Abstract
本发明提供一种鲜花用光致变色喷涂物,配方如下:0.5‑1份苯氧乙醇,7‑10份甲基丙烯酸树脂聚合物,2‑5份溶剂,2‑5份光致变色原粉,3‑7份扩散剂,4‑6份附着剂,2‑5份光稳定剂,60‑70份蒸馏水,将所述光致变色原粉和光稳定剂溶于溶剂中,加入蒸馏水和其他组分用乳化机进行乳化,分散均匀后,得到光致变色喷涂物。将配置好的光致变色喷涂物喷涂在花朵上,光致变色喷涂物由无色变成各种颜色或由有色变无色,待风干上色后效果展现。本发明的光致变色喷涂物能够很好的附着在花卉上,部分直接进入细胞壁中,变色时间较长,变色效果持久,不会被雨水冲刷掉;可以反复喷涂,耐疲劳性强,至少能够保持一整个鲜花花期。

技术领域
本发明涉及有机材料领域,具体涉及一种鲜花用光致变色喷涂物。
背景技术
变色喷雾目前有很多,但是大部分是感温变色,而且目前市面上还没有专门的花卉,尤其是鲜花用的喷涂物,大部分都是普通水溶性有机染料,本身就具有颜色,通过喷洒或根茎吸收使得花卉上色,而且上色方式多为水性吸附上色,上色时间长达数小时,花朵上色后颜色分布不可控不均匀,花卉多为活体剪枝花卉,不能用在盆栽花卉上。具有较大的改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鲜花用光致变色喷涂物,该光致变色喷涂物主要应用在各种鲜花上,使得鲜花能在阳光或紫外线下变色,回到没有阳光或紫外线情况下又恢复本身颜色,提高观赏的趣味性。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种光致变色喷涂物,配方如下:
0.5-1份苯氧乙醇,除菌防腐
7-10份甲基丙烯酸树脂聚合物作为填充物
2-5份乙酸乙酯或乙酸丙酯或乙酸丁酯或1,2-二氯乙烷或1,4-二氯乙烷作为溶剂
2-5份光致变色原粉
3-7份扩散剂
4-6份附着剂
2-5份光稳定剂,使得光致变色耐候性增强
60-70份蒸馏水
其中扩散剂优选乙氧基改性聚三硅氧烷,该物质能改善植物表面叶片的表面张力,使得光致变色分子进入细胞壁。
光稳定剂优选770,即癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯。
具体制备步骤:将光致变色化合物和光稳定剂溶于溶剂中,加入蒸馏水和其他组分用乳化机进行乳化,分散均匀后,得到光致变色喷涂物。
将配置好的光致变色喷涂物喷涂在花朵上,光致变色喷涂物由无色变成各种颜色或由有色变无色,待风干上色后效果展现。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1、开发出一种鲜花光致变色喷涂物,使得鲜花在阳光下呈现花卉本身之外的颜色,根据选用的光致变色原粉不同,可以是有色变有色,也可以无色变有色,喷在植物花卉上可以呈现多种颜色,增加观赏性及趣味性。
2、本发明的喷涂物,对植物花卉完全绿色无害,不会使植物花卉枯萎,影响其生长。
3、光致变色喷涂物使用在花卉上,能够很好的附着在花卉上,部分直接进入细胞壁中,变色时间较长,变色效果持久,不会被雨水冲刷掉;可以反复喷涂,耐疲劳性强,至少能够保持一整个鲜花花期。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种光致变色喷涂物,配方如下:
0.5kg苯氧乙醇
7kg甲基丙烯酸树脂聚合物
2kg乙酸乙酯
2kg光致变色原粉
3kg扩散剂
4kg附着剂
2kg光稳定剂
60kg蒸馏水
具体制备步骤:将光致变色原粉和光稳定剂溶于溶剂乙酸乙酯中,加入蒸馏水和其他组分,用乳化机进行乳化,分散均匀后,即得到光致变色喷涂物。
本实施例的光致变色化合物,喷涂在花瓣上后为胭脂红色,结合附图可见,在喷涂后,喷涂后5min、10min、20min、24h、48h后照片记录,5min后颜色略有减淡,之后便一直保持该颜色,具有较好的观赏价值。
实施例2
一种光致变色喷涂物,配方如下:
1kg苯氧乙醇
10kg甲基丙烯酸树脂聚合物
5kg乙酸乙酯
5kg光致变色原粉
7kg扩散剂
6kg附着剂
5kg光稳定剂
70kg蒸馏水
制备步骤同实施例1,该实施例使用的光致变色原粉为蓝色系,在光照后,呈现蓝色。喷涂在黄色玫瑰花上,可变成较少见的蓝色,在没有光照的情况下,又恢复浅色。

1.一种鲜花用光致变色喷涂物,其特征在于,配方如下:
0.5-1份苯氧乙醇
7-10份甲基丙烯酸树脂聚合物
2-5份溶剂
2-5份光致变色原粉
3-7份扩散剂
4-6份附着剂
2-5份光稳定剂
60-70份蒸馏水。
2.权利要求1所述的一种鲜花用光致变色喷涂物,其特征在于:所述溶剂选用乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯、1,2-二氯乙烷、1,4-二氯乙烷中的至少一种。
3.权利要求1或2所述的一种鲜花用光致变色喷涂物的制备方法,其特征在于:具体制备步骤如下:将所述光致变色原粉和光稳定剂溶于溶剂中,加入蒸馏水和其他组分用乳化机进行乳化,分散均匀后,得到光致变色喷涂物。
