When the flocculant storage tank is used, a user opens the second valve 11, then the user sucks sewage into the water storage tank 2 through the water absorption device 9, the sewage in the water storage tank 2 is discharged into the annular tank 4 through the water outlet joint 10, after a proper amount of sewage is in the annular tank 4, the user closes the second valve 11, then the user pours a flocculant into the flocculant placing hopper 18 through the placing hole 181, the flocculant in the flocculant placing hopper 18 falls downwards into the rotary drum 14, the flocculant in the rotary drum 14 falls downwards into the annular tank 4, then the user starts the driving motor 25 to rotate the third gear 26, the third gear 26 rotates to drive the gear ring 24 to rotate, the gear ring 24 rotates to drive the rotary ring 22 to rotate, the rotary ring 22 rotates to drive the second gear 23 to rotate, the second gear 23 rotates to drive the first gear 17 to rotate, the first gear 17 rotates to drive the rotary drum 14 to rotate, and the rotary drum 14 rotates to drive the part of the rotary drum to rotate, so can make puddler 16 rotate, puddler 16 rotates and to mix sewage and flocculating agent, thereby do not need the user to hold the stick and stir sewage, and then can reduce user's intensity of labour, and can accelerate the processing speed of sewage, after sewage treatment accomplishes, the user closes driving motor 25, first valve 6 is opened to the user afterwards, sewage after the annular case 4 internal treatment flows through downcomer 5 thereupon, after the sewage in the annular case 4 all flows out, the user closes first valve 6 can.

When the flocculating agent is poured into in the hopper 18 to the flocculating agent placement, the user rotates fastening bolt 313 and releases the fixed to apron 312, the user outwards stimulates apron 312 afterwards, so can open placing hole 181, the user pours the flocculating agent of an appropriate amount into the flocculating agent placement hopper 18 through placing hole 181 afterwards, after the flocculating agent is put in and is accomplished, the user makes apron 312 reset, the user rotates fastening bolt 313 afterwards and fixes apron 312, so can shelter from placing hole 181, thereby can prevent that external debris from dropping and placing hopper 18 at the flocculating agent, cause the hindrance for sewage treatment.
When sewage is required to be discharged into the annular box 4, along with the increase of the sewage, the second guide rail 324 can be moved upwards through the buoyancy of the floating ball 326, when the second guide rail 324 moves upwards and the contact switch 325 is pressed, the contact switch 325 can control the indicator lamp 327 to flicker, and a user can judge the sewage in the annular box 4 through the light of the indicator lamp 327, so that the sewage in the water storage box 2 can be prevented from overflowing, and the obstruction to sewage treatment is avoided.
