Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of stool structures, in particular to a portable cylindrical stool.
Background
Stool is the most common article for people to live. The common stool is of a fixed shape and size, can not be folded and stored, and is inconvenient for people to travel far and feet. Thus, many folding stools/chairs are commercially available in order to meet the needs of a wide range of consumer markets. The most common folding stool is a folding stool commonly known as a small folding stool, which is generally composed of two frame bodies hinged with each other, cloth connected with the frame bodies and fasteners.
However, the folding stool has the defect of poor strength, and the folding stool with high strength (namely, the folding stool with high strength either increases the strength of the structure itself, such as a metal bracket, or increases a reinforcing structure, such as a reinforcing bracket) has the problems of heavy weight, difficult carrying and storage or complex structure and inconvenient storage.
Meanwhile, the existing folding stool with the folding stool has the problem of insufficient adjustability, namely the height of the folding stool cannot be adjusted or the height is inconvenient to adjust. Therefore, the existing folding stool is inconvenient to use when facing different people.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a portable cylindrical stool capable of solving the above-mentioned drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a portable cylindrical stool which is very convenient to use, fold and store, and a user can adjust the height of a seat cushion according to the use requirement.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a portable cylindrical stool which comprises a soft cushion and a supporting component arranged below the soft cushion, and is characterized in that the supporting component comprises a vertically arranged mounting pipe, a support pipe capable of moving in a telescopic manner is sleeved in the mounting pipe, a plurality of support foot plates swinging in the direction away from the axis of the mounting pipe are hinged at the lower end of the mounting pipe, a plurality of support plates swinging in the direction away from the axis of the support pipe are hinged at the upper end of the support pipe, and the upper end of the support plate is connected with the soft cushion.
As a further improvement of the invention, a plurality of clamping grooves are sequentially arranged on the outer wall of the supporting tube from top to bottom, a through hole is arranged on the side wall of the mounting tube, and a movable clamping block which is clamped with the clamping grooves is arranged in the through hole.
As a further improvement of the invention, one side of the movable clamping block is hinged with the edge of the through hole through a hinge rod, a torsion spring is sleeved on the hinge rod, and two ends of the torsion spring are respectively connected with the movable clamping block and the through hole.
As a further improvement of the invention, the outer wall of the mounting tube is provided with an elastic ring sleeve which is arranged around the axle center of the mounting tube and can cover the through hole.
As a further improvement of the invention, the outer wall of the lower part of the mounting pipe is sleeved with a limiting pipe capable of moving up and down, the lower end of the limiting pipe extends to the outer side of the supporting foot plate, and the inner diameter of the lower part of the limiting pipe is 1.1-1.5 times of the inner diameter of the upper part of the limiting pipe.
As a further improvement of the invention, the outer wall of the lower part of the mounting pipe is provided with external threads, and the upper part of the inner wall of the limiting pipe is provided with internal threads matched with the threads of the outer wall of the mounting pipe.
As a further improvement of the invention, the supporting foot plate is an arc-shaped plate with the same shape as the outer wall of the mounting tube, and the outer wall of the supporting foot plate is provided with an internal thread which is in threaded fit with the inner wall of the limiting tube.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the sectional area of the supporting foot plate is gradually reduced from top to bottom.
As a further improvement of the invention, the upper end of the supporting foot plate is hinged with the lower end of the mounting pipe through a hinge rod, a torsion spring is sleeved on the hinge rod, and two ends of the torsion spring are respectively connected with the supporting foot plate and the mounting pipe.
As a further improvement of the invention, an installation block is arranged at the axle center in the soft cushion, a plurality of framework plates with two ends respectively hinged with the installation block and the supporting plate are also arranged on the side wall of the installation block, and a gland is detachably arranged on the upper part of the installation block.
Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the portable cylindrical stool has the advantages that:
1. According to the folding cylindrical stool, when the folding cylindrical stool is stored, the supporting tube which stretches and moves in the mounting tube can vertically shrink the height of the whole cylindrical stool. Simultaneously, the articulated supporting foot plate can inwards shrink, reduces the horizontal area of expanding of whole cylinder bench lower part. In addition, the articulated backup pad cooperation soft cushion, the backup pad can drive soft cushion folding accomodate when inwards contracting, reduces the horizontal area of expanding on whole cylinder bench upper portion. Through these structures, this cylinder bench can very convenient folding accomodate, reduces its required space greatly, and convenience of customers carries. Moreover, because the stay tube can vertically to flexible removal, this cylinder bench's user can also be according to self user's needs, through the mode of adjusting the flexible moving amount of stay tube, adjusts the cushion height by oneself. The utility model is convenient to use and is suitable for the user groups with various shapes.
