Abstract
The invention provides a compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, the compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant is prepared by taking dioctyldimethylammonium chloride, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, lauryl glucoside, glacial acetic acid, guanidine disinfectant, surfactant, compound potassium iodate, chitosan hydrochloride, dibromohydantoin, hydrogenated hyperbranched polyolefin, moxifloxacin, garlicin and beta-glucan palmitate as raw materials, can effectively inhibit and kill staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans, can improve the killing efficiency of the compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, and has high killing durability. In addition, the invention is used for disinfecting equipment, instruments, particularly medical instruments, the disinfection effect of the invention on the medical instruments can reach the disinfection effect of the glutaraldehyde disinfection product which is the mainstream product for disinfecting the medical instruments at present, and the invention does not damage the disinfected objects, has no pollution to the environment and does not corrode metal utensils and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of disinfectants, and particularly relates to a compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Medical instruments are concerned with the health of patients, and have higher requirements on disinfection and sterilization of the instruments. The existing medical instrument disinfectant is generally required to have the following characteristics: 1. the disinfectant has no corrosion to equipment and can be used for a long time; 2. the disinfection effect is good, and germs on the apparatus can be killed quickly; 3. the medicine is non-toxic and pollution-free, and does not cause physical damage to patients; 4. the disinfectant can not cause harm to operators.
At present, representative products for strong sterilization in the domestic disinfection product market mainly comprise the following products: 1. chlorine disinfectant: such as 84, bleaching powder and the like, the main effective components are organic chlorine, and the disinfectant has broad-spectrum and high-efficiency sterilization, strong irritation and strong corrosivity, is easily influenced by organic matters, pollutes the environment and can generate toxic and side effects on a human body. 2. A phenolic disinfectant: such as phenol, lesu, etc., has good sterilizing effect, strong irritation, heavy smell, is easily influenced by organic matters, has pollution to water and environment, and can generate toxic and side effects on human bodies. 3. Aldehyde disinfectant: such as glutaraldehyde, has good disinfection effect on medical instruments, but also has corrosion effect on the disinfected products. In the face of the urgent need of new environment-friendly and efficient disinfection products in various social fields, researchers develop various new products, wherein quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants are one of the disinfectants which are greatly expected. At present, quaternary ammonium salt disinfection products in the domestic disinfection product market are mostly single-component preparations or simple 'quaternary ammonium salt + quaternary ammonium salt' so-called compound products, and the sterilization effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, which can effectively inhibit and kill staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans, and can improve the killing efficiency of the compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant.
