During assembly, the large bevel gear 42 is fixedly connected with the base 41 to complete the installation of the rotating base component 4; inserting the lipstick paste body support 2 into the sleeve 31 from bottom to top, gradually inserting the rotating shaft 32 into the sleeve 31, and sleeving the bevel pinion 34, the second stop sleeve 36, the sector gear 33 and the first stop sleeve 35 on the rotating shaft 32 one by one (wherein the sector gear 33 has gear teeth 331 with the side facing downwards) until the two ends of the rotating shaft 32 are erected on the mounting holes of the sleeve 31, so as to complete the mounting of the sleeve component 3 and the lipstick paste body support 2; clamping the installed sleeve component 3 with the base 41; injecting lipstick cream into the lipstick cream support 2; and (4) buckling the top cover 1 to complete the assembly of the whole lipstick.
When the lipstick case is used, the base 41 is rotated clockwise or anticlockwise by fixing the sleeve 31, and the lipstick body can reciprocate.
As a specific example: when the gear ratio of the big bevel gear to the small bevel gear is 2:1, the big bevel gear can rotate by 90 degrees, the small gear can rotate by 180 degrees, the big bevel gear can rotate by half a circle, and then the lipstick can be lifted at one time, so that the efficiency is high, and the operation is more convenient.
The outer side of the extending end 21 is provided with a strip-shaped protrusion 212, and the inner side of the sleeve 31 is provided with a long groove 311 matched with the strip-shaped protrusion 212 in size. A plurality of point-shaped protrusions 312 are arranged on the outer side of the lower end of the sleeve 31 along the same height in the circumferential direction, and correspondingly, annular grooves 412 matched with the point-shaped protrusions 312 are arranged in the base 41. The installation mode of the buckle is adopted, the structure is simple, the installation is convenient, and the reliability is high.
The inner wall of the base 41 is provided with an annular stop surface 413, and after the sleeve 31 is assembled with the base 41, the annular stop surface 413 abuts against the bottom surface of the sleeve 31. The clamping connector is matched with the clamping connector for use, so that the clamping stress is shared, and the sleeve 31 is prevented from being separated from being matched with the base 41 due to overlarge stress.
The included angle between the fan-shaped side surfaces of the fan-shaped gear 33 is 160 degrees, and the number of the gear teeth 331 is less than that of the single-side rack 211. The sector gear 33 is prevented from rotating out of the range of the rack 211 and cannot be meshed with the rack 211 on the other side, so that reciprocating motion is realized. When the sector gear 33 rotates and the rear end gear tooth leaves the rack 211 on one side, the front end gear tooth just enters a meshing state with the rack 211 on the other side. The sector gear 33 and the rack 211 are always in a meshed state, so that self-locking can be realized, and the lipstick body support 2 is prevented from being dislocated when the sector gear 33 is replaced and meshed with the rack 211.
The upper end surface of the big bevel gear 42 is an inwards concave arc surface. The design is more compact, and the sector gear 33 is prevented from coupling and colliding with the big bevel gear 42.
