Abstract
The invention discloses a combined anchor device, which comprises at least three fixed anchors and a gravity device, wherein the gravity device comprises a first fixed anchor and a second fixed anchor; the at least three anchor anchors are distributed around the gravity device; the gravity device comprises a gravity block body and a fixing ring arranged at the upper end of the gravity block body; the at least three fixed anchors are respectively connected with anchor ropes; the anchor ropes on the at least three fixed anchors respectively penetrate through the fixing rings on the gravity block body to connect the fixed anchors and the gravity device together. The combined anchor device provided by the invention is fixed on the seabed and still has good stability when being subjected to larger vertical supporting force.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ships, in particular to a combined anchor device.
Background
The anchor for ship is a steel weight with certain shape and structure. The anchor mainly comprises an anchor for mooring, an anchor for manipulation and an anchor for application. During anchoring, the anchoring force mainly comprises the holding power of the anchor and the holding power of the anchor chain at the bottom of the water, and the acting force of wind, current and the like on the ship can be effectively resisted. The ship needs to be anchored and moored in an anchoring ground under the conditions of cargo loading and unloading, wind avoidance, equal berthing, quarantine, tide waiting and the like, and the arrangement of the anchoring equipment is to generate enough anchoring force when the ship is anchored, so that the anchoring equipment is an important part of a ship anchoring system. As an improved technical scheme, the fixing anchor comprises a concrete block body, a suspension ring is arranged above the concrete block body, an anchor chain is arranged on one side of the concrete block body, and a stabilizing device is arranged below the concrete block body.
Preferably, the stabilizing means is one or more flukes.
As a preferred technical scheme, one end of the anchor chain is provided with an anchor chain locking buckle; the anchor rope passes through the anchor chain locking buckle and the fixing ring on the gravity block body to connect the fixing anchor and the gravity device together.
As an improved technical scheme, auxiliary anchors are also connected in series on the at least three fixed anchors; the auxiliary anchor is a concrete block or an iron block; one end of the auxiliary anchor is connected with the fixed anchor in series through an anchor chain.

A combined anchor device comprises three fixed anchors 1 and a gravity device 2; the three fixing anchors 1 are distributed in a triangular mode around the gravity device 2; the fixing anchor 2 comprises a cylindrical fixing anchor body 11, and one end of the fixing anchor body is provided with a conical head cone 14; the other end of the fixing anchor body is provided with a fixing part 13; the upper end of the fixed part 13 is provided with a connecting ring 12 for connecting an anchor rope; the gravity device 2 comprises a gravity block body 5, and a fixing ring 4 is arranged at the upper end of the gravity block body 5; the anchor ropes 3 on the three fixing anchors 2 respectively penetrate through the fixing rings 4 on the gravity device 2 to connect the fixing anchors 1 and the gravity device 2 together.
When the anchor is arranged, the anchor ropes connected with the fixed parts of the three fixed anchors respectively pass through the fixed ring above the gravity device, and one end of each anchor rope is fixed on the anchor arranging ship; and finally, the gravity device is fixed in the middle of the fixed anchors which are distributed triangularly to form a combined anchor device which can bear larger vertical supporting force and has good stability.

Claims (8)
1. A modular anchor device, characterized by: comprises at least three fixed anchors and a gravity device; the at least three anchor anchors are distributed around the gravity device; the gravity device comprises a gravity block body and a fixing ring arranged at the upper end of the gravity block body; the at least three fixed anchors are respectively connected with anchor ropes; the anchor ropes on the at least three fixed anchors respectively penetrate through the fixing rings on the gravity block body to connect the fixed anchors and the gravity device together.

A modular anchor device as defined in claim 1, wherein: the fixing anchor comprises a concrete block body, a suspension ring is arranged above the concrete block body, an anchor chain is arranged on one side of the concrete block body, and a stabilizing device is arranged below the concrete block body.
3. A modular anchor device as defined in claim 2, wherein: the stabilizing device is one or more flukes.
4. A modular anchor device as defined in claim 2, wherein: one end of the anchor chain is provided with an anchor chain locking buckle; the anchor rope passes through the anchor chain locking buckle and the fixing ring on the gravity block body to connect the fixing anchor and the gravity device together.
5. A modular anchor device as defined in claim 2, wherein: the at least three fixed anchors are also connected in series with auxiliary anchors; the auxiliary anchor is a concrete block or an iron block; the auxiliary anchor is connected in series with the fixed anchor through an anchor chain.

A modular anchor device as defined in claim 1, wherein: the fixing anchor comprises a cylindrical fixing anchor body, one end of the fixing anchor body is provided with a conical head cone, and the other end of the fixing anchor body is provided with a fixing part; and the upper end of the fixed part is provided with a connecting ring for connecting an anchor rope.
7. A modular anchor device according to claim 5, wherein: the anchor rope penetrates through the connecting ring of the fixing part and the fixing ring on the gravity block body to connect the fixing anchor and the gravity device together.

An anchor arranging method of a combined anchor device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the method comprises the following specific steps: the gravity device comprises a gravity block body, at least three fixed anchors and a gravity device, wherein the gravity block body is provided with a fixing ring, the fixing ring is arranged on the bottom of the gravity block body, the fixing ring is arranged above the gravity block body, the anchor.
