Abstract
The invention provides a mixed efficient environment-friendly snow-melting agent, which comprises 40-75 parts by mass of calcium chloride and calcium chloride, 10-50 parts by mass of desulfurized gypsum, 5-30 parts by mass of sodium chloride and 0.1-5 parts by mass of a corrosion inhibitor, wherein the total part by mass of the snow-melting agent is 100 parts. The mixed efficient environment-friendly snow-melting agent disclosed by the invention is added with the desulphurization gypsum which is a byproduct of wet desulphurization, so that another utilization mode of the desulphurization gypsum is found, and waste is changed into valuable; in addition, the desulfurized gypsum can also increase the skid resistance of the pavement, and can be used as a soil conditioner to obviously improve the physical and chemical properties of the soil and reduce the harm of chloride to the vegetation. The corrosion inhibitor is added into the snow-melting agent, so that the corrosion effect of the snow-melting agent on buildings is effectively reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of snow melting and ice melting, and particularly relates to a high-efficiency mixed environment-friendly snow melting agent.
Background
The snow-melting agent developed at home and abroad at present has various varieties, including inorganic salt snow-melting agent, organic salt snow-melting agent and composite snow-melting agent. The inorganic salt snow-melting agent is mostly used, and particularly, the current usage amount of the chloride salt snow-melting agent is still more than 90 percent, and the chloride salt snow-melting agent comprises sodium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and the like. However, the chlorine salt snow-melting agent has disadvantages, and has a corrosive effect on metal objects such as reinforcing steel bars in concrete of roads and bridges.
With the increasing importance of the national requirements on environmental protection, the installation of desulfurization facilities in power plants and the desulfurization proportion of flue gas are gradually improved, and the yield of the flue gas desulfurization byproduct desulfurized gypsum is greatly increased. Currently, the production of desulfurized gypsum in China reaches 8000 ten thousand tons/year. If the desulfurized gypsum is not treated, the method not only occupies the land, but also can cause secondary pollution to the environment, so that the desulfurized gypsum is comprehensively utilized, and the problem that the waste is changed into valuables is solved.

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a mixed efficient environment-friendly snow-melting agent, which solves the technical problems of damage to crops and corrosion to metals and buildings caused by the existing snow-melting agent, and changes desulfurized gypsum into valuables. The snow-melting agent product with lower price is produced by utilizing the raw materials which are easy to obtain.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
A mixed efficient environment-friendly snow-melting agent is characterized in that: the snow-melting agent comprises the following components: 40-75 parts of calcium chloride, 10-50 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 5-30 parts of sodium chloride and 0.1-5 parts of corrosion inhibitor, wherein the total part by mass of the snow-melting agent is 100 parts.
Preferably, the snow-melting agent comprises 52-65 parts by mass of calcium chloride, 12-35 parts by mass of desulfurized gypsum, 10-25 parts by mass of sodium chloride and 0.5-3 parts by mass of a corrosion inhibitor, wherein the total parts by mass of the snow-melting agent is 100 parts.
further preferably, the snow-melting agent comprises 55-60 parts by mass of calcium chloride, 15-30 parts by mass of desulfurized gypsum, preferably 12-23 parts by mass of sodium chloride and 1-2 parts by mass of a corrosion inhibitor, wherein the total parts by mass of the snow-melting agent is 100 parts.
the corrosion inhibitor is one or a mixture of potassium phosphate and sodium phosphate.
The desulfurized gypsum is industrial waste residue generated after desulfurization and purification treatment of flue gas generated after coal combustion, and the desulfurized gypsum mainly comprises calcium sulfate dihydrate CaSO 4 & 2H 2 O, and the content is more than or equal to 93%.
the invention further provides a preparation method of the mixed efficient environment-friendly snow-melting agent, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing calcium chloride and sodium chloride according to the component requirements of the snow-melting agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a chloride salt mixture;
(2) Removing impurities from the desulfurized gypsum, dehydrating, drying, and then crushing into desulfurized gypsum particles;
(3) Preparing 5-10 wt% corrosion inhibitor solution (preferably aqueous solution);
(4) Uniformly mixing the chlorine salt mixture and the desulfurized gypsum particles, then uniformly spraying a corrosion inhibitor solution (such as an aqueous solution) on the surfaces of the mixed materials, preparing the mixed materials added with the corrosion inhibitor into a finished product in a particle shape of 1-8mm, preferably 3-5mm, for example, through a granulator, and then drying (such as drying in a fluidized bed) to obtain the mixed type efficient environment-friendly snow-melting agent.
