Abstract
The invention discloses a flotation machine capable of simultaneously scraping floaters and suspended matters, which relates to the technical field of ultramarine pigment purification and can comprise: guide rails, sports cars and scrapers; the two guide rails are respectively arranged on the two groove sides of the material groove; the sports car is arranged on the guide rail and can move along the guide rail; the scraper is hung on the sports car, the lower half part of the scraper is inserted below the liquid level of the ultramarine blue mixed liquid in the trough, and the upper half part of the scraper is higher than the liquid level of the ultramarine blue mixed liquid. The invention can scrape all suspended impurities 20 cm below the liquid level out of the trough, shortens the time by half and overcomes the defect of insufficient ash scraping depth caused by too wide chain scraper.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ultramarine pigment purification, in particular to a flotation machine capable of scraping floaters and suspended matters simultaneously.
Background
at present, the well-known flotation machine scrapes ash foam floating through aeration by a chain driving scraper to a discharge chute, but the chain scraper cannot be too wide due to space limitation, the ash scraping depth is insufficient, the scraping is not clean, the efficiency is low, and the flotation of one batch needs 90 minutes.
Therefore, there is a need for a new flotation machine, especially one that can scrape out ash particles in the deep distribution of impurity (commonly called "ash") particles during ultramarine pigment flotation.

The invention aims to provide a flotation machine capable of scraping floating objects and suspended matters simultaneously, which can not only scrape all suspended impurities 20 cm below the liquid level out of a material groove, but also shorten the time by half, and overcome the defect that the ash scraping depth is not enough because a chain scraper cannot be too wide.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following scheme: the invention provides a flotation machine capable of scraping floaters and suspended matters simultaneously, which comprises a guide rail, a running car and a scraper; the two guide rails are respectively arranged on the two groove sides of the material groove; the sports car is arranged on the guide rail and can move along the guide rail; the scraper is hung on the sports car, the lower half part of the scraper is inserted below the liquid level of the ultramarine blue mixed liquid in the trough, and the upper half part of the scraper is higher than the liquid level of the ultramarine blue mixed liquid.
Preferably, the width of the scraper is 60 cm, the lower half part of the scraper is inserted below the liquid level by 30 cm, and the upper half part of the scraper is 30 cm higher than the liquid level.

As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, a flotation machine capable of simultaneously scraping floating objects and suspended objects is provided, compressed air is conveyed to a stirring impeller 6 through an aeration pipe 5, and is stirred by the stirring impeller 6 until fine bubbles are thrown out and dispersed, the bubbles carry impurity particles to float upwards, a part of the impurity particles are suspended in liquid 20-30 cm below a liquid level 11, and a part of the impurity particles float above the liquid level 11.
The sports car 9 moves linearly along the guide rail 3, and the scrapers 10 fixed on the sports car 9 move in the same direction; the scraping plate 10 is made of a silicon rubber plate, two ends of the scraping plate are tightly attached to the ledge 12, and in the moving process, the submerged suspension foam 7 and the submerged floating foam 8 are scraped to one end of the material groove 13 and flow into the impurity output groove 2 to be output.
The sports car 9 moves to the end of the trough 13 and touches the reversing stop block 1 to return, and continues to scrape towards the other end of the trough 3.
Thus, the impurities are scraped in a reciprocating way to achieve the purpose of removing the impurities.
