本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别是一种环保负离子面涂剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
针对粘合剂长期释放甲醛的现状,以目前的技术水平还没有十分有效的方法可以彻底根治,只能通过控制有害物质的用量和良好的工艺手段使甲醛等物质的含量和释放量达到最低限度,但其效果十分不明显。
现阶段市场存在的甲醛封闭产品多为添加甲醛清除物质的乳胶漆。这种功能性涂料虽然具有一定的甲醛清除作用,但仅仅依靠普通的水性漆涂抹包裹在板材表面,虽然对甲醛也能起到一定的封闭作用,降低甲醛的释放量,但其封闭作用十分有限,存在渗透性差、涂膜结构不紧密等缺陷。除此之外,乳胶漆的漆膜很难清除,面对无需涂漆的木器家具,这种功能性涂料就无能为力了。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种环保负离子面涂剂及其制备方法,该环保负离子面涂剂能长时间高强度持续释放负氧离子,具有净化甲醛、PM2.5、甲苯、VOC等功能。

优选地,由包括如下重量配比的原料制成:纯净水230-240份、分散剂4-6份、润湿剂3-5份、防腐剂1.5-2.5份、防霉剂1.5-2.5份、聚乙二醇48-52份、羟乙基纤维素2.5-3.5份、消泡剂6-8份、钛白粉48-52份、重钙145-155份、面漆乳液350-390份、植物添加剂75-85份、成膜助剂14-16份、稳定剂18-22份、流平剂6-8份、增稠剂1.5-2.5份。
优选地,由包括如下重量配比的原料制成:纯净水233份、分散剂5份、润湿剂4份、防腐剂2份、防霉剂2份、聚乙二醇50份、羟乙基纤维素3份、消泡剂7份、钛白粉50份、重钙150份、面漆乳液370份、植物添加剂80份、成膜助剂15份、稳定剂20份、流平剂7份、增稠剂2份。
分散剂:可选非离子型炔二醇系列表面活性剂,具有润湿和分散的双重功效,不含APEO、无毒。
润湿剂:可选非离子型炔二醇改性表面活性剂,可提高体系对各种基材的动态润湿能力,促进流动流平,无硅、无油、无毒,不含烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类化合物。
防腐剂:可选甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,无毒、广谱抑菌杀菌、持效性长,能有效的抑制和灭除菌类和各种微生物,不含任何重金属。
防霉剂:可选改性五氯酚,环保低毒的杀真菌剂,对霉菌、酵母菌、藻类等微生物有特效,具有高效、持久的杀菌防霉能力。
聚乙二醇:可选乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚,无毒、无刺激性,具有良好的水溶性,并与许多有机物组份有良好的相溶性,具有优良的润滑性、保湿性、分散性、粘接性、抗静电性及柔软性。
羟乙基纤维素:是一种白色或淡黄色,无味、无毒的纤维状或粉末状固体,由碱性纤维素和环氧乙烷(或氯乙醇)经醚化反应制备,属非离子型可溶纤维素醚类。羟乙基纤维素具有良好的增稠、悬浮、分散、乳化、粘合、成膜、保护水分和提供保护胶体等特性。
消泡剂:可选水性有机硅,具有良好的消泡性能,能消除微泡并持久无泡,不含烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类化合物。
钛白粉:具有无毒、补强、防老化、填充作用、耐候性强、遮盖力强等特性。
重钙:作填充剂起到增加产品的体积,降低生产成本的作用,具有良好的白度、光泽度等特性。
面漆乳液:取液态单体+水+引发剂+表面活性剂,而产生分散在水中的固体颗粒。是用不溶于水的溶液聚合物,加入表面活性剂来制得的,在高速搅拌下就产生了该聚合物的乳液。
植物添加剂:为香茅草、艾草、芦荟、矮竹叶、樟树叶、茶树壳、竹炭、薰衣草、菊粉所萃取精华,并添加高岭土、钛白粉、硫酸钡、重钙混合制备而成;该植物添加剂中的天然植物成分,能在无源状态下8-10年释放对人体有益的负离子,冬天温度为18摄氏度至25摄氏度,湿度为50%至70%;夏天温度为23摄氏度至28摄氏度,湿度为50%至75%,在此范围内其释放能力为2500~5000个/m3。
成膜助剂:可选醇酯十二,具有一定的挥发性,成膜过程中能滞留在涂膜中发挥作用,成膜后全部挥发,不影响涂膜性能。
稳定剂:能增加溶液、胶体、固体、混合物的稳定性能化学物,可以减慢反应,保持化学平衡,降低表面张力,防止光、热分解或氧化分解等作用。
流平剂:是一种常用的涂料助剂,它能促使涂料在干燥成膜过程中形成一个平整、光滑、均匀的涂膜。能有效降低涂饰液表面张力,提高其流平性和均匀性的一类物质。可改善涂饰液的渗透性,能减少刷涂时产生斑点和斑痕的可能性,增加覆盖性,使成膜均匀、自然。
增稠剂:是一种流变助剂,不仅可以使涂料增稠,防止施工中出现流挂现象,而且能赋予涂料优异的机械性能和贮存稳定性。对于黏度较低的水性涂料来说,是非常重要的一类助剂。
一种如上所述的环保负离子面涂剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、制备香茅草、艾草、芦荟、矮竹叶、樟树叶、茶树壳、竹炭、薰衣草、菊粉所萃取精华,并添加高岭土、钛白粉、硫酸钡、重钙混合制得植物添加剂;