The addition amounts of the chlorine salt mixture, the desulfurized gypsum particles and the aqueous solution of the corrosion inhibitor are such that the contents of the calcium chloride, the desulfurized gypsum, the sodium chloride and the corrosion inhibitor are within the above ranges.
The particle size of the calcium chloride and the sodium chloride before stirring and mixing in the step (1) is less than 3mm, preferably less than 2 mm.
and (3) removing impurities from the desulfurized gypsum in the step (2) by using clean water, performing filter pressing and dehydration by using a filter press, drying the dehydrated desulfurized gypsum in a roller type dryer, crushing the dried desulfurized gypsum by using a crusher, and screening the crushed desulfurized gypsum into desulfurized gypsum particles smaller than 3mm (preferably smaller than 2 mm).
In the step (3), the corrosion inhibitor solution is one or a mixture of two of potassium phosphate aqueous solution and sodium phosphate aqueous solution.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following characteristics and beneficial effects:
1. The invention contains desulfurized gypsum, which is industrial waste residue generated after flue gas generated after coal combustion is desulfurized and purified. The snow melting agent for producing the desulfurized gypsum finds another way for comprehensively utilizing the desulfurized gypsum, so that the waste is changed into valuable, and the environmental pollution is reduced; meanwhile, the desulfurized gypsum has a certain anti-skid function, and is added into the snow-melting agent to be spread on the road surface to increase the driving safety; the desulfurized gypsum can also be used as a soil conditioner to reduce the damage of the snow-melting agent to crops.
2. The invention contains potassium phosphate or sodium phosphate corrosion inhibitor, has better protection effect on metal materials, and is an environment-friendly snow-melting agent.
3. The invention contains medium calcium chloride, has low freezing point and can melt snow and ice at the temperature of minus 20 ℃.
4. The method for preparing the mixed type efficient environment-friendly snow melting agent provided by the invention is simple, the raw materials are easy to obtain, and the industrial production is easy to realize.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, innovative features and the purpose and efficacy achieved by the present invention easy to understand, the present finding is further explained below.
The examples described herein are specific embodiments of the present invention, are intended to be illustrative and exemplary in nature, and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Any equivalent replacement in the field made in accordance with the present disclosure is within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
(1) According to the composition requirement of the snow-melting agent, 60 parts by weight of calcium chloride with the granularity of less than 3mm and 20 parts by weight of sodium chloride are stirred and mixed uniformly to prepare a chloride salt mixture;
(2) Removing impurities from 18 parts by weight of desulfurized gypsum by using clean water, performing filter pressing and dehydration by using a filter press, drying the dehydrated desulfurized gypsum in a drum dryer, crushing the desulfurized gypsum by using a crusher, and screening the dehydrated gypsum into desulfurized gypsum particles smaller than 2 mm;
(3) preparing 2 parts by weight of potassium phosphate into 8 wt% of corrosion inhibitor solution;
(4) uniformly mixing the chlorine salt mixture and the desulfurized gypsum particles, then uniformly spraying a corrosion inhibitor solution on the surfaces of the mixed materials, preparing the mixed materials added with the corrosion inhibitor into 4mm granular finished products through a granulator, and then drying the finished products in a fluidized bed to obtain the mixed environment-friendly snow melting agent.
Examples 2 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2
The procedure is as in example 1 except that the components are changed as shown in Table 1 below (the values in the table refer to the parts by weight of the components):

After one week, the experimental field sowed with the snow-melting agent according to the specified amount had good vegetation growth without abnormal growth, while the lawns of comparative examples 1 and 2 had slow growth and dry and hard leaves.
