The prestressed double-T plate has the characteristics of large span, good bearing capacity and the like, but has the problems of difficult plate seam treatment and cracking caused by reverse arching of the concrete trough plate under the action of negative bending moment in the releasing and tensioning process, and is difficult to popularize in engineering application. The prestressed double-T plate in the prior art can not be manufactured by a long-line method, so that the manufacturing efficiency of components is reduced, the universality of a mould is poor, the manufacturing cost is improved, the bottom of a rib beam is not provided with a special-shaped rib for expanding a section flange, the height of the rib cannot be reduced under the same bending moment, the concrete panel is cracked due to the action of a negative bending moment when the prestressed double-T plate is placed in tension, the structural performance of a prefabricated component is influenced, and meanwhile, the pouring integrity is influenced because the placing gaps are not arranged on the two sides of the panel. The traditional double-T plate or the traditional lower convex transverse rib of the trough plate is cancelled, the traditional double-T plate or the traditional trough plate is changed into the traditional upper convex transverse rib, the trough plate can be manufactured by adopting a long-line method, the length of the plate can be randomly set, the work efficiency and the universality of the die are improved, and the cost of amortization of the die is greatly reduced.
3. The groove plates can be separated from the cast-in-place steel bar truss composite floor slab to form a multi-ribbed floor slab, so that the number of ribs and the number of prefabricated parts are reduced, the construction progress of the floor slab is greatly accelerated, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
4. The groove plate and the cast-in-place surface layer are connected and combined into a laminated slab through a steel bar truss, and the integrity is good.
5. The upper part of the groove plate is provided with the prestress balance rib, so that the reverse arch of the groove plate can be effectively controlled, and the height difference of adjacent plates is reduced.
6. The transverse upward-turning ribs and the steel bar trusses are arranged on the trough plate, so that the bending resistance of the trough plate in the construction stage is effectively improved, and the cracking of the panel is avoided.
