Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a textile technology, in particular to a fluorescent textile dye.
Background
Textile dyes are a dye used for dyeing textiles, and are classified into natural dyes and synthetic dyes, which contain organic compounds that dye fibers into bright and fast shades, so that process dyeing is performed on textiles. General properties of the dye: 1. and 2, the dye is dissolved in water or water to form a dispersion system, 3, the dye can be used for dyeing fibers, and 4, the dye has certain fastness.
With the increasing living standard of people, the demands for different textile dyes are increased, and the textile dyes with fluorescence are increasingly concerned by people.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fluorescent textile dye aiming at the problem of single variety of the existing textile dye, the dye enriches the variety of the textile dye, and the fluorescent agent is contained in the formula, so that the fluorescent textile dye can emit fluorescence in dark environment.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a fluorescent textile dye comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of acrylic emulsion; 5-10 parts of a dispersing agent; 1-3 parts of a preservative; 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent; 1-2 parts of an emulsifier; 2-4 parts of a fluorescent agent; 10-20 parts of color paste.
Further, the fluorescent textile dye comprises the following components in parts by weight: 82-88 parts of acrylic emulsion; 5-8 parts of a dispersing agent; 1-2 parts of a preservative; 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent; 1-2 parts of an emulsifier; 3-4 parts of a fluorescent agent; 15-20 parts of color paste.
Further, the dispersing agent is polyester resin and/or butyl acetate.
Further, the preservative is sodium propionate.
Further, the defoaming agent is a silicone defoaming agent.
Furthermore, the defoaming agent is polydimethylsiloxane, and has the advantages of high defoaming speed and good foam inhibition effect at normal temperature.
Further, the fluorescent agent is selected from nontoxic and harmless fluorescent agents.
The fluorescent textile dye has scientific formula and simple and easy preparation method, and has the following advantages compared with the prior art: the fluorescent textile dye formula contains a fluorescent agent, so that the fluorescent textile dye can emit fluorescence in a dark environment; and (2) the printing ink has wide application, and can be applied to printing and dyeing of work clothes in special industries, such as dyeing of sanitation service clothing.
