In order that the invention may be more readily understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments that are illustrated in the appended drawings. The description of the azimuth of the present invention is performed according to the azimuth shown in fig. 1, that is, the up-down-left-right direction shown in fig. 1 is the up-down-left-right direction of the description, the direction facing in fig. 1 is the front, and the direction facing away from fig. 1 is the rear. It should be understood that the terms "upper," "lower," "inner," "outer," and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the positional relationships described in the drawings, and are merely used to facilitate describing the invention or simplify the description, and do not indicate a particular orientation that must be assumed.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 28, the knitting flat roll lower hem machine of the present invention includes a workbench assembly 1, a sewing assembly 2, a hemming assembly 3, a thread cutting device 4, a left side material receiving device 5, a front side material receiving device 6, a trimming assembly 7 and a waste recycling device 8.
Referring to fig. 1to 10, the table assembly 1 includes a frame 11, a platen 12, a conveying assembly 13, an edging table assembly 14, a limiting plate 15, and a receiving guide plate 16. The platen 12 is fixedly provided on the frame 11. The middle of the rear part of the bedplate 12 is provided with a mounting notch.
The conveying assembly 13 comprises a main driving motor 13-1, a group of feeding synchronous belts 13-2 and a feeding guide rod 13-3. The group of feeding timing belts 13-2 of this embodiment has 8, 6 of which are disposed around the platen 12 by the corresponding timing pulleys in order from front to back, and the other two of which are disposed around the rear left and rear right of the platen 12 by the corresponding timing pulleys in order from left to right. The main driving motor 13-1 drives the synchronous pulleys to rotate through the driving shafts, so that each feeding synchronous belt 13-2 rotates to feed materials. The number of the feeding guide rods 13-3 is 5, and the 5 feeding guide rods 13-3 are fixedly arranged on the left part of the bedplate 12 along the left-right direction and are respectively positioned between two adjacent feeding synchronous belts 13-2 of the 6 feeding synchronous belts 13-2 arranged around the bedplate 12.
The edging bench assembly 14 includes an edging mounting plate 14-1, an edging moving plate 14-2, an edging moving bench guide assembly 14-3, an edging moving bench adjustment assembly 14-4, an edging moving bench positioning assembly 14-5, an edging bench upper platen 14-6, an edging bench transition plate 14-7, an edging bench feed gas blow pipe 14-8, and an edging bench plate 14-9.
The trimming mounting plate 14-1 is fixedly arranged on the frame 11 and is positioned below the right part of the mounting notch of the bedplate 12. The middle part of the trimming mounting plate 14-1 is provided with a first suction pipe hole 14-11 penetrating through the upper part and the lower part of the trimming mounting plate. The lower right side of the trimming mounting plate 14-1 is provided with an adjusting nut, and the axis of the adjusting nut is horizontally arranged along the front and back directions. The left and right sides of the trimming mounting plate 14-1 are respectively provided with an adjusting groove 14-12 penetrating through the left and right sides. The adjustment slots 14-12 are disposed in a front-to-rear direction. The edging mobile station guide assembly 14-3 includes 2 linear rails, each of which is a THK type FBW3590XR plate rail. The 2 linear guides are fixedly provided on the upper front and rear portions of the trim mounting plate 14-1 in the front-rear direction by their respective guides, respectively. The trimming moving plate 14-2 is fixedly provided on the sliders of the 2 linear guides, so that the trimming moving plate 14-2 is slidably provided on the trimming mounting plate 14-1 in the front-rear direction by the trimming moving table guide assembly 14-3. The middle part of the trimming moving plate 14-2 is provided with a second suction pipe hole 14-21 penetrating the trimming moving plate up and down. The edging moving stage adjustment assembly 14-4 includes an edging stage adjustment screw 14-41 and an edging stage