2. A plurality of clamping grooves are sequentially formed in the outer wall of the supporting tube from top to bottom, a through hole is formed in the side wall of the mounting tube, and a movable clamping block which is clamped with the clamping grooves is arranged in the through hole. The clamping groove is matched with the movable clamping block, so that the support tube can be fixed, and the support tube is prevented from freely stretching and moving in the installation tube. Simultaneously, through setting up a plurality of draw-in grooves that highly differ, the user can select the draw-in groove of suitable height and movable fixture block according to actual need, reaches the purpose of adjustment cylinder bench height.
3. One side of the movable clamping block is hinged with the edge of the through hole through a hinge rod, a torsion spring is sleeved on the hinge rod, and two ends of the torsion spring are respectively connected with the movable clamping block and the through hole. Through setting up spacing pipe to adjust the vertical height position of spacing pipe, can effectively restrict the angle of opening of backup pad foot, avoid its angle of opening too big.
5. The outer wall of the lower part of the installation tube is provided with external threads, and the upper part of the inner wall of the limit tube is provided with internal threads matched with the threads of the outer wall of the installation tube. The installation tube and the limit tube of screw thread fit have guaranteed that the limit tube can be stable install on the installation tube, can not remove at will, and then the backup pad foot can be stable fix at an open angle, and the bench uses also more stably. Meanwhile, the distance of the up-and-down movement of the limiting pipe can be conveniently controlled, and the effect of accurately adjusting the opening angle of the supporting plate foot is achieved.
6. The supporting foot plate is an arc-shaped plate with the same shape as the outer wall of the mounting tube, and the outer wall of the supporting foot plate is provided with internal threads matched with the threads on the inner wall of the limiting tube. When the folding cylindrical stool is stored, the limiting pipe can be moved to the supporting foot plates to retract the plurality of supporting foot plates together. And through the screw thread fit with the outer wall of the supporting foot plate, the stability of the limiting pipe on the supporting foot plate can be ensured, and falling off can not occur.
7. The upper end of the supporting foot plate is hinged with the lower end of the mounting pipe through a hinge rod, a torsion spring is sleeved on the hinge rod, and two ends of the torsion spring are respectively connected with the supporting foot plate and the mounting pipe. Through the cooperation of articulated pole and torsion spring, support the sole and can obtain an open power, open under the free prerequisite voluntarily. When the device is unfolded, the supporting foot plate is not required to be broken by manpower.
8. Examples
Detailed description of the invention as shown in fig. 1-6, a portable cylindrical stool includes a soft seat cushion 1 and a support assembly disposed thereunder. When a user uses the cylindrical stool, the user sits on the soft cushion 1, and the soft cushion 1 is supported by the support assembly.
Wherein the support assembly comprises a vertically arranged mounting tube 4. A support tube 3 which can move in a telescopic way is sleeved in the installation tube 4. The lower end of the mounting tube 4 is hinged with a plurality of supporting foot plates 6 which swing away from the axis direction of the mounting tube 4. The upper end of the support tube 3 is hinged with a plurality of support plates 2 which swing towards the direction far away from the axis of the support tube 3. The upper end of the supporting plate 2 is connected with the soft cushion 1.
When the folding cylindrical stool is stored, the supporting tube 3 which stretches and moves in the mounting tube 4 can vertically shrink the height of the whole cylindrical stool. Simultaneously, the hinged supporting foot plate 6 can be contracted inwards, so that the horizontal unfolding area of the lower part of the whole cylindrical stool is reduced. In addition, the articulated backup pad 2 cooperates soft cushion 1, and the soft cushion 1 of can driving is folded to accomodate when the inside shrink of backup pad 2 reduces the horizontal area of expanding on whole cylinder bench upper portion. Through these structures, this cylinder bench can very convenient folding accomodate, reduces its required space greatly, and convenience of customers carries. Moreover, because the stay tube 3 can vertically move to flexible, this cylinder bench's user can also be according to self user's needs, through the mode of adjusting the flexible moving amount of stay tube 3, adjusts the cushion height by oneself. Simultaneously, a plurality of clamping grooves 31 are sequentially formed in the outer wall of the supporting tube 3 from top to bottom, a through hole is formed in the side wall of the mounting tube 4, and a movable clamping block 41 which is clamped with the clamping grooves 31 is arranged in the through hole. The engagement of the locking groove 31 with the movable locking block 41 can be used to fix the support pipe 3, preventing the support pipe 3 from freely moving in a telescopic manner in the mounting pipe 4. Because the clamping grooves 31 are staggered and are arranged around the axle center of the supporting tube 3, the supporting tube 3 can axially rotate relative to the mounting tube 4 to adjust the position during actual use, and the purpose of rotating the soft cushion 1 is achieved. Meanwhile, by arranging a plurality of clamping grooves 31 with different heights, a user can select the clamping groove 31 with proper height to be clamped with the movable clamping block 41 according to actual needs, so that the purpose of adjusting the height of the cylindrical bench is achieved. In this embodiment, the two kinds of the locking grooves 31 include a square groove provided on the outer side wall of the middle portion of the support pipe 3 and an annular groove provided at a position near the upper/lower end of the support pipe 3.
