Abstract
The invention provides a soft sealing ring dismounting tail end actuating mechanism suitable for a limited space, which aims to solve the problem that a small sealing ring in the limited space is difficult to dismount and replace by manual operation. The sleeve dismounting tail end actuating mechanism can be used for conveniently dismounting a small soft sealing ring in a narrow space without dismounting an assembled component. Under the condition that the sealing ring is damaged, the set of tool avoids the damage of the sealing performance and other adverse effects possibly caused to the whole structure in the dismounting process, provides convenient conditions for the replacement of the easily damaged sealing ring, saves the time cost and improves the reliability of the whole structure.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a soft sealing ring dismounting tail end actuating mechanism suitable for a limited space.
Background
The sealing ring-sealing groove is an essential structure of the solid rocket engine and is present in almost all component assembly structures needing sealing. The small sealing ring is high in mounting and dismounting difficulty, particularly when a delay igniter-fire tube of a small-diameter solid rocket engine is mounted, the sealing ring is easy to damage, and the small sealing ring needs to be dismounted and remounted under the condition. When the igniter is in a limited space, the sealing ring is difficult to detach and replace by adopting a visual-manual operation method.

The invention aims to provide a soft sealing ring dismounting tail end actuating mechanism suitable for a limited space.

The sleeve dismounting tail end actuating mechanism can be used for conveniently dismounting the small soft sealing ring 2 in a narrow space without dismounting the mounted assembly. After the fire transmission pipe is installed, the joint is inspected in a visual inspection mode, if the sealing ring is extruded out, the sealing ring is not installed in place, and the sealing ring needs to be taken out and installed again.
In the process of disassembling the sealing ring, a sealing ring disassembling tool is required. Firstly, as shown in fig. 4, the sealing ring extruding pliers extend into the joint of the piston rod-shaped sealing structure, are sleeved into the mounting position of the sealing ring from the upper part, force is applied to the side surface, the soft sealing ring is extruded, and the gap 11 is formed between the soft sealing ring and the gap of the sealing ring extruding pliers. At this time, as shown in fig. 5, the left hand holds the extruding pliers, the right hand takes the left and right disassembling hooks to be combined together, the guide beak extends downwards into the gap of the sealing ring along the guide groove, then the sealing ring extruding pliers are taken out, the left hand and the right hand separate the left disassembling hook and the right disassembling hook to hook the sealing ring, and the left hand and the right hand separate the disassembling hooks and take out upwards.
The seal ring dismounting tool suitable for the limited space can be used for efficiently dismounting the seal ring under the special condition, and is simple and easy to operate. The structural tool is not limited by materials, and in the embodiment, the tool set is made of 45 steel. The proposal is that the tool set is used for manufacturing a matched packing box, so that the injury of people or the failure of fracture at a sharp part can be avoided.

the front end of the sealing ring extrusion pliers is of a round sleeve structure with a notch, the inner contour of the sealing ring extrusion pliers is a semi-kidney-shaped groove matched with the sealing piston rod, the rear end of the sealing ring extrusion pliers is connected with the front end of the sealing ring extrusion pliers, and the rear end of the sealing ring extrusion pliers is of a positioning structure with a side cutting plane;