adjustment handwheel 14-42. The edging bench adjusting screw 14-41 is disposed in the front-rear direction, and the rear portion of the edging bench adjusting screw 14-41 is rotatably disposed on the right side of the edging mounting plate 14-1 by means of respective bearings and bearing blocks. The adjustment nut on the edger mounting plate 14-1 is threaded onto the edger adjustment screw 14-41. The trimming table adjusting handwheel 14-42 is arranged on the rear end of the trimming table adjusting screw 14-41 in a transmission way, and the trimming table adjusting screw 14-41 is rotated by rotating the trimming table adjusting handwheel 14-42, so that the trimming mounting plate 14-1 is driven to move back and forth along the trimming moving table guide assembly 14-3 by an adjusting nut of the trimming mounting plate 14-1. The trimming moving table positioning assembly 14-5 has 2 groups, and the 2 groups of trimming moving table positioning assemblies 14-5 have the same structure and comprise locking screws 14-51, locking handwheels 14-52 and supporting sleeves 14-53. The locking screw 14-51 is provided with a screw part and a pressing part from top to bottom. The diameter of the screw portion corresponds to the width of the adjustment slot 14-12 of the trim mounting plate 14-1. The diameter of the hold-down is greater than the width of the adjustment slot 14-12. The locking hand wheel 14-52 is arranged on the lower end of the pressing part of the locking screw 14-51 in a transmission way, and the locking screw 14-51 is rotated by rotating the locking hand wheel 14-52. The locking screw 14-51 is screwed on the trimming moving plate 14-2 by the upper screw portion penetrating the adjusting groove 14-12 on the corresponding side of the trimming mounting plate 14-1, the corresponding portion of the upper end of the lower pressing portion of the locking screw 14-51 is fixed on the lower side of the trimming mounting plate 14-1 from bottom to top, so that the trimming moving plate 14-2 is positioned on the trimming mounting plate 14-1 and cannot slide back and forth. When the position of the trimming moving plate 14-2 needs to be adjusted, the locking screw 14-51 is loosened, and the trimming moving plate is screwed and fixed after the position is adjusted. The supporting sleeve 14-53 is slidably disposed on the screw portion of the locking screw 14-51 and is located between the trimming mounting plate 14-1 and the trimming moving plate 14-2, so as to prevent the two sides of the trimming mounting plate 14-1 and the trimming moving plate 14-2 from being deformed due to approaching each other when the locking screw 14-51 is pushed up. An edging stand transition plate 14-7 is fixedly provided on the right front portion of the mounting notch of the platen 12. The trimming platen 14-9 is fixedly disposed on the trimming movable plate 14-2 with its upper surface being flush with the upper surface of the platen 12, and the front portion of the trimming platen 14-9 is located above the trimming platen transition plate 14-7. The upper pressing plate 14-6 of the trimming table is fixedly arranged on the trimming moving plate 14-2 and is positioned above the trimming table plate 14-9. The upper pressing plate 14-6 of the trimming table can be adjusted in position in the up-down direction and can be suitable for pressing cloth with different thicknesses. The right part of the upper pressing plate 14-6 of the trimming table is tilted upwards, so that feeding is facilitated. The trimming table feeding air blowing pipe 14-8 is arranged on the right part of the trimming movable plate 14-2 along the front-back direction and positioned on the right side of the trimming table upper pressing plate 14-6, a group of air outlet holes are formed in the left side of the trimming table feeding air blowing pipe 14-8 from front to back, and each air outlet hole penetrates through the inside and outside along the radial direction of the trimming table feeding air blowing pipe 14-8 and is used for blowing air between the trimming table upper pressing plate 14-6 and the trimming table plate 14-9, so that cloth can be assisted to be blown flatly, and the cloth can be flatly fed between the trimming table upper pressing plate 14-6 and the trimming table plate 14-9.
The stopper plate 15 is provided on the right upper rear portion of the platen 12, and its position in the front-rear direction is adjustable.