And, one side of the movable clamping block 41 is hinged with the edge of the through hole through a hinge rod 7, a torsion spring 8 is sleeved on the hinge rod 7, and two ends of the torsion spring 8 are respectively connected with the movable clamping block 41 and the through hole. Through torsion spring 8, cooperation articulated rod 7, movable fixture block 41 can break off with the fingers and thumb from the opening under the condition that there is external force, and movable fixture block 41 can retract into the opening under the condition that there is not external force control automatically. Through this structure, the user can conveniently switch the clamping groove 31 clamped with the movable clamping block 41, and the movable clamping block 41 does not need to be taken down integrally every time.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure the beauty of the outer wall of the installation tube 4 and to prevent the movable clip 41 from falling off. An elastic ring sleeve 9 which is arranged around the axis of the installation tube 4 and can cover the through hole is arranged on the outer wall of the installation tube.
In addition, a limiting pipe 5 which can move up and down is sleeved on the outer wall of the lower part of the mounting pipe 4. The lower end of the limiting pipe 5 extends to the outer side of the supporting foot plate 6. The inner diameter of the lower part of the limiting pipe 5 is 1.1-1.5 times of the inner diameter of the upper part of the limiting pipe. And, be equipped with the external screw thread on the mounting tube 4 lower part outer wall, spacing pipe 5 inner wall upper portion is equipped with the internal screw thread with mounting tube 4 outer wall screw-thread fit. The installation pipe 4 and the limit pipe 5 of screw-thread fit guarantee that the limit pipe 5 can be stably installed on the installation pipe 4, can not remove at will, and then the backup pad foot 6 can be stable fix at an open angle, and the bench uses also more stably. Meanwhile, the distance of the up-and-down movement of the limiting pipe 5 can be conveniently controlled, and the effect of accurately adjusting the opening angle of the supporting plate foot 6 is achieved.

In this embodiment, the sectional area of the support foot plate 6 gradually decreases from top to bottom. Of course, in the actual assembly process, the supporting foot plate 6 may also be a supporting foot plate 6 with a fixed sectional area, which does not necessarily require a gradual reduction in sectional area, and may be determined according to the actual design.

The upper end of the supporting foot plate 6 is hinged with the lower end of the mounting tube 4 through a hinging rod 7. The hinge rod 7 is sleeved with a torsion spring 8. The torsion spring 8 has both ends connected to the support foot plate 6 and the mounting tube 4, respectively. By the cooperation of the hinge rod 7 and the torsion spring 8, the supporting foot plate 6 can obtain an opening force, and the supporting foot plate can automatically open under the condition of no constraint. When the device is unfolded, the supporting foot plate 6 is not required to be broken off manually.
An installation block 11 is arranged at the axle center in the soft cushion 1. The side wall of the installation block 11 is also provided with a plurality of framework plates 12, the two ends of which are respectively hinged with the installation block 11 and the support plate 2. A gland 13 is detachably mounted on the upper portion of the mounting block 11. The skeleton plate 12 can play a role similar to an umbrella rib, and the structural strength of the soft cushion 1 is increased, so that the soft cushion can bear larger pressure. Meanwhile, the pressing cover 13 is provided to prevent the frame plate 12 from being excessively opened.
When the cylindrical stool in the embodiment is used, a user sits on the soft cushion 1 and has a stretching force, so that the cylindrical stool can be stretched in four directions. The cylindrical stool is a high stool, and when the cylindrical stool is lowered downwards to the lowest, the cylindrical stool is a short stool. When the cylindrical stool is well stored, the cylindrical stool is as large as a water cup, and is convenient to carry. The cylindrical stool is unfolded up and down, and the use is convenient.
