Description

Method, device and equipment for improving auditing speed of automatic auditing system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automatic auditing, in particular to a method, a device and equipment for improving auditing speed of an automatic auditing system.
Background
The automatic auditing technology has wide rule coverage and multiple executable functions, so that the automatic auditing technology is very wide in application and has the effects of improving the laboratory detection efficiency, accelerating the order issuing time, ensuring the detection quality and the like. However, as the number of rules increases and the number of processing channels is limited, the efficiency of the occurrence of the early warning result becomes slow. When the automatic auditing system needs to check a plurality of items in the report, the system needs to search rules according to the items respectively, if 45 rules are found, the 45 rules are queued and wait for the inference engine to process, and if 8 rules are found when the next report comes, the 8 rules are queued after the 45 rules. That is, only after the previous rule is processed, the inference engine will process the following rule. If part of the report personnel directly approve the report, but the inference engine does not give the early warning result at the moment, the related rules of the report occupy the position waiting for auditing, so that the auditing speed of the following rules is slowed down, the auditing speed of the automatic auditing system is reduced, the early warning result appears very late after the report list is audited, and the functional practicability is gradually reduced.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the automatic auditing system described in the embodiments of the present invention is a medical inspection system, and the medical inspection system can be used for physical and chemical mass spectrometry, genome inspection, pathological diagnosis, bioluminescence inspection, immunological inspection, and other comprehensive inspection.
For example, the automatic auditing system can be used for checking a report of a patient, and the items are detection items of the patient in the report, such as blood detection, urine detection and the like. And judging whether the current item is detected normally by the rules prestored in the rule base, if not, triggering early warning display, and if so, not triggering early warning display. Specifically, the system may mark the item triggering the early warning display with a conspicuous color on the display interface of the current item, for example, a red font box indicates that the attached caption indicates "early warning failed", and the corresponding item detecting normally may be marked with another color, for example, green, and at this time, the corresponding caption may indicate "early warning passed". It should be noted that when the system checks all the projects, the current project is compared with the rules pre-stored in the rule base one by one, and the early warning display of the current project is triggered as long as the current project meets any one rule.
All the inspection reports contain different items, different items contain different rules, one rule can simultaneously inspect a plurality of items, and one item can simultaneously accord with a plurality of rules. For example, each report is composed of 3 items a1\ a2\ A3 …, each item has 3 rules to judge a1-1\ a1-2\ a1-3, then, with the audit of the a \ B \ C \ D \ E report, the rules need to be judged one by one afterwards to obtain the regular color, then the item colors are added, and finally the addition is carried out to the report. The schematic diagram can refer to fig. 1, wherein a black box indicates that a certain item in the current report sheet conforms to the rule, for example, item 1 in the patient report B conforms to the rule 3, i.e., "warning fails", and a warning display is triggered, and then the patient report cannot be automatically approved at this time and needs human approval; patient report a, however, can be automatically approved without manual approval because all items do not meet any of the rules, i.e., "early warning passed".
The triggering of the early warning display of the automatic auditing system of the inspection report is that after an auditing key is pressed down, the system searches for rules according to items on the report, judges and analyzes according to the rule contents and report data, all results are seen on an approving interface, laboratory personnel operate an approving key according to colors, and the ideal situation is that: after the 'check' key is clicked, the personnel are busy with other work, the early warning result of the report sheet appears within 15 minutes, and at this time, the personnel return to operate the 'approval' key according to the color.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for increasing an audit speed of an automatic audit system according to an embodiment of the present invention; the method comprises the following steps:
s1, acquiring rules corresponding to the items in the report form from the rule base; wherein the report sheet includes at least one item;
s2, when responding to the artificial approval instruction, judging whether the rule in the early warning queue channel carries a preset report intervention label or not;
s3, if yes, checking the report according to the rule carrying the report intervention label; if not, interrupting the checking operation of the rule which does not carry the report intervention label before the early warning result comes out;
s4, after the checking operation of the rule without the report intervention label is interrupted, the rule without the report intervention label is moved out of the early warning queue channel, the rule which is arranged behind the current vacated early warning queue channel and carries the report intervention label is moved into the vacated early warning queue channel, and the report sheet is checked according to the rule with the report intervention label.
Specifically, in step S1, after the setting of the automatic audit system is completed, the auditor sends a project check instruction to the automatic audit system to trigger a project check process of the automatic audit system.
