染成黑色,而中老年人应更加注重染发剂的选择以及使用,避免造成染发剂对头发头皮的伤害。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种安全稳定的单剂型染发剂及其制备方法,其颜色偏向于黑色偏紫调,色素主要来源于植物提取物,可选取其它颜色植物提取物替换。
本发明的技术内容如下:
本发明提供了一种安全稳定的单剂型染发剂,其组成成分包括 2,4,5,6,-四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐(着色剂)、植物提取物、氧化石墨烯、二甲基聚硅氧烷(抗汗、防臭)、1,3-丁二醇(无臭、低毒、水溶性好、湿润剂、柔软剂、香味剂)、黄原胶(乳化剂、稳定剂)、单乙醇胺(杀菌剂、乳化剂、防腐、发泡剂)、抗坏血酸、聚氧乙烯(20)油醇醚以及香精;
所述植物提取物包括茶叶提取物、茉莉花提取物、桑椹提取物以及五倍子提取物;
按质量分数计,2,4,5,6,-四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐占3~4%、植物提取物占9~12%、氧化石墨烯占3~5%、二甲基聚硅氧烷占3~4%、1,3-丁二醇占2~4%、黄原胶占3~6%、单乙醇胺占4~7%、抗坏血酸占2~4%、聚氧乙烯(20)油醇醚占3~5%,香精占0.5~2%,剩余为去离子水。
本发明还提供了一种安全温和的单剂型染发剂的制备方法,依次包括如下步骤:
1)取2,4,5,6,-四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐、茶叶提取物、桑椹提取物与聚氧乙烯(20)油醇醚混合,加入DMF和丙二醇混合溶解,恒温搅拌,之后升温蒸发除去DMF和丙二醇,得到混合物A;
2)取二甲基聚硅氧烷、丁二醇、单乙醇胺混合溶解,再加入茉莉花提取物、五倍子提取物和DMF混合溶解,恒温搅拌进行乳化反应,之后升温蒸发除去DMF,得到混合物B;
3)取混合物A、混合物B、黄原胶与抗坏血酸混合,恒温搅拌进行乳化反应;
4)再加入水以及氧化石墨烯混合搅拌,之后降至室温进行反应,最后滴入香精混合搅拌均匀,即得染发剂。
步骤1)所述DMF和丙二醇的使用比例为1:(1~1.5);
步骤1)至步骤3)所述恒温搅拌的温度为45~70℃。

本发明的单剂型染发剂中不含双氧水、对苯二胺以及其它金属盐成分等刺激皮肤的化学物质,主要采用基于植物提取成分、氧化石墨烯以及2,4,5,6,-四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐等物质制成的单剂型染发剂,其形成的乳化试剂可直接使用于人的毛发上,具有染色稳定性比较高、均匀度较高、成膜性好的特点,该产品主要依靠接触空气中的氧气氧化着色,性质温和,不会伤害头皮,头发;染完头发之后,头发更柔顺、更光泽,不会出现头发干枯、毛躁、发涩等情况;
相比现有技术,避开了双氧水或者对苯二胺在染发过程中,带给头皮刺激、过敏症状,其本发明的产品在完成染色后,色素完全褪色之后,头发会恢复原来的头发颜色,不会改变原来的颜色,足以证明这款产品的性能是安全,环保,健康的,能够适应并满足中老年人对染发剂的安全选择与使用。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体的实施案例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的保护范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定。
若无特殊说明,本发明的所有原料和试剂均为常规市场的原料、试剂。
实施例1
一种安全温和的单剂型染发剂的制备方法,依次包括如下步骤:
1)取3g2,4,5,6,-四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐、3g茶叶提取物、2g桑椹提取物与5g聚氧乙烯(20)油醇醚于乳化锅中混合,加入10gDMF 和10g丙二醇混合溶解,缓慢升温至50℃进行恒温搅拌1.5h,之后升温至185~190℃蒸发除去DMF和丙二醇,得到混合物A;
