S101: extracting raw juice, rinsing raw materials including safflower and white pepper with clear water, cleaning, placing into a tilting jacketed pan, adding warm water (about 40 ℃) which is 12-15 times of the weight of the raw materials, soaking for 30min, boiling with steam, keeping the temperature for about 15min, filtering with a 80-mesh filter screen, discharging residue, and filtering the obtained concentrated solution with a diatom filter;
S102: blending: adding brown sugar into the filtered concentrated solution of white pepper and safflower, dissolving and stirring uniformly;
s103: degassing: vacuum degassing with vacuum degree of 88 × 10 to remove oxygen from juice3～90×103pa；
S104: and (3) sterilization: sterilizing at 125 deg.C for about 3s at high temperature for short time, wherein the feeding temperature is normal temperature and the discharging temperature is less than or equal to 65 deg.C;
S105: concentration: vacuum low-temperature concentration is adopted, and the temperature is 58-60 ℃;
S106: and (3) drying: and drying by adopting a spray dryer, wherein the air inlet temperature is 190-200 ℃, and the air exhaust temperature is 95-98 ℃. The water content of the dried material is less than or equal to 4 percent;
S107: packaging: aluminum-plastic composite vacuum packaging (35-45 g), a paper box is additionally arranged, and dehumidification equipment is arranged in a packaging workshop to prevent materials from absorbing moisture and regaining moisture.
The application of the principles of the present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments.
Example 1:
1. Extraction of raw juice

3. degassing: vacuum degassing with vacuum degree of 88 × 10 to remove oxygen from juice3～90×103pa；
4. and (3) sterilization: sterilizing at 125 deg.C for about 3s at high temperature for short time, wherein the feeding temperature is normal temperature and the discharging temperature is less than or equal to 65 deg.C;
5. Concentration: vacuum low-temperature concentration is adopted, and the temperature is 58-60 ℃;
6. And (3) drying: and drying by adopting a spray dryer, wherein the air inlet temperature is 190-200 ℃, and the air exhaust temperature is 95-98 ℃. The water content of the dried material is less than or equal to 4 percent;
7. and (3) packaging, namely aluminum-plastic composite vacuum packaging (35-45 g), adding a paper box, and arranging dehumidification equipment in a packaging workshop to prevent the materials from moisture absorption and moisture regain.
Example 2:
The health-care electuary for relieving the pain of the menstrual cold provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises: 50g of brown sugar, 25 g of safflower and 25 g of white pepper, and decocting to obtain about 300ml of decoction;
Example 3:
grinding into powder safflower 8 g, white pepper 8 g, brown sugar 24 g and heating water 200 ml. Safflower and white pepper powders need to be coated.
The current embodiment has 8 persons, and the effect feedback is good.