A receiving guide plate 16 is fixedly provided on the left upper front portion of the platen 12. The upper surface of the material receiving guide plate 16 is level with the upper surface of the bedplate 12, the right part of the material receiving guide plate 16 is provided with a guide inclined plane, and the guide inclined plane is obliquely arranged from the right part to the left part.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the sewing assembly 2 includes a sewing machine 21, the sewing machine 21 is slidably disposed on the rear portion of the middle of the frame 11 of the workbench assembly 1 along the front and rear directions through corresponding linear guide rails, and is limited and fixed through corresponding knob plungers, and when maintenance is required, the limitation of the knob plungers is released, and the sewing machine 21 can be pulled out along the linear guide rails. The front portion of the sewing machine 21 is located in the left portion of the mounting notch of the platen 12.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8 and 11 to 15, the hemming assembly 3 includes a hemming mount 3-1, a hemming platen assembly 3-2, a first upper adjustment platen 3-3, a second upper adjustment platen 3-4, a blanking plate 3-5, a blowing assembly 3-6, and a transition platen 3-7.
The hemming mount 3-1 is fixedly provided on the frame 11 in the middle of the mounting notch of the platen 12, between the trimming table assembly 14 and the sewing machine 21. The folding table plate assembly 3-2 comprises a folding table plate 3-21, a folding table plate mounting seat 3-22, a folding table adjusting screw rod 3-23, a folding table adjusting hand wheel 3-24, a folding table guide rod 3-25 and a fixed handle 3-26. The folding table plate 3-21 is fixedly arranged on the folding table plate mounting seat 3-22. The hemming platform guide rod 3-25 is fixedly arranged on the hemming mounting seat 3-1 along the front-back direction, and the position of the hemming platform guide rod 3-25 in the up-down direction can be adjusted. The rear part of the flanging table adjusting screw 3-23 is rotatably arranged on the flanging mounting seat 3-1, and the flanging table adjusting screw 3-23 and the flanging table guide rod 3-25 are mutually parallel. The position of the hemming table adjusting screw 3-23 in the up-down direction can be adjusted. The folding table mounting seat 3-22 is arranged on the folding table guide rod 3-25 in a sliding manner along the front-back direction, the front part of the folding table adjusting screw rod 3-23 is screwed on the folding table mounting seat 3-22, and the folding table adjusting hand wheel 3-24 is fixedly connected to the rear end of the folding table adjusting screw rod 3-23 in a transmission manner, so that the folding table adjusting screw rod 3-23 is rotated by rotating the folding table adjusting hand wheel 3-24 to adjust the position of the folding table mounting seat 3-22 in the front-back direction. The upper screw of the fixed handle 3-26 passes through the corresponding waist round hole arranged along the front-back direction on the hemming mounting seat 3-1 and then is screwed on the hemming platen mounting seat 3-22, so that the hemming platen mounting seat 3-22 is fixed at the corresponding position through the fixed handle 3-26.
The first upper adjusting pressing plate 3-3 is fixedly arranged on the hemming mounting seat 3-1, and the position of the first upper adjusting pressing plate 3-3 in the up-down direction can be adjusted. The first upper adjusting platen 3-3 is located on the front upper side of the hemming platen 3-21. The second upper adjusting pressing plate 3-4 is fixedly arranged on the hemming mounting seat 3-1, and the position of the second upper adjusting pressing plate 3-4 in the up-down direction can be adjusted. The second upper adjusting platen 3-4 is located on the rear upper side of the hemming platen 3-21. The rear side of the second upper adjusting pressing plate 3-4 is provided with an inclined plane 3-41. The inclined planes 3-41 are inclined backward in the right part and forward in the left part. The material folding plate 3-5 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the hemming mounting seat 3-1 along the left and right directions, the corresponding parts are positioned below the hemming platen 3-21, the front side of the material folding plate is provided with a hemming guide inclined surface 3-51, the hemming guide inclined surface 3-51 is arranged in a right part forward direction, and the left part is obliquely arranged backwards.
