Composite quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of disinfectants, and particularly relates to a compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Medical instruments are concerned with the health of patients, and have higher requirements on disinfection and sterilization of the instruments. The existing medical instrument disinfectant is generally required to have the following characteristics: 1. the disinfectant has no corrosion to equipment and can be used for a long time; 2. the disinfection effect is good, and germs on the apparatus can be killed quickly; 3. the medicine is non-toxic and pollution-free, and does not cause physical damage to patients; 4. the disinfectant can not cause harm to operators.
At present, representative products for strong sterilization in the domestic disinfection product market mainly comprise the following products: 1. chlorine disinfectant: such as 84, bleaching powder and the like, the main effective components are organic chlorine, and the disinfectant has broad-spectrum and high-efficiency sterilization, strong irritation and strong corrosivity, is easily influenced by organic matters, pollutes the environment and can generate toxic and side effects on a human body. 2. A phenolic disinfectant: such as phenol, lesu, etc., has good sterilizing effect, strong irritation, heavy smell, is easily influenced by organic matters, has pollution to water and environment, and can generate toxic and side effects on human bodies. 3. Aldehyde disinfectant: such as glutaraldehyde, has good disinfection effect on medical instruments, but also has corrosion effect on the disinfected products.
