Abstract
The invention provides a protective mask capable of easily discharging expiratory gas, which comprises a mask body and a nose mask, wherein the nose mask is provided with a plurality of grooves; a first sealing ring is arranged at the edge of the inner side of the mask body; the nose cover is of a ring-shaped structure, one end of the nose cover is connected to the inner side of the face cover body in a sealing mode, and the other end of the nose cover is provided with a second sealing ring; when the protective mask is arranged on the face of a user through the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring, a first cavity covering the nose of the user is formed between the mask body and the inner part of the nose mask; a second cavity for covering the mouth of the user is formed among the mask body, the outside of the nose mask and the inside of the first sealing ring; the protective mask also comprises a filter element, a first one-way valve and a second one-way valve, wherein the filter element is used for filtering air flowing into the inner side from the outer side of the mask body; the first one-way valve is arranged on the mask body in the first chamber and allows gas to flow out of the first chamber to the outer side of the protective mask; a second one-way valve is disposed on the collar of the nasal mask to allow gas to flow from the second chamber to the first chamber.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wearable protective devices, in particular to a protective mask capable of easily discharging exhaled air.
Background
The protective mask can filter air entering human respiratory tract, and a user can effectively prevent the oral cavity or the nasal cavity from inhaling harmful substances in the air after wearing the protective mask, thereby reducing the threat of air pollution to human health. CN205730013U discloses a face mask and a purification assembly for the face mask, the face mask includes a fixing frame, a filter element and a one-way valve. When a user inhales, air flows into the inner side of the mask after being filtered by the filter element; the exhaled air is mainly exhausted to the outside of the mask through the one-way valve. The protective mask can play a certain role in protecting the breathing of a user, but because the area of the one-way valve is limited, a large amount of exhaled gas is easy to accumulate in the cavity on the inner side of the mask, so that the inner side of the mask is easy to be in a damp and hot state, and the comfort of the protective mask in use is reduced; and the exhaled air is easily inhaled into the human body again, which affects the breathing effect of the user. Aiming at the problems, the existing products with the exhaust fan arranged on the protective face mask exist, but the exhaust fan arranged on the face mask greatly increases the volume and the weight of the face mask and also increases the cost of the face mask, thereby limiting the application range of the protective face mask.

The invention provides a protective mask capable of easily discharging exhaled air, which is provided with a nose cover, so that exhaled air can be quickly discharged to the outer side of the protective mask.
The invention aims to provide a protective mask capable of easily discharging expiratory gas, which comprises a mask body and a nose mask; the mask body is provided with an arched structure with an inward opening, and the inner side edge of the arched structure is provided with a first sealing ring; the nose cover is of a ring-shaped structure, one end of the nose cover is connected to the inner side of the face cover body in a sealing mode, and a second sealing ring is arranged at the other end of the nose cover; when the protective mask is arranged on the face of a user through the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring, a first cavity for covering the nose of the user is formed between the mask body and the inner part of the nose mask, and a second cavity for covering the mouth of the user is formed between the mask body, the outer part of the nose mask and the inner part of the first sealing ring; the protective mask also comprises a filter element, a first one-way valve and a second one-way valve, wherein the filter element is used for filtering air flowing into the inner side from the outer side of the mask body; the first one-way valve is arranged on the mask body in the first chamber and allows gas to flow out of the first chamber to the outer side of the protective mask; the second one-way valve is disposed on the collar of the nasal mask to allow gas to flow from the second chamber to the first chamber.
Further, the mask body further comprises a support frame arranged on the mask body, and the support frame comprises a first frame body and a second frame body; a clamping groove is formed in the edge of the first frame body, and a buckle which can be clamped in the clamping groove is arranged on the edge of the inner side of the second frame body; after the filter element is clamped between the first support body and the second support body, the buckle is clamped in the clamping groove, and the filter element can be fixed on the support frame.
Furthermore, the first support body is provided with a one-way valve seat over against the nose, the filter element and the second support body are provided with a first opening and a second opening respectively over against the one-way valve seat, and the one-way valve seat is provided with a one-way valve plate in a clamping manner, so that a one-way valve capable of allowing gas to flow out from the inner side to the outer side of the protective mask is formed.
Further, the nose cover further comprises a mounting frame, and the mounting frame is connected to one end, opposite to the face cover body, of the second sealing ring and used for being connected with the mounting seat.
The protective mask provided by the invention is particularly suitable for a breathing mode of inhaling through the oral cavity and/or the nasal cavity and exhaling through the nasal cavity; compared with a mask without a nose mask, the mask has the advantages that exhaled air can be rapidly discharged from the first one-way valve under the action of pressure in the first cavity and cannot be diffused into the second cavity, so that the accumulation amount of the exhaled air on the inner side of the mask is effectively reduced, the moisture in the exhaled air is prevented from being condensed in the filter element to influence the filtering effect of the filter element, and the use comfort of the mask is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
In this specification, when the protective mask is used, the side close to the face of the user is the "inside", and the side away from the face of the user is the "outside".