The blowing assembly 3-6 includes a first blowing pipe 3-61, a second blowing pipe 3-62, a third blowing pipe 3-63, a fourth blowing pipe 3-64, and a fifth blowing pipe 3-65. The first air blowing pipe 3-61 is arranged above the right part of the second upper adjusting pressing plate 3-4 and blows air between the second upper adjusting pressing plate 3-4 and the flanging platen 3-21 towards the left. The second air blowing pipe 3-62 is arranged along the inclined plane 3-41 of the second upper adjusting pressing plate 3-4, and blows air downwards to enable the corresponding part of the cloth to be attached to the flanging platen 3-21. The third air blowing pipe 3-63 is arranged on the lower side of the middle part of the folding plate 3-5 and blows forward to blow down the fallen cloth, so that the cloth can conveniently enter between the folding table plate 3-21 and the folding plate 3-5. The fourth air blowing pipe 3-64 is arranged at the left side of the second upper adjusting pressing plate 3-4 and faces to the left Fang Chuiqi, so that the cloth can smoothly enter the sewing machine 21 of the sewing assembly 2 for sewing. The fifth air blowing pipe 3-65 is arranged on the upper side of the left part of the material folding plate 3-5 and blows forward to blow corresponding cloth on the material folding plate 3-5 to be flat. The transition platen 3-7 is fixedly arranged on the platen 12, and the rear part thereof is positioned on the front lower side of the hemming platen 3-21.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8 and 16 to 18, the thread cutting device 4 includes a thread cutting device mount 41, a first movable cutter 42, a first fixed cutter 43, a first cutter driving assembly 44, and a first cutter pressing assembly 45.
The thread cutting device mounting seat 41 is fixedly arranged on the left part of the front part of the sewing machine 21 and is positioned at the left side of the needle of the sewing machine 21. The first fixing cutter 43 is fixedly provided on the right front portion of the thread cutting device mounting seat 41 in the front-rear direction. The first cutter drive assembly 44 includes a first cutter drive cylinder 44-1, a first connecting arm 44-2, a first swing arm 44-3, a first connecting shaft 44-4, a first drive arm 44-5, a first drive shaft 44-6, and a first movable cutter seat 44-7. The first cutter driving cylinder 44-1 is a CQ2B32-5 thin double-acting cylinder of SMC. The first cutter driving cylinder 44-1 is fixedly provided by its cylinder body on the thread cutting device mounting seat 41 with its piston rod extending forward. The first connecting arm 44-2 is fixedly provided on the end of the piston rod of the first cutter driving cylinder 44-1. The first swing arm 44-3 is U-shaped with its opening facing downward. The upper portion of the first swing arm 44-3 is rotatably connected to the thread cutting device mounting base 41 with its rotation axis horizontally disposed in the left-right direction. The first connecting shaft 44-4 passes through the upper part of the first driving arm 44-5, the end of the lower part of the first swinging arm 44-3 at the right part and the end of the first swinging arm 44-3 at the left part in sequence from right to left, and connects the first driving arm 44-5 and the first swinging arm 44-3 in a hinged manner. The front portion of the first swing arm 44-3 is engaged with a portion of the first connecting shaft 44-4 located between both ends of the lower portion of the first swing arm 44-3. The first movable cutter seat 44-7 is rotatably arranged on the thread cutting device mounting seat 41 through a corresponding pin shaft, the pin shaft is fixedly connected with the first movable cutter seat 44-7, the axis of the pin shaft is horizontally arranged along the left-right direction, and the pin shaft is slidably arranged in the thread cutting device mounting seat 41 along the left-right direction. The first driving shaft 44-6 is an eccentric shaft, and a left portion of the first driving shaft 44-6 is slidably disposed in a lower end of the first driving arm 44-5, and a right portion of the left portion of the first driving shaft 44-6 is fixedly connected with the first movable cutter holder 44-7.