b、按配比取纯净水、分散剂、润湿剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、聚乙二醇、羟乙基纤维素、消泡剂、钛白粉、重钙、面漆乳液、植物添加剂、成膜助剂、稳定剂、流平剂、增稠剂,混合均匀后得成品。
本发明的有益效果是:添加独特的植物添加剂,该植物添加剂精选植物原料香茅草、艾草、芦荟、矮竹叶、樟树叶、茶树壳、竹炭、薰衣草、菊粉萃取精华而成,该植物添加剂中的天然植物成分能长时间高强度持续释放负氧离子,具有净化甲醛、PM2.5、甲苯、VOC等功能,可促进血液循环,帮助睡眠,预防身体疾病。

下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种环保负离子面涂剂,由包括如下重量配比的原料制成:纯净水220份、分散剂3份、润湿剂2份、防腐剂1份、防霉剂1份、聚乙二醇45份、羟乙基纤维素2份、消泡剂4份、钛白粉45份、重钙140份、面漆乳液340份、植物添加剂70份、成膜助剂12份、稳定剂15份、流平剂4份、增稠剂1份。
实施例2
一种环保负离子面涂剂,由包括如下重量配比的原料制成:纯净水233份、分散剂5份、润湿剂4份、防腐剂2份、防霉剂2份、聚乙二醇50份、羟乙基纤维素3份、消泡剂7份、钛白粉50份、重钙150份、面漆乳液370份、植物添加剂80份、成膜助剂15份、稳定剂20份、流平剂7份、增稠剂2份。
实施例3
一种环保负离子面涂剂,由包括如下重量配比的原料制成:纯净水250份、分散剂7份、润湿剂6份、防腐剂3份、防霉剂3份、聚乙二醇55份、羟乙基纤维素4份、消泡剂10份、钛白粉55份、重钙160份、面漆乳液400份、植物添加剂90份、成膜助剂18份、稳定剂25份、流平剂10份、增稠剂3份。
实施例4
一种如上述实施例中的环保负离子面涂剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、制备香茅草、艾草、芦荟、矮竹叶、樟树叶、茶树壳、竹炭、薰衣草、菊粉所萃取精华,并添加高岭土、钛白粉、硫酸钡、重钙混合制得植物添加剂;
b、按配比取纯净水、分散剂、润湿剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、聚乙二醇、羟乙基纤维素、消泡剂、钛白粉、重钙、面漆乳液、植物添加剂、成膜助剂、稳定剂、流平剂、增稠剂,混合均匀后得成品。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的具体实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种环保负离子面涂剂,其特征在于,由包括如下重量配比的原料制成:纯净水220-250份、分散剂3-7份、润湿剂2-6份、防腐剂1-3份、防霉剂1-3份、聚乙二醇45-55份、羟乙基纤维素2-4份、消泡剂4-10份、钛白粉45-55份、重钙140-160份、面漆乳液340-400份、植物添加剂70-90份、成膜助剂12-18份、稳定剂15-25份、流平剂4-10份、增稠剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保负离子面涂剂,其特征在于,由包括如下重量配比的原料制成:纯净水230-240份、分散剂4-6份、润湿剂3-5份、防腐剂1.5-2.5份、防霉剂1.5-2.5份、聚乙二醇48-52份、羟乙基纤维素2.5-3.5份、消泡剂6-8份、钛白粉48-52份、重钙145-155份、面漆乳液350-390份、植物添加剂75-85份、成膜助剂14-16份、稳定剂18-22份、流平剂6-8份、增稠剂1.5-2.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保负离子面涂剂,其特征在于,由包括如下重量配比的原料制成:纯净水233份、分散剂5份、润湿剂4份、防腐剂2份、防霉剂2份、聚乙二醇50份、羟乙基纤维素3份、消泡剂7份、钛白粉50份、重钙150份、面漆乳液370份、植物添加剂80份、成膜助剂15份、稳定剂20份、流平剂7份、增稠剂2份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的环保负离子面涂剂,其特征在于,所述植物添加剂为香茅草、艾草、芦荟、矮竹叶、樟树叶、茶树壳、竹炭、薰衣草、菊粉所萃取精华,并添加高岭土、钛白粉、硫酸钡、重钙混合制备而成。
5.一种如权利要求4所述的环保负离子面涂剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、制备香茅草、艾草、芦荟、矮竹叶、樟树叶、茶树壳、竹炭、薰衣草、菊粉所萃取精华,并添加高岭土、钛白粉、硫酸钡、重钙混合制得植物添加剂;
b、按配比取纯净水、分散剂、润湿剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、聚乙二醇、羟乙基纤维素、消泡剂、钛白粉、重钙、面漆乳液、植物添加剂、成膜助剂、稳定剂、流平剂、增稠剂,混合均匀后得成品。
