Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of pet food preparations, in particular to a formula and a preparation method of a pet nutrition paste. The composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-10 parts of meat meal, 3.0-4.0 parts of thickening agent, 0.4-0.5 part of bacteriostatic agent, 0.443-0.705 part of vitamin, 0.03-0.05 part of beta-carotene, 0.53-1.06 part of mineral substance, 5.0-6.0 parts of animal oil, 8-10 parts of sorbitol and 40-50 parts of syrup. The pet nutrition paste prepared by the invention contains specific proportions of vitamins, minerals and other nutritional ingredients, and is reasonably matched and scientifically eaten; the syrup and the sorbitol are used as carriers, so that the pet food is fragrant and sweet in taste and strong in palatability, and can be easily mixed into pet food; the nutrient substances (especially vitamin A) are retained, the hair of the pet is prevented from falling off, and the glossiness of the hair of the pet is improved.

[ beta-carotene ]
Beta-carotene is one of the carotenoids, also an orange fat-soluble compound, which is the most ubiquitous and stable natural pigment in nature. Among many natural foods are for example: green vegetables, sweet potatoes, carrots, spinach, pawpaw, mango and the like, all of which contain rich beta-carotene. Beta-carotene is an antioxidant, has detoxifying effect, is an indispensable nutrient for maintaining human health, has remarkable functions in resisting cancer, preventing cardiovascular diseases, cataract and oxidation, and further prevents various degenerative diseases caused by aging and senility.
In a preferred embodiment, the beta-carotene includes, but is not limited to, that available from Zhengzhou Longxiang chemical products, Inc.
The inventor finds that the pet is lack of vitamin A to cause symptoms such as hair loss, rough fur and the like, so the supplement of the vitamin A can effectively prevent the hair of the pet from falling off, promote the growth of new fur and improve the glossiness of the hair of the pet. However, the main body of vitamin A is polyenol containing beta-dahurian angelica ketone ring, and the polyenol has active chemical property and is easy to undergo autooxidation to generate a plurality of epoxy compounds without physiological activity.
The inventor unexpectedly finds that when 0.003-0.005 part of vitamin A, 0.1-0.2 part of L-ascorbic acid, 0.04-0.06 part of vitamin E and 0.03-0.05 part of beta-carotene are used, the pet hair is exuberant, and the glossiness is good. When vitamin A and vitamin E coexist, the phenolic hydroxyl group in the vitamin E molecule has higher activity and is easier to combine with oxygen, the vitamin A is protected from being oxidized easily, and the vitamin C has strong reducibility and can reduce the oxidized vitamin E, and the vitamin C is oxidized into dehydrovitamin C in the process, so that the process is reversible, and simultaneously the vitamin C and the dehydrovitamin C have the same physiological activity. In the whole process, the vitamin C can be ensured to have the same physiological activity as the original vitamin C while the vitamin A and the vitamin E are protected from being oxidized, and the vitamin E can promote the absorption of the vitamin C and the vitamin A, so that the vitamin A is damaged by eating a large amount of vitamin C.
In addition, because vitamin E and vitamin A are fat-soluble and easy to accumulate in vivo, and the excessive consumption of vitamin E can cause nausea and fatigue, the vitamin E is not suitable for being consumed too much, while the excessive consumption of vitamin A can cause 'vitamin A toxicosis', beta-carotene is a substance with physiological activity and can be converted into vitamin A in vivo, and when the organism lacks the vitamin A, a corresponding enzyme system is started to convert the beta-carotene into the vitamin A; if enough vitamin A in the organism can meet the metabolic needs of the organism, the organism can store redundant beta-carotene, and the content of the vitamin A in the organism dynamically controls the proportion of the beta-carotene converted into the vitamin A. Meanwhile, the absorption processes of the organism on vitamin A and beta-carotene are different, the vitamin A is actively absorbed, the absorption rate is 7-30 times faster than that of the beta-carotene, when the nutrient paste is taken into the body, the vitamin A is quickly absorbed to meet the requirement of the organism to achieve the effect of quick supplement, and when the vitamin A is lower than the requirement of the organism, the beta-carotene is used as a raw material source to be converted into the vitamin A to gradually supplement the vitamin A to meet the requirement of the organism. Vitamin A and beta-carotene form a 'fast-slow supplement mechanism', are reasonably coordinated and have no choice but to be used.
In conclusion, the vitamin A, the vitamin E, the vitamin C and the beta-carotene are mutually cooperated, so that the nutrient substances are kept, the hair of the pet is prevented from falling off, and the glossiness of the hair of the pet is improved.

Evaluation of Performance
(1) Palatability Effect
In order to verify the palatability effect of the pet nutrition paste, 108 healthy adult pet dogs (same variety and basically same weight) are selected to perform palatability comparison experiments according to a method commonly used in the field. The pet dogs were randomly divided into 12 groups, and the pet nutrition paste was placed in 19 pet food trays (pet dogs had substantially identical quality) in 12 independent experimental areas, with a 20cm separation between the two food trays in the same parallel area. The 12 groups of pets were placed in separate experimental areas, and the pet dogs were allowed to freely move to feed, and the number of the pet dogs eating the nutritional paste in each dish was observed and recorded.
(2) Condition of fur
57 healthy adult pet dogs (same variety and basically same weight) are selected to carry out fur condition comparison experiments and are randomly divided into 19 groups, each group is fixedly fed with a nutritional paste for 30 days, and the fur condition of the pet after 30 days of the experiments is recorded by matching with daily diet. Expressed as different scores according to different fur conditions: fluffy, smooth, dense, vigorous and bright 80-100 points in luster; the paint is dense and has no gloss of 60-79 minutes; the hair is knotted, the density is moderate, and the hair is dull for 40-59 minutes; the hair is sparse and has no luster of 20-39 minutes.
The performance test shows that the pet nutrition paste prepared by the invention has good palatability, and after the pet feeds the pet, the hair is fluffy, smooth, dense, vigorous and bright, and the nutrition substance is fully supplemented, so that the pet nutrition paste is a scientific diet.