The first movable cutter 42 is fixedly arranged on the first movable cutter seat 44-7, so that the first cutter driving cylinder 44-1 pushes and pulls the first connecting shaft 44-4 to enable the lower portion of the first swinging arm 44-3 to swing forwards, the first connecting shaft 44-4 moves along a corresponding arc, the first driving arm 44-5 moves along the first connecting shaft 44-4, the lower portion of the first driving arm 44-5 enables the front portion of the first movable cutter seat 44-7 to rotate downwards through the first driving shaft 44-6, and the first movable cutter 42 and the first fixed cutter 43 form a corresponding shearing mechanism.
The first cutter compression assembly 45 includes a compression spring 45-1 and a plug 45-2. The compression spring 45-1 is arranged in the thread cutting device mounting seat 41, the pin shaft on the first movable cutter seat 44-7 is propped against from left to right, the plug 45-2 is fixedly arranged in the thread cutting device mounting seat 41, the compression spring 45-1 is propped against from left and limited in the thread cutting device mounting seat 41, and the compression spring 45-1 is in a compression state, so that the compression spring 45-1 props the first movable cutter seat 44-7 rightwards, the first movable cutter 42 on the first movable cutter seat 44-7 is tightly contacted with the first fixed cutter 43, and a good cutting effect is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8 and 26, the left receiving device 5 includes a left receiving mounting frame 51, a left lifting platform 52, a receiving first guide assembly 53, a left platform reset assembly 54, a left receiving overturning assembly 55 and a left protecting frame 56. The first guide assembly 53 for receiving material comprises 2 linear guide rails, and the 2 linear guide rails are plate guide rails of THK type FBW3590 XR. The 2 linear guide rails are respectively fixedly arranged on the front side and the rear side of the right part of the left material receiving installation frame 51 along the up-down direction by the respective guide rails, the left lifting platform 52 is fixedly arranged on the slide block seats of the 2 linear guide rails, and the left lifting platform 52 is horizontally arranged, so that the left lifting platform 52 is arranged on the left material receiving installation frame 51 along the up-down direction in a sliding manner through the material receiving first guide component 53. The middle part of the right part of the left lifting platform 52 is vertically provided with a plate spring connecting plate 52-1 along the front-back direction. The left side platform return assembly 54 includes 2 spindle lift leaf springs, which in this embodiment employs a CFS of 1.8 m. The front lift platform assembly 62 includes a lift platform 62-1, a front platform return assembly 62-2, a front platform guide assembly 62-3, and a damping adjustment assembly 62-4. The elevating platform 62-1 is slidably provided on an upper portion of the front receiving mounting frame 61 through the front platform guide assembly 62-3. The front side platform guide assembly 62-3 has 2 sets, and the 2 sets of front side platform guide assemblies 62-3 are identical in structure and each include a cylindrical shaft 62-31 and a linear bearing 62-32 slidably disposed on the cylindrical shaft 62-31. The driving device 66 of the material shifting frame adopts a cylinder driving mode, the embodiment adopts a CM2E32-125 cylinder of SMC, the cylinder body of the cylinder is hinged on the left rear part of the front material collecting and mounting frame 61, the piston rod of the cylinder extends forwards, and the end of the piston rod is hinged with the swing mounting arm 65-1, so that the driving device 66 of the material shifting frame 65 drives the material shifting frame to swing forwards and backwards.