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a protective mask 1 including a mask body 11 and a nasal mask 12; the mask body 11 has an arch structure with an opening facing the inside, and the inner side edge of the arch structure is provided with a first sealing ring 111; the nose mask 12 has a ring-shaped structure, one end of which is hermetically connected to the inner side of the mask body 11, and the other end of which is provided with a second sealing ring 121; when the protective mask is arranged on the face of a user through the first sealing ring 111 and the second sealing ring 121, a first chamber 101 for covering the nose of the user is formed between the mask body 11 and the inner part of the nose mask 12, and a second chamber 102 for covering the mouth of the user is formed between the mask body 11, the outer part of the nose mask 12 and the inner part of the first sealing ring 111; the protective mask 1 further comprises a filter element 13, a first one-way valve 14 and a second one-way valve 15, wherein the filter element 13 is used for filtering air flowing from the outer side to the inner side of the mask body 11; the first one-way valve 14 is arranged on the mask body 11 inside the first chamber 101, allowing the gas to flow out of the first chamber 101 to the outside of the face shield 1; the second one-way valve 15 is provided on the ring-like structure of the nasal mask 12, allowing gas to flow from the second chamber 102 to the first chamber 101.
The protective mask provided by the invention is particularly suitable for a breathing mode of inhaling through the oral cavity and/or the nasal cavity and exhaling through the nasal cavity. When the air is sucked, the air enters the inner side of the protective mask after being filtered by the filter element, and the air entering the second chamber can be sucked in the oral cavity when the air is sucked in through the oral cavity; when inhaling through the nasal cavity, under the action of the negative respiratory pressure, the air entering the second chamber can flow into the first chamber through the second one-way valve and then is inhaled into the lung of the user. When the user exhales through the nasal cavity, the exhaled air can be discharged to the outer side of the protective mask from the first one-way valve quickly and cannot be diffused into the second cavity. Compared with a mask without a nose mask, the mask has the advantages that exhaled air can be rapidly discharged from the first one-way valve under the action of pressure in the first cavity and cannot be diffused into the second cavity, so that the accumulation amount of the exhaled air on the inner side of the mask is effectively reduced, the moisture in the exhaled air is prevented from being condensed in the filter element to influence the filtering effect of the filter element, and the use comfort of the mask is improved.
In this embodiment, the first sealing ring 111 and the second sealing ring 121 are made of a silicone material. The scheme ensures that the protective mask has better sealing performance with the face of a user, and can prevent unfiltered air from flowing into the inner side of the mask; in addition, because silica gel has better flexibility and biocompatibility, the comfort of the protective mask in use is ensured.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the larger the area of the first check valve is, the better the exhaled air in the face guard is discharged.
The present invention is not particularly limited with respect to the arrangement of the filter element. In this embodiment, the face guard further comprises a support frame arranged on the face guard body, and the support frame is used for fixing the filter element on the inner side of the face guard body.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the support frame includes a first frame body 16 and a second frame body 17, and each of the first frame body 16 and the second frame body 17 has an arch structure substantially identical to that of the mask body 11; a clamping groove is formed in the edge of the first frame body 16, and a buckle which can be clamped in the clamping groove is arranged on the edge of the inner side of the second frame body 11; filter element 13 also have with the roughly the same domes of face guard body 11 presss from both sides filter element 13 and establishes behind 16 and the second support body 17 of first support body, and the rethread is established the buckle card in the draw-in groove, can realize the fixed of filter element 13 on the support frame.
Further, a one-way valve seat 161 is arranged at a position of the first frame 16 facing the nose, a first opening 131 and a second opening 171 are respectively arranged at positions of the filter element 13 and the second frame 17 facing the one-way valve seat 161, and the one-way valve seat 161 can be used for clamping a one-way valve plate 141, so as to form a one-way valve 14 capable of allowing air to flow out from the inner side to the outer side of the protective mask.
Further, the first frame 16 is further provided with a mounting seat 162, and the mounting seat 162 is annularly arranged around the one-way valve seat 161 for mounting the nasal mask 12.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the nose mask 12 further includes a mounting bracket 122, the mounting bracket 122 is connected to one end of the second sealing ring 121, which faces the mask body, and the mounting bracket 122 is made of hard plastic and is used for connecting with the mounting seat 121. This scheme has reduced the installation degree of difficulty of nose cover.
Preferably, the mask 12 is removably mounted to the mounting block 162 by a mounting bracket 122. The invention can adjust the structure of the protective mask according to the breathing requirement, thereby expanding the application range of the protective mask.
Further, at least one second one-way valve 15 is provided, and in this embodiment, the face guard includes four second one-way valves 15 symmetrically provided on the side wall of the second sealing ring 12.

A protective mask easy to discharge expiration gas is characterized by comprising a mask body and a nose mask; the mask body is provided with an arched structure with an inward opening, and the inner side edge of the arched structure is provided with a first sealing ring; the nose cover is of a ring-shaped structure, one end of the nose cover is connected to the inner side of the face cover body in a sealing mode, and a second sealing ring is arranged at the other end of the nose cover; when the protective mask is arranged on the face of a user through the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring, a first cavity covering the nose of the user is formed between the mask body and the inner part of the nose mask; a second cavity for covering the mouth of the user is formed among the mask body, the outside of the nose mask and the inside of the first sealing ring; the protective mask also comprises a filter element, a first one-way valve and a second one-way valve, wherein the filter element is used for filtering air flowing into the inner side from the outer side of the mask body; the first one-way valve is arranged on the mask body in the first chamber and allows gas to flow out of the first chamber to the outer side of the protective mask; the second one-way valve is disposed on the collar of the nasal mask to allow gas to flow from the second chamber to the first chamber.
