Abstract
本发明公开了一种玻璃制品,包括玻璃基板和贴附于所述玻璃基板表面的包覆膜,所述包覆膜包括从所述玻璃基板的表面向外依次层叠的亲水薄膜层、热熔胶层、反射层、过渡层以及保护层,所述亲水薄膜层覆盖于所述玻璃基板的任意一侧,所述热熔胶层位于所述亲水薄膜层和所述反射层之间,所述反射层位于所述热熔胶层和所述过渡层之间,所述过渡层位于所述反射层和所述保护层之间。本发明膜层结构稳定,且可实现从同角一度呈现不同颜色的炫彩效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于玻璃制品技术领域,特别是涉及一种玻璃制品。
背景技术
随着科技的发展及人们需求的不断改变,玻璃制品,特别是3D玻璃制品,越来越受欢迎,其应用领域也越来越广泛,比如玻璃手机后壳、汽车玻璃、外饰件点表面装饰等。但是,由于透明玻璃格调单一、观赏性差,有时需要在玻璃表面真空溅镀一层装饰膜或喷涂一层装饰膜,以使玻璃制品可以具有不同色彩、不同图案的显示效果。
但是,现有技术中直接在玻璃表面溅镀而形成镀膜或喷涂而形成涂膜,不仅会损伤玻璃,使玻璃的强度下降而增加其破裂的风险;而且,还会损伤玻璃的表面,不利于玻璃的回收。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种玻璃制品,膜层结构稳定,且可实现从同角一度呈现不同颜色的炫彩效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种玻璃制品,包括玻璃基板和贴附于所述玻璃基板表面的包覆膜,所述包覆膜包括从所述玻璃基板的表面向外依次层叠的亲水薄膜层、热熔胶层、反射层、过渡层以及保护层,所述亲水薄膜层覆盖于所述玻璃基板的任意一侧,所述热熔胶层位于所述亲水薄膜层和所述反射层之间,所述反射层位于所述热熔胶层和所述过渡层之间,所述过渡层位于所述反射层和所述保护层之间;
所述热熔胶层和所述过渡层均为透明层;
所述亲水薄膜层的亲水薄膜的洛氏硬度为4-5H,亲水薄膜的耐热温度为280-300℃;
所述过渡层为高延展性树脂过渡层;
所述反射层的材质选自银、铜、铝及其混合物;
所述保护层为含锌的油漆层。
进一步地说,所述玻璃基板的厚度为10-13mm。
进一步地说,所述热熔胶层的厚度为10-20μm。
进一步地说,所述过渡层的厚度为15-20μm。
进一步地说,所述保护层的厚度为20-30μm。
进一步地说,所述反射层的厚度为2-9μm。
进一步地说,所述亲水薄膜是由硅基的磺酸根分子构成的薄膜。
进一步地说,所述玻璃基板为平板状或圆弧状。
进一步地说,所述热熔胶层为热固性有机胶水层。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构稳定,可降低玻璃制品破裂或破碎的风险,且本发明制成的产品具有同角一度呈现不同颜色的炫彩效果,能满足消费者对电子产品外观的追求。

实施例:一种玻璃制品,如图1所示,包括玻璃基板1和贴附于所述玻璃基板1表面的包覆膜2,所述包覆膜2包括从所述玻璃基板1的表面向外依次层叠的亲水薄膜层21、热熔胶层22、反射层23、过渡层24以及保护层25,所述亲水薄膜层21覆盖于所述玻璃基板1的任意一侧,所述热熔胶层22位于所述亲水薄膜层21和所述反射层23之间,所述反射层23位于所述热熔胶层22和所述过渡层24之间,所述过渡层24位于所述反射层23和所述保护层25之间;
所述热熔胶层22和所述过渡层24均为透明层;
所述亲水薄膜层21的亲水薄膜的洛氏硬度为4-5H,亲水薄膜的耐热温度为280-300℃;
所述过渡层24为高延展性树脂过渡层;
所述反射层23的材质选自银、铜、铝及其混合物;
所述保护层25为含锌的油漆层。
所述玻璃基板1的厚度为10-13mm。
所述热熔胶层22的厚度为10-20μm。
所述过渡层24的厚度为15-20μm。

1.一种玻璃制品,其特征在于:包括玻璃基板(1)和贴附于所述玻璃基板表面的包覆膜(2),所述包覆膜包括从所述玻璃基板的表面向外依次层叠的亲水薄膜层(21)、热熔胶层(22)、反射层(23)、过渡层(24)以及保护层(25),所述亲水薄膜层覆盖于所述玻璃基板的任意一侧,所述热熔胶层位于所述亲水薄膜层和所述反射层之间,所述反射层位于所述热熔胶层和所述过渡层之间,所述过渡层位于所述反射层和所述保护层之间;
所述热熔胶层和所述过渡层均为透明层;
所述亲水薄膜层的亲水薄膜的洛氏硬度为4-5H,亲水薄膜的耐热温度为280-300℃;
所述过渡层为高延展性树脂过渡层;
所述反射层的材质选自银、铜、铝及其混合物;
所述保护层为含锌的油漆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃制品,其特征在于:所述玻璃基板的厚度为10-13mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃制品,其特征在于:所述热熔胶层的厚度为10-20μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃制品,其特征在于:所述过渡层的厚度为15-20μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃制品,其特征在于:所述保护层的厚度为20-30μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃制品,其特征在于:所述反射层的厚度为2-9μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃制品,其特征在于:所述亲水薄膜是由硅基的磺酸根分子构成的薄膜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃制品,其特征在于:所述玻璃基板为平板状或圆弧状。