(III) Metal Corrosion test
The experimental method for comparing the corrosivity of the snow-melting agent and the sodium chloride snow-melting agent on metals is as follows:
1. Polishing three iron nails to be bright respectively, and weighing for later use;
2. 20g of the sodium chloride snow-melting agent of comparative examples 1 and 2 and the snow-melting agent of example 1 of the present invention were weighed and placed in a 250ml beaker, 100ml of water was added, and iron nails were placed in the beaker, respectively, and left at room temperature.
3. after 72 hours, the corrosion conditions of the iron nails in the three beakers are observed, the corrosion of the surfaces of the iron nails in the sodium chloride type snow melting agent is serious, the corrosion of the iron nails in the snow melting agent in the comparative example 2 is more serious than that of the iron nails in the comparative example 1, the iron nails in the snow melting agent in the comparative example 1 belong to moderate corrosion, and the surfaces of the iron nails in the snow melting agent are only slightly corroded.

Claims (10)
1. A mixed efficient environment-friendly snow-melting agent is characterized in that: the snow-melting agent comprises the following components: 40-75 parts of calcium chloride, 10-50 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 5-30 parts of sodium chloride and 0.1-5 parts of corrosion inhibitor, wherein the total part by mass of the snow-melting agent is 100 parts.
2. A snow-melting agent as claimed in claim 1, which comprises 52-65 parts by mass of calcium chloride, 12-35 parts by mass of desulfurized gypsum, 10-25 parts by mass of sodium chloride and 0.5-3 parts by mass of corrosion inhibitor, wherein the total parts by mass of the snow-melting agent is 100 parts.
3. A snow-melting agent as claimed in claim 1, which comprises 55-60 parts by mass of calcium chloride, 15-30 parts by mass of desulfurized gypsum, preferably 12-23 parts by mass of sodium chloride, and 1-2 parts by mass of corrosion inhibitor, wherein the total parts by mass of the snow-melting agent is 100 parts.
4. A snow melt agent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the corrosion inhibitor is one or a mixture of potassium phosphate or sodium phosphate.
5. A snow-melting agent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the desulfurized gypsum is industrial waste residue produced by subjecting flue gas produced by burning coal to desulfurization purification treatment, and preferably the desulfurized gypsum contains calcium sulfate dihydrate CaSO 4 -2H 2 O as a main component and has a content of 93% or more.
6. The method for preparing the hybrid type highly effective environment friendly snow melting agent according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
(1) Mixing calcium chloride and sodium chloride according to the component requirements of the snow-melting agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a chloride salt mixture;
(2) Removing impurities from the desulfurized gypsum, dehydrating, drying, and then crushing into desulfurized gypsum particles;
(3) preparing 5-10 wt% of corrosion inhibitor solution;
(4) Uniformly mixing the chlorine salt mixture and the desulfurized gypsum particles, uniformly spraying a corrosion inhibitor solution on the surfaces of the mixed materials, preparing the mixed materials added with the corrosion inhibitor into granular finished products through a granulator, and drying to obtain the mixed efficient environment-friendly snow-melting agent.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the particle size of the calcium chloride and the sodium chloride before the mixing under stirring in step (1) is less than 3mm, preferably less than 2 mm.

The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein in the step (2), the desulfurized gypsum is subjected to pressure filtration and dehydration by using a filter press after being subjected to impurity removal by using clean water, and the dehydrated desulfurized gypsum is dried by using a drum dryer, then crushed by using a crusher and sieved into desulfurized gypsum particles smaller than 3mm, preferably smaller than 2 mm.
9. The method according to claim 6, wherein the corrosion inhibitor solution in step (3) is one or a mixture of two of an aqueous potassium phosphate solution and an aqueous sodium phosphate solution.
10. A process according to claim 6, wherein the finished granular product has a particle size of 1-8mm, preferably 3-5 mm.
