Description

Grooved hole type crystalline eye refractive artificial lens
Technical Field
The invention belongs to an artificial lens, and particularly relates to a grooved hole type crystalline eye refractive artificial lens.
Background
In recent years, many new refractive surgeries have been created to address the problem of myopic patients not needing to wear glasses. Refractive surgery refers to a different surgical procedure used by ophthalmologists to alter the intraocular structure of a myopic eye such that the light beam entering the eye is focused on the retina so that the patient can see the image clearly without wearing glasses. Such as laser surgery, posterior chamber phakic intraocular lenses, and the like.
Various posterior chamber phakic intraocular lenses are known in the art which are implanted directly behind the iris in front of the lens of the eye to correct vision problems in patients with high myopia (or hyperopia) and to allow the patient to see the surrounding world clearly without the need for glasses. Unlike cataract surgery, prior art intraocular refractive lenses are used without removing the natural lens of the individual, but in the presence of the natural lens of the individual. Thus, the ability of the natural crystal to adjust focus remains unchanged.
Patent application publication No. CN1466934A discloses an intraocular dioptric lens and its implanting method, wherein the intraocular dioptric lens is composed of an optical body with a circular shape and at least one support body, the optical body and the support body have front and back surfaces, the radius of curvature of the front surface of the optical body is determined according to the diopter size, and the back surface of the dioptric lens is a concave curved surface. The surgeon implants the intraocular refractive lens into the eye of the patient using an iridotomy to achieve the goal of correcting ametropia.
Patent application publication No. CN101180008A discloses an intraocular lens having an optical zone and a supporting portion integrally formed of a viscous soft material, wherein a viscosity reducing portion having an irregularity is formed on at least one surface of the supporting portion in the front-rear direction.
One disadvantage of these intraocular refractive lenses (intraocular lenses) is the need to allow fluid flow from the posterior chamber of the eye to the anterior chamber of the eye using an iridotomy. Still another disadvantage is that the presence of the lens body may cause a phenomenon of poor aqueous humor flow, leading to complications such as increased intraocular pressure.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a grooved lens-type phakic refractive intraocular lens which does not require an iris peritomy when implanted, supports the circulation of aqueous humor through the intraocular lens, does not interfere with the flow pattern of the liquid in the eye, and reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the groove-hole type crystalline eye refractive artificial lens comprises a circular optical area and a supporting part smoothly connected with the optical area, wherein the back surface of the optical area is in a concave curved surface shape, the curvature radius of the back surface of the optical area is the same as that of the back surface of the supporting part, on the premise that the diameter area of the optical area is not reduced, a non-optical area is formed by outwards extending the outer edge of the optical area, and a groove for guiding the flow of intraocular liquid is arranged on the non-optical area.
In the slotted eye refractive intraocular lens provided by the invention, the non-optical area on the outer edge of the optical area is designed with the groove, when the intraocular lens is implanted between the posterior chamber and the iris in an eye, the iris covers the optical area, and the groove on the non-optical area on the outer edge of the optical area can form a channel to guide aqueous humor in the posterior chamber of the eye to flow into the anterior chamber of the eye through the groove, so that aqueous humor in the eye can circulate conveniently. The groove can guide the flow of the viscoelastic agent introduced by an implantation operation besides the flow of aqueous humor, so that the viscoelastic agent can be cleared, and the eye diseases caused by the blocked pupil can be effectively solved. In addition, the groove of the slotted eye refractive intraocular lens can realize the circulation of aqueous humor in the eye, so that the iris peritomy is not needed before implantation, the injury to the iris can be avoided, the operation is more convenient and faster, and the postoperative intraocular pressure is stable.
Preferably, the non-optical zone has a uniform radial width along the optical zone, and the radial width of the non-optical zone along the optical zone is 0.1-0.7 mm.
In the present invention, the radial width of the non-optical zone along the optical zone refers to the distance between the inner edge of the non-optical zone, which is in contact with the outer edge of the optical zone, and the outer edge of the non-optical zone in the radial direction of the optical zone. The non-optical zone having a uniform radial width along the optical zone means that the outer edge of the optical zone extends outwardly in all directions to the same extent.
Preferably, the groove includes a first groove portion disposed at a top of the non-optical zone and a second groove portion disposed on an outer sidewall of the non-optical zone, and the first groove portion and the second groove portion intersect and continuously penetrate. So that the liquid in the eye flows through the first groove part and the second groove part.
Preferably, the groove depths of the first groove part and the second groove part are equal, and the bore length of the first groove part is larger than the bore depth of the second groove part. This arrangement facilitates the flow of fluid within the eye.
In the present invention, the depth of the first groove portion is a height from the top to the bottom of the optical zone, the depth of the second groove portion is a depth inward from the outer side wall of the optical zone, and the depths of the first groove portion and the second groove portion are the same as the depth of the groove.
