(II) assembling a sealing ring: the sealing ring is conveyed to the material passing block 444 through the material conveying rail assembly 41, the second finger cylinder 442 drives the two clamping positioning blocks 443 to clamp the sealing ring for positioning, then the sealing ring is placed on the outer retaining ring 425, and then the first finger cylinder 423 drives the two inner supporting blocks 424 to expand outwards to prop open the sealing ring; then the lower carrying mechanism 421 moves the moving mechanism 426 integrally, the loop-enclosing mechanism 437 corresponds to the moving mechanism 426 up and down to enable the lifting joint block 434 to be inserted into the sealing ring, and then the first finger cylinder 423 drives the two inner supporting blocks 424 to be close to each other to enable the sealing ring to be transferred to the lifting joint block 434; then, the upper conveying mechanism 431 conveys the ferrule mechanism 437 to the position above the jig, the lifting and connecting ring block 434 descends and is inserted into the shell, when the air spring 433 is pressed to a certain degree, the pushing and dropping block 436 descends continuously, and the sealing ring outside the lifting and connecting ring block 434 is pushed and dropped and is buckled in the shell;
(III) assembling the holding block: the retaining blocks are conveyed to the feeding channel 512 through the vibrating feeding rail assembly, a single retaining block enters the material distribution seat 514 and is pressed from the upper side by the pressing block 515, the material distribution seat 514 is driven to move out laterally by the rear side pushing cylinder 513, the feeding cylinder 516 drives the feeding push rod 517 to push into the material distribution seat 514, the retaining block is pushed out and assembled into a shell in the jig, when the jig is assembled, the micro cylinder 254 drives the bottom stop block 256 and the pressing block 257 to descend, the bottom stop block 256 controls the assembling depth of the retaining block, the pressing block 257 presses down the sealing ring assembled in the previous process, and the retaining block is prevented from being blocked and assembled from the side;
(IV) assembling the positioning buckle: the positioning buckle flows through the material receiving block 612, and is detected by the sensor after reaching the material receiving bottom block 616, then the clamping cylinder 614 drives the pressing block 617 and the limiting pressing block 618 to move out, the pressing block 617 fixes the lower end of the positioning buckle, the limiting pressing block 618 limits the lateral position of the positioning buckle, and then the lifting cylinder 615 drives the lifting plate 613 to ascend, so that the positioning buckle is assembled into the shell 001 from the lower part;
(V) blanking: the blanking conveying mechanism conveys the workpiece out of the jig, the qualified products are directly fed through the blanking barrel according to the detection result, the unqualified products are pushed by the sorting cylinder to stretch out of the material distributing inclined plate, the unqualified products fall off the material distributing inclined plate, and the collection is completed in the collecting box.
