Claims (10)

1. A novel special health beverage for the middle-aged and the elderly is characterized in that seaweed and scallop are added in the preparation process of the calcium-supplementing health beverage for the elderly, and the compatibility proportion is as follows: 100 parts of shark cartilage powder, 10-20 parts of seaweed and 5-10 parts of scallop.
2. The novel special health-care beverage for middle-aged and elderly people according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials are mixed in a ratio of; 100 parts of shark cartilage powder, 15 parts of seaweed and 8 parts of scallop.

The novel special health drink for middle and old aged people as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the seaweed material is subjected to the following pre-extraction treatment: removing impurities from seaweed, crushing, sieving with a 80-150-mesh sieve, adding purified water with the mass ratio of 10 times of that of the seaweed, and soaking for 30min at 40-60 ℃; adding cellulase with the seaweed mass ratio of 2%, extracting for 2min under the assistance of ultrasonic waves with the ultrasonic power of 250-400W, and then standing for more than 30 min.
4. The novel special health beverage for middle-aged and elderly people according to claim 3, wherein the seaweed is one or a mixture of two of kelp, enteromorpha, gulfweed and undaria pinnatifida.
5. The novel special health beverage for middle-aged and elderly people according to claim 3, wherein the seaweed is a mixture of enteromorpha prolifera and undaria pinnatifida in a mass ratio of 2: 3.

The novel special health drink for the middle-aged and the elderly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the scallop is prepared by the following steps: cleaning the processed fresh scallop with tap water, cleaning with natural mineral water or purified water, and draining; homogenizing: adding the scallop into a high-speed homogenizer, adding natural mineral water or purified water, and performing high-speed homogenization until the scallop can pass through a circular sieve with the aperture of 2 mm; sterilizing the homogenized scallop through an autoclave, and cooling for later use.
7. The novel special health drink for the middle-aged and the elderly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the calcium-supplementing health drink for the elderly is prepared by aerobic fermentation and two-step anaerobic fermentation processes, and the specific processes comprise:
(1) preparing fermentation liquor: mixing the pulverized shark cartilage powder with the pretreated seaweed enzymatic hydrolysate and scallop slurry, adding 10 times of purified water, and adding 0.15-0.20 mass percent (NH) of fermentation liquor4)2SO4、0.10~0.15% KH2PO4、0.1%MgSO4
(2) And (3) sterilization: sterilizing at 121 deg.C for 15 min;

(4) anaerobic fermentation: after the aerobic fermentation is finished, adding 1-2% of lactobacillus acidophilus powder, and performing anaerobic fermentation for 8-16 h at the temperature of 28-35 ℃;
(5) and (3) filtering: performing coarse filtration to remove fermentation thalli;
(6) centrifuging: centrifuging at 10000r/min, and separating supernatant;
(7) aging: ageing for 10-20 days at the temperature of 0-10 ℃ in order to promote the stability and clarification of the functional product;
(8) compounding: adding 1-1.5 g/L xylitol, 1-2 g/L isomaltose hypgather, 5-10 g/L citric acid, 5-10 g/L calcium lactate and 3-5 g/L sucrose;
(9) membrane filtration: filtering the calcium-supplementing health-care drink for the old by using a microporous membrane with the pore diameter of 0.15 mu m;
(10) and (3) sterile filling: and filling and sealing in an aseptic filling production line to obtain the special calcium supplement beverage for the old.
8. The novel special health beverage for middle and old aged people as claimed in claim 7, wherein the compound microbial agent in step (3) is a mixture of Bacillus coagulans, Bacillus subtilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and the inoculation amount ratio is 1:2: 1.

The novel special health drink for middle and old aged people according to claim 8, wherein the preparation method of the compound microbial inoculant seed liquid comprises the following steps: under the aseptic condition, LB culture medium is adopted to culture for 24 hours under the condition of 28-32 ℃, liquid bacillus coagulans and bacillus subtilis seed liquid are respectively prepared, and the effective viable count of the seed liquid is required to be more than or equal to 109cfu/mL; then mixing the seed solutions of the two kinds of bacillus with the brewing yeast powder according to a proportion.