Preferably, the depth of the groove is 50-200 μm. The groove of the non-optical area at the outer edge of the optical area is mainly used for guiding the flow of aqueous humor between the anterior chamber and the posterior chamber in the eye, so that the groove depth of the groove directly influences the mobility of the aqueous humor, when the groove depth of the groove is too large, the area of the optical area can be reduced, the light transmission quantity can be directly reduced, the imaging quality and the visual effect are influenced, when the groove depth of the groove is too small, the liquid circulation quantity is limited, the flow quantity of the liquid in the anterior chamber and the posterior chamber in the eye is too small, and the guiding effect is not strong. Further, the groove depth of the groove is 70-130 μm, and further preferably 100 μm.
The number and the distribution position of the grooves directly influence the circulation effect of the intraocular liquid, and preferably, the grooves are a plurality of grooves which are uniformly arranged on the top and the outer side wall of the non-optical area at intervals along the circumferential direction. The grooves are uniformly distributed, so that the posterior chamber liquid can be guided to flow into the anterior chamber from multiple directions, and the mobility of aqueous humor is improved. Further, the grooves are uniformly distributed on the top and the outer side wall of the non-optical area along the circumferential direction.
Preferably, the rear surface curvature radius of the optical zone and the supporting part is 9-11 mm. The radius of curvature in this range is approximately the same as the radius of curvature of the anterior surface of the natural human lens, which ensures that the intraocular lens conforms well to the surface of the natural human lens.
Preferably, the total length of the groove-hole type crystalline eye refractive artificial lens is 10-13 mm.
Preferably, the diameter of the optical zone is 4.0-6.0 mm.
Preferably, the support part is externally connected with another support part with a curvature radius different from that of the rear surface of the support part. By the insertion of the other support part, corneal diseases and even blindness caused by the collision of the anterior surface of the optical zone of the intraocular lens against the inner surface layer of the cornea can be avoided.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
in the slotted eye refractive intraocular lens provided by the invention, the groove designed along the non-optical area outside the optical area can guide the intraocular liquid to flow into the anterior chamber from the posterior chamber, thus being beneficial to aqueous humor circulation and effectively solving eye diseases caused by pupil blockage. And the doctor does not need to carry out the peripheral excision of iris before the implantation, so that the operation is more convenient and quicker, and the postoperative intraocular pressure is stable.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the scope of the invention, are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
In order to solve the problem of the unsmooth flow of aqueous humor caused by the implantation of the intraocular lens, the present embodiment provides a slotted intraocular lens with a crystalline lens, which is a dioptric intraocular lens shown in fig. 1 to 4. Specifically, the intraocular lens provided by this embodiment includes a circular optical zone 101 and a supporting portion 102 smoothly connected to the optical zone 101, a rear surface of the optical zone 101 presents a concave curved surface shape, and a curvature radius of the rear surface of the optical zone 101 is the same as that of the rear surface of the supporting portion 102, and may be 9-11 mm, for example, 10 cm. On the basis, the outer edge of the optical zone 101 extends outwards to form a non-optical zone 104, and the non-optical zone 104 is provided with a groove 103 for guiding the flow of the intraocular fluid.
When the slotted eye refractive artificial lens is implanted between the posterior chamber and the iris in an eye, the iris is covered on the optical area 101, and after the optical area is covered by the iris, the liquid (aqueous humor) in the posterior chamber is blocked by the blocking optical area and is difficult to flow into the anterior chamber, which can cause high intraocular pressure. The groove 103 can guide the flow of the viscoelastic agent introduced by the implantation operation besides the flow of the aqueous humor, so that the viscoelastic agent can be cleared, and the eye diseases caused by the blocked pupil can be effectively solved. In addition, the groove 103 of the slotted eye refractive intraocular lens can realize the circulation of aqueous humor in the eye, so that the iris periiridectomy is not needed before implantation, the iris can be prevented from being damaged, the operation is more convenient and faster, and the intraocular pressure after the operation is stable.
In an embodiment, the non-optical zone 104 has a uniform radial width along the optical zone, and the radial width of the non-optical zone 104 along the optical zone is 0.1 to 0.7mm, for example, 0.5 mm.
Specifically, the groove 103 includes a first groove portion provided at the top of the non-optical zone and a second groove portion provided on the outer side wall of the non-optical zone, and the first groove portion and the second groove portion intersect and continuously penetrate. Thus, the liquid in the eye flows through the first groove part and the second groove part. Of course, the groove 103 may be a rectangular groove extending through the anterior-posterior chamber and formed on the outer side wall of the non-optical zone 104.
