The present disclosure relates to a tofu pudding packaging method for packaging a food item into a food cup, the method comprising: a removable middle sealing piece is arranged in the cup body to divide the cup body into a main accommodating part for accommodating main materials and an auxiliary accommodating part for accommodating auxiliary materials, and the auxiliary accommodating part and the main accommodating part are arranged up and down; filling the main material into the main accommodating part; sealing a first end of the main accommodating part away from the auxiliary accommodating part; placing the auxiliary material into the auxiliary accommodating part; sealing a second end of the secondary receptacle remote from the primary receptacle. Through the technical scheme, the tofu pudding packaging method provided by the disclosure enables the volumes of the parts for containing the main materials to be different when the packaging and the using are carried out under the condition that the overall outline of the cup body of the food cup is not changed, so that the technical problem that the filling of the main materials and the adding of the follow-up auxiliary materials cannot be considered is solved.

Background
The uncongealed tofu is also called uncongealed tofu, and is a traditional bean product which is well liked by consumers. The frozen sweet bean curd jelly and the hot salty bean curd jelly can be seen everywhere in China, the great rivers, the south and the north. However, at present, the foods are mainly spread on breakfast, and the main reason for the foods is that the tofu pudding is soft and tender and is not easy to transport.
In the field of food packaging, the packaging difficulty of the tofu pudding is high, if the tofu pudding cannot be filled in a container, the tofu pudding is easy to break in the transportation process, and if the tofu pudding is filled in a container, the tofu pudding is easy to overflow when being eaten, and other seasonings cannot be added in the container.
The production process of the tofu pudding has the following requirements: cooling the cooked soybean milk to below room temperature, adding a coagulant, filling, sterilizing and forming in a water bath at the temperature of more than 70 ℃, cooling to room temperature, and refrigerating and storing at the temperature of 4-6 ℃. Researches find that if the food cup is filled with the cooked soybean milk in the filling process, the whole food cup can be filled with the coagulated tofu pudding in the subsequent water bath heating and forming process, so that the problem that the tofu pudding is easy to break due to collision with the cup wall in transportation can be effectively solved. However, in order to add the auxiliary materials into the food cup during subsequent eating, the method that the tofu pudding is not filled with the food cup is generally adopted in the production process, so that a space is reserved for adding the auxiliary materials during eating.

According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a tofu pudding packaging method for packaging food into a food cup, as shown with reference to fig. 5 to 8 and 13, the packaging method may include:
s1': providing a flexible sealing sheet 31 ' in the cup body to divide the cup body into a main containing part 1 ' and a sub containing part 2 ', the main containing part 1 ' and the sub containing part 2 ' being arranged up and down, wherein the flexible sealing sheet 31 ' is configured to be able to be selectively bent toward the main containing part 1 ' or toward the sub containing part 2;
s2': bending flexible sealing piece 31 'towards main housing 1';
s3': after bending the flexible sealing sheet 31 ' toward the main containing portion 1 ', filling the main containing portion 1 ' with the main material;
s4': the first end 11 ' of the main receiving portion 1 ' remote from the sub receiving portion 2 ' is sealed to form a first sealed portion 13 ', and the first sealed portion 13 ' may be a sealing film to facilitate tearing.

It should be noted that flexible sealing piece 31 'does not protrude from the corresponding end of the food cup when bent to both sides, i.e. flexible sealing piece 31' is always located within the outline of the food cup. In order to save space and facilitate carrying of the auxiliary materials, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the auxiliary accommodating portion 2' can be used for accommodating the auxiliary materials, so that the food cup can accommodate both the main materials and the auxiliary materials, and is convenient for consumers to carry and eat. The connection manner between the sub accommodating part 2 ' and the main accommodating part 1 ' may be configured in any suitable manner, and alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the main accommodating part 1 ' and the sub accommodating part 2 ' may be integrally formed, in which case the auxiliary material can only enter the sub accommodating part 2 ' through the second end 21 ', and therefore, as shown in fig. 13, the tofu pudding packaging method may further include step S51 ': the auxiliary material is loaded into the auxiliary accommodating part 2 'through the second end 21'; and step S61': the second end 21 'is sealed to form a second sealed portion 23' to prevent the supplementary material from falling out. In particular embodiments of the present disclosure, the auxiliary material accommodating part may be configured in any suitable manner. Alternatively, referring to fig. 8, the auxiliary material accommodating part includes a buckle cover 41 'detachably connected to the first end 11', and an open end of the buckle cover 41 'is detachably connected to the first end 11' so that the auxiliary material can be accommodated between the buckle cover 41 'and the first closing part 13'. The opening end of the fastening cover 41 ' may be connected to the first end 11 ' by a snap fit or a screw connection, and the present disclosure does not limit the connection manner between the fastening cover 41 ' and the first end 11 ' as long as the fastening cover 41 ' and the main receiving portion 11 can be easily assembled and disassembled. inverting the cup body and filling the main material into the main accommodating part;
sealing a first end of the main accommodating part away from the auxiliary accommodating part;
the cup body is arranged right and the auxiliary material is placed in the auxiliary accommodating part;
sealing a second end of the secondary containment portion distal from the primary containment portion;
the main containing part and the auxiliary containing part are integrally formed, the middle sealing piece is an easy-to-tear cover, and the step of arranging the removable middle sealing piece in the cup body with two open ends comprises the following steps: a pull ring is disposed on one side of the easy-to-tear cover adjacent to the auxiliary accommodating portion; alternatively, the inner wall of the food cup is formed with an annular flange, the mid-seal is a first membrane, and the step of providing a removable mid-seal in the cup body comprises: attaching the first sealing film to the flange;
the step of inverting the cup body and filling the main receiving part with the main material includes:

sealing a second end of the secondary containment portion distal from the primary containment portion;
the food cup comprises a main cup body and an auxiliary cup body which are detachably connected, the main cup body is formed into the main accommodating part, the auxiliary cup body is formed into the auxiliary accommodating part, and the step of arranging a removable middle sealing part in the cup body with two open ends comprises the following steps: a first opening of the main cup body close to the auxiliary cup body is connected with a second sealing film in a sealing mode, and a second opening of the auxiliary cup body close to the main cup body is connected with a third sealing film in a sealing mode;
the step of inverting the cup body and filling the main receiving part with the main material includes:
filling the main material into the main cup body through the first opening or through the first end;
the step of setting the cup body upright and placing the auxiliary material into the auxiliary accommodating portion includes:
and filling the auxiliary material into the auxiliary cup body through the second opening or the second end.

bending the flexible sealing sheet towards the main housing;
filling the main containing part with the main materials after bending the flexible sealing sheet towards the main containing part;
sealing a first end of the main accommodating part away from the auxiliary accommodating part;
the auxiliary accommodating part is used for accommodating auxiliary materials, the main accommodating part and the auxiliary accommodating part are integrally formed, and the method further comprises the following steps: the auxiliary material is loaded into the auxiliary accommodating part through a second end of the auxiliary accommodating part, which is far away from the main accommodating part; sealing the second end; or,
the method further comprises the following steps: the first end is detachably connected with the auxiliary material accommodating part;
