The number of the cutting blades is two, namely a left blade 41 and a right blade 42; the center of the cutting edge of the left blade, which coincides with the axis of the cutter body, is a left top tangent point 411, and the center of the cutting edge of the right blade, which is close to the axis 40 of the cutter body, is a right top tangent point 422; the distance between the left top tangent point and the right top tangent point is 3R, wherein R is the radius of the cutting edge.