The research shows that the groove depth directly influences the mobility of aqueous humor, when the groove depth of the groove is too large, the area of an optical area can be reduced, the light flux is directly reduced, the imaging quality and the visual effect are influenced, and when the groove depth of the groove is too small, the liquid flux is limited, so that the liquid flow of anterior and posterior chambers in eyes is too small, and the guiding effect is not strong. Therefore, the groove depth of the groove 103 is defined to be 50-200 μm in the present embodiment, and the groove depth may be 100 μm for example. To avoid scratching the eye tissue by the edge of the optical zone, the open edge of the groove 103 presents a smooth transition edge.
Through experimental investigation, the number and distribution positions of the grooves directly influence the circulation effect of the liquid in the eyes. In one embodiment, the groove 103 is designed to be plural, that is, a plurality of grooves 103 are provided on the outer non-optical zone along the outer edge of the optical zone 101, and the plurality of grooves 103 are uniformly distributed at the top and the outer side wall of the non-optical zone 104 at intervals along the circumferential direction, as shown in fig. 1. In another embodiment, the non-optical zone 104 is provided with a plurality of grooves 103, and the grooves 103 are uniformly distributed on the top and the outer side wall of the non-optical zone 104 along the circumferential direction, as shown in fig. 2. The invention does not limit the shape and distribution number of the grooves, as long as the liquid flow in the front and the back rooms can be guided.
In the slotted hole type crystal eye refractive artificial lens, the total length of the slotted hole type crystal eye refractive artificial lens is 10-13 mm, for example 11 mm; the optical zone has a diameter of 4.0 to 6.0mm, for example 5.0 mm; the width of the supporting part is 4.5-6.5 mm, for example 6 mm; the slotted phakic refractive intraocular lens is used to correct myopia or hyperopia depending on whether the anterior surface of the optical zone 101 is concavely or convexly curved.
As shown in figure 3, the slotted phakic refractive intraocular lens can be used to correct myopic eyes when the anterior surface of the optic zone 301 of the intraocular lens is concavely curved, and the radius of the concavely curved surface of the anterior surface determines the diopter of the intraocular lens, which generally provides the intraocular lens with correction of myopic eyes from-1D to-30D. Typically, the radius of the concave curve of the anterior surface is calculated from known quantities of the material's refractive index, diopter, etc.
By way of example, the parameters of the slotted phakic refractive intraocular lens for correcting myopic eyes shown in figure 3 are: the grooves 303 are uniformly distributed in the non-optical zone 304 along the circumferential direction, the depth of the grooves 303 is 100 μm, the center thickness of the optical zone is 0.1mm, the diameter B of the optical zone is 5.0mm, the radius of curvature of the rear surfaces of the optical zone and the supporting part 302 is 10mm, the total length L of the intraocular lens is 11mm, the width of the supporting part 302 is 6mm, and the thickness is 0.2 mm.
To avoid corneal diseases and even blindness caused by the contact of the anterior surface of the optical zone of the intraocular lens with the inner surface layer of the cornea. The other support part with the curvature radius different from that of the back surface of the support part is connected to the outside of the support part.
The slotted phakic refractive intraocular lenses of figure 4 are each attached to a further haptic outside the haptic, the further haptic having a posterior surface with a radius of curvature different from the posterior surface of the haptic. The length of the other support part is between 0.5mm and 4mm, and can be 1.5 mm.
The anterior curvature of the optic zone 501 of the slotted phakic refractive intraocular lens shown in fig. 4 is a concave curvature, which is also used for correcting myopic eyes, and unlike the slotted phakic refractive intraocular lens shown in fig. 3, the intraocular lens further has another support portion 404 connected to the outside of the support portion 402, which has a different radius of curvature from the rear surface of the support portion 402.
By way of example, the parameters of the slotted phakic refractive intraocular lens for correcting myopic eyes shown in figure 4 are: the grooves 403 are uniformly distributed on the outer side surface of the non-optical area along the circumferential direction, the depth of the grooves 403 is 100mm, the center thickness of the optical area 401 is 0.1mm, the diameter of the optical area 401 is 5mm, the rear surface curvature radius of the optical area 501 and the supporting part 402 is 10mm, the total length L of the intraocular lens is 11.0mm, the length of the supporting part 402 is between 3mm, and the length of the other supporting part 404 is 1.5 mm.
Any of the above provided grooved eye refractive intraocular lenses with lenses can be implanted in the anterior chamber of the eye or in the posterior chamber of the eye. The optical zone can be made of a rigid material such as polymethacrylate, or can be made of a soft material with high elasticity, particularly a soft material with good biocompatibility. Soft materials with better biocompatibility include, but are not limited to, soft polyacrylates, silicone rubbers, gels, and the like.
The above-mentioned embodiments are intended to illustrate the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, and it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only the most preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and any modifications, additions, equivalents, etc. made within the scope of the principles of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
