The contact structure in this embodiment may be disposed on the electronic device 112, the contact 102 is electrically connected to the circuit of the electronic device 112, when the electronic device 112 needs to be connected to the electrical connection terminal of the external electronic device, the connection terminal of the external electronic device will contact with the contact 103 and apply pressure to the contact 103, and at the same time, the elastic member 104 will be pressed and extended toward the contact 102 along the first direction, so that the contact 103 is in contact with and electrically connected to the contact 102, and the electronic device 112 and the external electronic device are electrically connected. When the electronic device 112 is separated from the connection end of the external electronic device, the elastic member 104 drives the contact 103 to return back to the contact 102 along the first direction under the elastic action, and the contact 103 and the frame 101 are positioned relatively, at this time, the contact 103 and the contact 102 keep a set distance in the first direction. Because the contact 103 and the contact 102 keep a set distance in the first direction, the contact 103 and the contact 102 are not conducted, the loss of battery power and the circuit damage in the electronic device 112 caused by the fact that a closed circuit is formed in the exposed contact 103 under the condition of external water seepage or metal lapping are avoided, and the reliability and the safety of the use of the contact 103 structure are improved. Meanwhile, the contact 103 is connected with the frame 101 through the elastic piece 104, and the elastic piece 104 can generate a certain buffer action when the contact 103 moves relative to the frame 101, so that severe collision between the contact 103 and the contact piece 102 is prevented, and the structural use reliability of the contact 103 is improved.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that a cavity 105 is formed in the frame 101, the contact 102 is located in the cavity 105, and the elastic member 104 closes a gap between the contact 103 and the frame 101 to seal the cavity 105. Due to the sealing effect of the elastic member 104, external liquid can be prevented from entering the cavity 105 and contacting the contact member 102, and the reliability and safety of the use of the contact 103 structure are further improved.
In this embodiment, preferably, the contact 103 is formed with a first catching portion 106, the catching portion extends along the circumferential direction of the contact 103, the elastic member 104 is plate-shaped, the elastic member 104 is formed with a connecting hole 107 and a second catching portion 108, the second catching portion 108 is disposed at the edge of the connecting hole 107 and extends along the circumferential direction of the connecting hole 107, and the first catching portion 106 and the second catching portion 108 are caught and connected. The contact 103 is inserted into the connecting hole 107 of the elastic member 104, and the first clamping portion 106 on the contact 103 and the second clamping portion 108 on the elastic member 104 are clamped with each other, so that the contact 103 and the elastic member 104 are conveniently and stably connected, the contact 103 and the frame 101 can be relatively positioned more stably through the elastic member 104, and the reliability of the use of the contact 103 structure is improved.
In this embodiment, preferably, the first retaining portion 106 is a tenon, and the second retaining portion 108 is a slot. This simplifies the structure of the connection between the contact 103 and the frame 101, and reduces the cost.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that a third retaining portion 109 is formed at an outer edge of the elastic member 104, a fourth retaining portion 110 is formed on the frame 101, and the third retaining portion 109 is connected to the fourth retaining portion 110 in a retaining manner. Therefore, the elastic piece 104 is conveniently and stably connected with the frame 101, the contact 103 and the frame 101 can be relatively positioned more stably through the elastic piece 104, and the structural use reliability of the contact 103 is improved.
In this embodiment, preferably, the third clamping portion 109 is a clamping tenon, and the fourth clamping portion 110 is a clamping slot. This simplifies the structure of the connection between the contact 103 and the frame 101, and reduces the cost.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the elastic member 104 further has a groove 111 formed thereon, the groove 111 extends along a circumferential direction of the connection hole 107 to be disposed around the connection hole 107, and a set distance is provided between the groove 111 and the connection hole 107. Therefore, the thickness of the elastic element 104 at the position of the groove 111 can be reduced due to the arrangement of the groove 111, so that the elastic force of the elastic element 104 at the position of the groove 111 is relatively small, and the groove 111 extends along the circumferential direction of the connecting hole 107 and is arranged around the connecting hole 107, when the contact 103 is subjected to pressure, the elastic element 104 can be greatly deformed, the contact 103 can move flexibly and freely in the first direction, the contact 103 can be ensured to be in contact with the contact element 102 under the action of the pressure, and the reliability and the safety of the use of the structure of the contact 103 are further improved.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 104 is preferably a silicone member. The silicone member has elasticity, and can seal the contact 103 and the contact member 102, and can buffer the movement of the contact 103 relative to the frame 101. The reliability of the use of the contact 103 structure is improved.
In this embodiment, preferably, the contact structure further includes a circuit board, the circuit board is connected to the frame 101, and the contact member 102 is a spring piece on the circuit board. Therefore, when the contact 103 is in contact with the elastic sheet, the elastic sheet can play a role in buffering, and damage to the circuit board is prevented.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device 112, which includes a main body of the electronic device 112 and the contact 103 structure according to any embodiment of the present invention, wherein the main body of the electronic device 112 is connected to the frame 101, and the contact 102 is electrically connected to a circuit of the main body of the electronic device 112.
In the electronic device 112 of this embodiment, when it is required to connect to the external electronic device, the external electronic device is connected to the contact 103 and applies pressure to the contact 103, and the elastic member 104 is also pressed and extended toward the contact 102 in the first direction, so that the contact 103 is in contact with and electrically connected to the contact 102, and the electronic device 112 is electrically connected to the external electronic device. When the electronic device 112 is separated from the external electronic device, the elastic member 104 drives the contact 103 to return back to the contact 102 along the first direction under the elastic action, and the contact 103 and the frame 101 are positioned relatively, at this time, the contact 103 and the contact 102 keep a set distance in the first direction. Meanwhile, the contact 103 is connected with the frame 101 through the elastic piece 104, and the elastic piece 104 can generate a certain buffer action when the contact 103 moves relative to the frame 101, so that severe collision between the contact 103 and the contact piece 102 is prevented, and the use reliability of the electronic device 112 is improved.