Specifically, in step S2, a "report intervention" label is added to the setting interface of all the warning rules in advance, that is, all the rules are classified into those with the label and those without the label, where the label indicates that: the purpose of the rule execution is to add corresponding suggestions and explanations to the current report sheet. That is, the rule with the label is not terminated by the inference engine for human approval, but exists directly as an integral part of the clinical routine, without interruption; on the other hand, without the tag, i.e., to aid the laboratory in the detection of reported abnormal data, this can be interrupted if human approval is given, which is done on behalf of the human brain.
Specifically, in steps S3 to S4, when the rule carries a preset report intervention tag, the checking of the rule is not interrupted when a manual approval instruction (i.e., manual approval) is responded, and the report sheet is continuously checked according to the rule carrying the report intervention tag; and when the rule does not carry the preset report intervention label, interrupting the checking operation of the rule which does not carry the preset report intervention label before the early warning result comes out when responding to the artificial approval instruction, thereby vacating a space for checking other remaining rules and accelerating the checking speed of the automatic checking system.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned accelerating the auditing speed of the automatic auditing system by adding the "report intervention" label to the partial rule, the auditing speed of the automatic auditing system can also be accelerated by performing interrupt check on the report itself, and at this time, after step S1, the method further includes:
s21, after the first preset time period of the checking operation is executed, whether the current report sheet receives a human approval instruction is detected; wherein the first preset time period is 15 minutes;
s22, if yes, interrupting the checking operation of the current report sheet, and checking the next report sheet; if not, the checking operation of the current report is continuously executed.
In the whole automatic auditing process, early warning is executed (background rule search and processor execution computational analysis) within 15 minutes after the 'auditing' is clicked, and after 15 minutes, the early warning is automatically interrupted as long as the report is approved (response to an artificial approval instruction), and resources are left for subsequent queuing reports. In the embodiment of the invention, after the first preset time period of the checking operation is executed, whether the current report sheet receives a manual approval instruction is detected, if yes, the checking of the current report sheet is interrupted, and a space is vacated for checking the rest of other report sheets, so that the checking speed of the automatic checking system is increased.
Further, the present invention also provides a method for analyzing the checking operation of the automatic auditing system, and referring to fig. 3, the method includes:
s5, collecting a report form of the automatic auditing system after the checking operation;
s6, classifying the report according to a preset report classification rule;
and S7, analyzing the checking operation of the automatic auditing system according to the type of the report at intervals of a preset time period.
Preferably, the preset report classification rule includes:
responding to a manual approval instruction and triggering early warning display within a first preset time period, wherein the time for responding to the manual approval instruction is less than the time for triggering early warning display, and recording as a first type report sheet;
responding to a manual approval instruction and triggering early warning display within a first preset time period, wherein the time for responding to the manual approval instruction is longer than the time for triggering early warning display, and recording as a second type report sheet;
responding to a manual approval instruction within a second preset time period, and after responding to the manual approval instruction, stopping the early warning queue by the automatic auditing system and recording as a third type report list;
responding to a manual approval instruction within a third preset time period, and after responding to the manual approval instruction, stopping the early warning queue by the automatic auditing system and recording as a fourth type report list;
triggering early warning display within a fourth preset time period, responding to an artificial approval instruction after triggering the early warning display, and recording as a fifth type report sheet;
triggering early warning display within a first preset time period, responding to an artificial approval instruction after the first preset time period, and recording as a sixth type report sheet;
responding to an artificial approval instruction within a first preset time period, triggering early warning display after the first preset time period, and recording as a seventh type report;
wherein the first preset time period is less than the second preset time period; the second preset time period is less than the third preset time period; the fourth preset time period is greater than the first preset time period. Preferably, the first preset time period is (0, 15) minutes, the second preset time period is [15, 30) minutes, the third preset time period is [30, ∞ ], the fourth preset time period is (15, ∞), and the specific setting of each time period can be set according to the field situation. Please refer to table 1 for the classification of the specific report category.
Wherein scenario A represents a scenario schematic of the first type of report sheet; scene B represents a scene schematic of the second type report sheet; scenario C represents a scenario schematic of the third type report sheet; scenario D represents a scenario schematic of the fourth report sheet; scene E represents a scene schematic of the fifth type of report sheet; scene F represents a scene schematic of the sixth type of report sheet; scenario G represents a scenario schematic of the seventh category of report sheets. TAT time represents the time taken to perform the check operation, i.e., the time taken to complete the warning display operation and to respond to the human approval instruction, a larger number of "v" represents a faster time, and a larger number of "x" represents a slower time. The quality machine indicates the quality of performing the checking operation (generally, the quality is the best if human approval is performed after the warning display result appears), the greater the number of √ indicates the better the quality, and the greater the number of × "indicates the worse the quality.