When the front receiving device 6 is used: the front-side material receiving device 6 is used for receiving a material, such as a large-body material, which is long in the front-rear direction and extends out of the cloth of the platen. In the initial state, the piston rod of the cylinder of the clamping frame driving device 64 is in a backward extending state, the upper cross rod 63-1 of the clamping frame 63 is close to the bedplate 12 backward, and the right end of the upper cross rod 63-1 is positioned at the left lower side of the material receiving guide plate 16. The piston rod of the cylinder of the kick-out stand driving means 66 is in a retracted state backward, and the upper portion of the kick-out lever 65-2 is located between the upper cross bar 63-1 of the grip stand 63 and the take-up guide plate 16. When the front portion of the sewn cloth moves to the receiving guide plate 16, it is guided by the receiving guide plate 16 between the upper cross bar 63-1 of the clamping frame 63 and the lifting platform 62-1. The piston rod of the cylinder of the holder driving means 64 protrudes forward, and the upper cross bar 63-1 of the holder 63 clamps and fixes the corresponding portion of the cloth on the rear side of the elevating platform 62-1. Then the piston rod of the cylinder of the material shifting frame driving device 66 extends forwards, and the corresponding part of the material is wound around the lifting platform 62-1 and is put on the lifting platform 62-1, so that material collection is completed. When all the cloth on the lifting platform 62-1 is taken away, the lifting platform 62-1 is lifted upwards to reset under the action of the main shaft lifting plate spring.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8 and 19 to 23, the trimming assembly 7 includes a stationary trimming blade 71, a movable trimming blade 72, a trimming blade drive assembly 73, a trimming blade holder 74, and a trimming assembly cover 75. The trimming blade holder 74 is shaped like a U with an opening to the left, and the trimming blade holder 74 is fixedly arranged at the second suction pipe hole 14-21 of the trimming moving plate 14-2 of the trimming table assembly 14. The fixed trimming blade 71 is fixedly disposed on the inner side of the front end of the trimming blade holder 74 above the second suction pipe hole 14-21 by the corresponding fixed trimming blade holder 71 a. The deburring blade drive motor 73-1 is fixedly provided on the upper rear left portion of the deburring moving plate 14-2 by its motor housing through a corresponding mount, with its motor shaft extending forward. The trimming blade eccentric wheel 73-2 is fixedly arranged on the motor shaft of the trimming blade driving motor 73-1. The trimming cutter eccentric wheel 73-2 is in transmission connection with the trimming cutter driving arm 73-3 through a corresponding bearing. The right end of the trimming blade driving arm 73-3 is hinged with the upper end of the trimming blade swinging arm 73-4. The trimming blade swinging shaft 73-5 is rotatably provided in the front-rear direction on both front and rear arms of the U-shape of the trimming blade holder 74. The rear end extends rearwardly beyond the trimming blade seat 74. The lower end of the trimming blade swing arm 73-4 is fixedly connected to the rear end of the trimming blade swing shaft 73-5. The movable trimming blade 72 is fixedly arranged on the left end of the front side of the movable trimming blade holder 73-6, and the movable trimming blade holder 73-6 is fixedly arranged on the trimming blade swinging shaft 73-5 and is positioned on the rear side of the fixed trimming blade holder 71 a. The trimming member cover 75 is hinged to the trimming moving plate 14-2 and can be opened or closed, and covers the trimming member 7 from above after closing. The suction fan is fixedly arranged on the lower side (inner side) of the barrel cover 82 and is positioned in the charging barrel 81, a filter screen assembly 85 is arranged at an air outlet of the suction fan, and the filter screen assembly 85 is detachably and fixedly connected to the barrel cover 82. A handle 86 is arranged in the middle of the upper side of the barrel cover 82.
When the waste recycling device 8 is used, the upper ends of the material pipe connecting pipes 83 are communicated with the discharge ports of the corresponding material suction pipes in a sealing manner, and the material inlet at the other ends of the material suction pipes sequentially passes through the first material suction pipe holes 14-11 of the trimming mounting plate 14-1 and the second material suction pipe holes 14-21 of the trimming moving plate 14-2 upwards and then are fixedly connected to the trimming tool apron 74 of the trimming assembly 7, so as to collect cloth waste cut by the trimming assembly 7. The suction fan of the waste recycling device 8 is turned on, the suction fan pumps out the gas in the charging barrel 81 and discharges the gas after filtering by the filter screen assembly 85, the pressure in the charging barrel 81 is reduced due to the fact that the gas in the charging barrel 81 is pumped out, the reset cover plate 84-1 is opened downwards, air at the feeding port of the suction pipe is sucked into the charging barrel 81, and meanwhile, the cloth waste cut by the trimming assembly 7 is sucked into the charging barrel 81.