2)取4g二甲基聚硅氧烷、2g丁二醇、7g单乙醇胺混合溶解,再加入2g茉莉花提取物、2g五倍子提取物和25gDMF于乳化锅中混合溶解,缓慢升温至45℃进行恒温搅拌1.5h,进行乳化反应,之后升温至185~190℃蒸发除去DMF,得到混合物B;
3)取混合物A、混合物B、3g黄原胶与3g抗坏血酸混合,缓慢升温至55℃恒温搅拌进行乳化反应1h;
4)再加入58g水以及5g氧化石墨烯混合搅拌0.5h,之后降至室温进行反应,最后滴入1g香精混合搅拌均匀2h,即得染发剂。
实施例2
一种安全温和的单剂型染发剂的制备方法,依次包括如下步骤:
1)取4g2,4,5,6,-四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐、3g茶叶提取物、3g桑椹提取物与3g聚氧乙烯(20)油醇醚于乳化锅中混合,加入10gDMF 和12g丙二醇混合溶解,缓慢升温至55℃进行恒温搅拌1.5h,之后升温至185~190℃蒸发除去DMF和丙二醇,得到混合物A;
2)取3g二甲基聚硅氧烷、4g丁二醇、4g单乙醇胺混合溶解,再加入2g茉莉花提取物、2g五倍子提取物和25gDMF于乳化锅中混合溶解,缓慢升温至50℃进行恒温搅拌1.5h,进行乳化反应,之后升温至185~190℃蒸发除去DMF,得到混合物B;
3)取混合物A、混合物B、5g黄原胶与4g抗坏血酸混合,缓慢升温至50℃恒温搅拌进行乳化反应1h;
4)再加入58g水以及3g氧化石墨烯混合搅拌0.5h,之后降至室温进行反应,最后滴入1g香精混合搅拌均匀2h,即得染发剂。
实施例3
一种安全温和的单剂型染发剂的制备方法,依次包括如下步骤:
1)取3g2,4,5,6,-四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐、4g茶叶提取物、2g桑椹提取物与4g聚氧乙烯(20)油醇醚于乳化锅中混合,加入10gDMF 和13g丙二醇混合溶解,缓慢升温至55℃进行恒温搅拌1.5h,之后升温至185~190℃蒸发除去DMF和丙二醇,得到混合物A;
2)取3g二甲基聚硅氧烷、4g丁二醇、5g单乙醇胺混合溶解,再加入3g茉莉花提取物、2g五倍子提取物和26gDMF于乳化锅中混合溶解,缓慢升温至50℃进行恒温搅拌1.5h,进行乳化反应,之后升温至185~190℃蒸发除去DMF,得到混合物B;
3)取混合物A、混合物B、6g黄原胶与2g抗坏血酸混合,缓慢升温至50℃恒温搅拌进行乳化反应1h;
4)再加入56g水以及4g氧化石墨烯混合搅拌0.5h,之后降至室温进行反应,最后滴入1g香精混合搅拌均匀2h,即得染发剂。
实施例4
一种安全温和的单剂型染发剂的制备方法,依次包括如下步骤:
1)取4g2,4,5,6,-四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐、3g茶叶提取物、3g桑椹提取物与4g聚氧乙烯(20)油醇醚于乳化锅中混合,加入10gDMF 和15g丙二醇混合溶解,缓慢升温至55℃进行恒温搅拌1.5h,之后升温至185~190℃蒸发除去DMF和丙二醇,得到混合物A;
2)取3g二甲基聚硅氧烷、4g丁二醇、5g单乙醇胺混合溶解,再加入3g茉莉花提取物、2g五倍子提取物和28gDMF于乳化锅中混合溶解,缓慢升温至50℃进行恒温搅拌1.5h,进行乳化反应,之后升温至185~190℃蒸发除去DMF,得到混合物B;
3)取混合物A、混合物B、5g黄原胶与4g抗坏血酸混合,缓慢升温至50℃恒温搅拌进行乳化反应1h;
4)再加入56g水以及4g氧化石墨烯混合搅拌0.5h,之后降至室温进行反应,最后滴入1g香精混合搅拌均匀2h,即得染发剂。
对比例1
一种含有对苯二胺的单剂型染发剂,将实施例1中的氧化石墨烯替换为对苯二胺、其他不变;
对比例2
一种含有双氧水、对苯二胺的单剂型染发剂,将实施例2中的 2,4,5,6,-四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐替换为双氧水、氧化石墨烯替换为对苯二胺、其他不变;