TABLE 1 breakdown of report sheet
Table 1 shows that B is the most ideal, A is improved by human, so the importance is ranked later, C \ D \ E is abnormal, D is the most common situation at present, namely the system speed is slow, human does not want to wait, and the risk caused by direct approval is also the highest. In the improvement of D, if people know that early warning is given later, the early warning can be directly approved firstly to be developed into C, or along with the gradual development of the system, the early warning speed is gradually improved to be developed into E, and finally, the early warning is developed into ideal B. Table 1 can be analyzed in conjunction with fig. 4.
Further, the automatic auditing system is provided with a checking countdown timer, and the checking countdown timer is displayed on a corresponding report list in the report list; and the checking countdown is the time required for finishing the checking operation on the report currently.
When each batch of reports, such as A/B/C/D/E/F/G, is in 'audit' and arrives at the background server, the server obtains the time for the batch to report the early warning result according to the number of rules queued previously and the processing capacity of the server, such as 100 reports per second, for example, 9 minutes, and the returned result is displayed in the 'early warning state' at the moment 15:13 (currently, 15: 02). Therefore, laboratory personnel can freely select whether to manually or wait for the early warning result to appear, for example, the return time is 25 minutes, the laboratory personnel can directly and manually approve, and the system records the state as C. It is also possible that the return time is 40 minutes, the laboratory process itself is problematic, and the approval is 30 minutes later, the system records the status as D, and of course, it is also possible that the return time is 3 minutes, the warning result comes out, but the manual work has not approved yet, and the system records the status as E.
At this time, each report can be classified by A/B/C/D/E/F/G. Analyzing the checking operation of the automatic checking system according to the category of the report at intervals of a preset time period; wherein the preset time period is one day.
Preferably, the step S7 specifically includes:
s71, respectively calculating a time detection value, a quality detection value, an interruption detection value and an extra consumption value according to the type of the report sheet every preset time period;
s72, analyzing the checking operation of the automatic auditing system according to the time detection value, the quality detection value and the extra consumption value of the interruption detection value;
wherein the time detection value is the ratio of the total number of the second type report sheet to the total number of all the types; the time detection value is B/(a + B + C + D + E + F + G); the data control TAT time of the post, the ideal value is 1, meanwhile, the larger the value is, the shorter the TAT time is, the data are also provided for auditors, and the smaller the value is, the less early warning is given within 15 minutes;
the quality detection value is the ratio of the total number of the second type report sheet, the fifth type report sheet and the sixth type report sheet to the total number of all the types; the quality detection value is (B + E + F)/(a + B + C + D + E + F + G); the quality of the batch sheet of the post is controlled by the data, the ratio is processed by a robot, and the larger the value is, the less hidden danger of the report sheet is; the numerical value is also provided for auditors, and the auditors can ensure how many reports can adopt automatic early warning under the current technical capability and laboratory operation habits;
the interruption detection value is the ratio of the total number of the first type report sheet, the third type report sheet and the fourth type report sheet to the total number of all the types; the interruption detection value ═ a + C + D)/(a + B + C + D + E + F + G); the data shows that the data exceeds 15 minutes, and the laboratory cannot wait for early warning, so that the percentage of the direct batch is the percentage of how many rules need to give out an early warning processing channel;
the additional consumption value is the ratio of the total number of the sixth type report sheet to the total number of all the categories; the additional consumption value is F/(a + B + C + D + E + F + G); this data indicates additional effort, lengthening TAT time, due to not turning on auto-approval;
further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the total number of the seventh type report forms (G) is collected, and if the proportion of the seventh type report forms G is large, it is proved that the staff needs to add a server or optimize the early warning structure.
Compared with the prior art, the method for improving the auditing speed of the automatic auditing system disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the report intervention label is set for the rule in the rule base, the report intervention label indicates that the current rule is artificially uninterruptible and cannot be processed by the inference machine due to artificial approval, so that when the current rule does not carry the report intervention label in the process of verifying operation and the current rule does not carry the report intervention label in response to an artificial approval instruction, the verifying operation of the rule which does not carry the report intervention label is interrupted, and space is vacated for the rest of other rules to be verified, so that the auditing speed of the automatic auditing system is accelerated. In addition, after the first preset time period of the checking operation is executed, whether the current report sheet receives a manual approval instruction is detected, if yes, checking of the current report sheet is interrupted, and space is vacated for checking the rest of other report sheets, so that the checking speed of the automatic checking system is increased.