对比例3
一种采用化学着色剂的单剂型染发剂,将实施例3中的所有植物提取物替换为着色剂,着色剂的制备采用五倍子色素液、茶叶色素液、羧甲基纤维素钠、1,3丁二醇、三乙醇胺、甘油、香精、防腐剂以及去离子水混合制得,其它不变。
对比例4
一种含有对苯二胺、化学着色剂的单剂型染发剂,将实施例4中的氧化石墨烯替换为对苯二胺、所有植物提取物替换为对比例3制得的着色剂,其他不变。
以上实施例和对比例的香精包括玫瑰精油、茉莉花精油等。
试验例
取实施例1~4制得的本发明的染发剂产品以及对比例1~4制得的染发剂产品:
a.通过闻取染发剂的味道,对比例1、2、4的产品味道比较刺鼻,而对比例2的产品较为刺鼻;
b.色泽保持测试:将实施例1~4以及对比例1~4的7个染发剂产品分别给剪下的中老年的白色头发进行染色,静置30~40分钟,之后放在含5%的洗发水的水溶液中,然后放在涡流转机,控制转速为 40r/min进行转动,重复试验并观察头发的色泽效果,其结果如下表所示:

从表1的结果可得,本发明实施例的染色剂的染色效果呈亮黑色、有光泽、其色泽优于对比例的染发剂产品,且色泽的保持度也较优,表明了本发明的染发剂的稳定性较优,且使用之后的头发褪色之后依然保持原有的色度,说明其没有对头发造成损害,且发质仍然较为柔顺,采用植物着色能保护发质,而对比例的含有双氧水或者对苯二胺物质的染发剂使得褪色后的头发呈现黄色,表明其对头发造成了一定程度的损害。
Claims (8)
1.一种安全稳定的单剂型染发剂,其特征在于,其组成成分包括2,4,5,6,-四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐、植物提取物、氧化石墨烯、二甲基聚硅氧烷、1,3-丁二醇、黄原胶、单乙醇胺、抗坏血酸、聚氧乙烯(20)油醇醚以及香精。
2.由权利要求1所述的单剂型染发剂,其特征在于,所述植物提取物包括茶叶提取物、茉莉花提取物、桑椹提取物以及五倍子提取物。
3.由权利要求1所述的单剂型染发剂,其特征在于,按质量分数计,2,4,5,6,-四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐占3~4%、植物提取物占9~12%、氧化石墨烯占3~5%、二甲基聚硅氧烷占3~4%、1,3-丁二醇占2~4%、黄原胶占3~6%、单乙醇胺占4~7%、抗坏血酸占2~4%、聚氧乙烯(20)油醇醚占3~5%,香精占0.5~2%,剩余为去离子水。
4.一种安全稳定的单剂型染发剂的制备方法,其特征在于,依次包括如下步骤:
1)取2,4,5,6,-四氨基嘧啶硫酸盐、茶叶提取物、桑椹提取物与聚氧乙烯(20)油醇醚混合,加入DMF和丙二醇混合溶解,恒温搅拌,之后升温蒸发除去DMF和丙二醇,得到混合物A;
2)取二甲基聚硅氧烷、丁二醇、单乙醇胺混合溶解,再加入茉莉花提取物、五倍子提取物和DMF混合溶解,恒温搅拌进行乳化反应,之后升温蒸发除去DMF,得到混合物B;
3)取混合物A、混合物B、黄原胶与抗坏血酸混合,恒温搅拌进行乳化反应;
4)再加入水以及氧化石墨烯混合搅拌,之后降至室温进行反应,最后滴入香精混合搅拌均匀,即得染发剂。
5.由权利要求4所述的单剂型染发剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)所述DMF和丙二醇的使用比例为1:(1~1.5)。
6.由权利要求4所述的单剂型染发剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)所述DMF的加入量为混合物B的60~63%。
7.由权利要求4所述的单剂型染发剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)至步骤3)所述恒温搅拌的温度为45~70℃。
8.由权利要求4所述的单剂型染发剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)所述的氧化石墨烯使用前的研磨并过筛为10~20nm孔径大小的颗粒。
