一种过滤效果好且无污染的磷石膏陶粒制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及用于污水过滤的陶粒技术领域,尤其是一种污水过滤用磷石膏陶粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
陶粒,是陶质的颗粒,外观特征大部分呈圆形或椭圆形球体,也有少量是仿碎石等不规则形状的颗粒;其表面具有一层坚硬的外壳,这层外壳呈陶质或釉质,赋予陶粒较高的强度;而且,陶粒具有较多的孔隙,具有充分的透气性能,并且,孔隙具有较优的吸附性能,能够吸附较多的水蒸气,使得保水保湿性能较强。为此,有研究者将陶粒用于无土栽培、园林绿化等领域,对于陶粒的制备,一直着眼于对陶粒的制备的成本以及陶粒抗压强度和低密度方面进行研究,但都未取得较大的突破,使得陶粒的堆积密度保持在600kg/m3以上,筒压强度在5MPa以下,极大程度的影响着陶粒产品的品质,以及陶粒产品在污水处理方面应用的周期。
磷石膏是磷化工产业产出的固体废弃物,其具有轻质等特征,但由于磷石膏可塑性极差,导致磷石膏在各个领域的应用量较少,如有研究者将磷石膏应用于陶粒制备领域,可并未将磷石膏直接作为主要原料来进行陶粒的制备,而是将其作为少量添加在陶粒主原料中,并经过造粒成型,养护或者烧结等方式获得陶粒。可见,对于现有技术中,陶粒制备过程中,难以大量利用磷石膏作为原料来生产,使得对于磷化工产生的大量固体废弃物的堆存量难以得到缓解。
鉴于此,本研究者在考虑陶粒制备成本以及陶粒密度、抗压强度等综合性能的基础上,将磷石膏作为陶粒制备的主要原料,并添加其他辅料,使得制备的陶粒产品性能较佳,能够用于对污水净化处理,降低污水中有害成分的含量,为用于污水处理的陶粒生产提供一种新思路。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供一种过滤效果好且无污染的磷石膏陶粒制备方法。
具体是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种过滤效果好且无污染的磷石膏陶粒,主要包括磷石膏和粘土,
磷石膏主要成分含量为:硫酸钙50-80份,氧化镁2-8份,二氧化硅10-15份,三氧化二铝1-5份,三氧二铁2-6份。
粘土主要成分含量为:二氧化硅30-50份,三氧化二铁10-20份、三氧化二铝5-10份,三氧化二铁3-10份,氧化钙1-6份,氧化钠1-7份,氧化钾2-6份。
进一步的,一种过滤效果好且无污染的磷石膏陶粒制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将磷石膏烘干至恒重,并研磨成粉末,过100目筛,得磷石膏粉;
(2)将粘土与三聚磷酸钠按照质量比为1:0.3-0.6混合,并研磨,过100目筛,得粘土粉;
(3)将硫化亚铁与三氧化二铝按照质量比为1:1.1混合,并添加硫化亚铁质量2.5-6倍的页岩,研磨,过100目筛,得到页岩粉;
(4)将磷石膏粉、粘土粉、页岩粉按照质量比为7-10:0.3-0.9:1-4混合,拌匀,加水,送入造粒机造粒成型,烧制,即得。
进一步的,所述的步骤(2),粘土与三聚磷酸钠按照质量比为1:0.4混合,所述的步骤(3),页岩添加量为硫化亚铁质量的7倍,所述的步骤(4),磷石膏粉、粘土粉、页岩粉按照质量比为8:0.6:2.3混合.
进一步的,所述的加水,水料质量比为0.1~0.9。所述的成型,颗粒粒径为4-20mm。所述的烧制,是先预热至100℃,再在4min升温至250℃,恒温4min,再在25min升温至1000℃,恒温0.5-1h,在4h降温至常温,即可。
进一步的,所述制备的污水过滤用磷石膏陶粒。堆积密度为356~506kg/m3,筒压强度为11.8~15.4MPa,1h吸水率为4~9%,盐酸可溶率为0.8%。
与现有技术相比,本发明创造的技术效果体现在:
经过将磷石膏制备成磷石膏粉,将粘土经过改性制备成粘土粉,将页岩与硫化亚铁、三氧化二铝相互作用后,制备成页岩粉,并将磷石膏粉、粘土粉、页岩粉进行合理的配比设计,使得磷石膏的利用量较多,粘土、页岩的利用量较低,减少了对自然资源的消耗,实现了对磷化工废弃物的有效利用,降低了成本。
结合将粘土采用三聚磷酸钠进行改性处理,并结合页岩采用硫化亚铁、三氧化二铝进行处理,使得陶粒的结构稳定,并且在烧制过程中,促进孔隙的形成,提高陶粒的孔隙率,增强吸附能力和交换能力,实现对水质的改善功能,提高陶粒的抗压强度,降低堆密度。
经过成型烧结处理,结合原料成分的选择,使得形成大量的钙基无机盐,提高了对水中磷酸盐的去除能力;而且,经过粘土、页岩、磷石膏的合理配比设计,使得陶粒抗压强度较高,而且堆积密度较低,能够长期承受污水冲刷的负荷,延长净化水的周期,降低污水处理成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明的技术方案做进一步的限定,但要求保护的范围不仅局限于所作的描述。
磷石膏主要成分含量为:硫酸钙55-68%,二氧化硅11-20%,三氧化二铝2-5%,三氧二铁1-4%。
粘土主要成分含量为:二氧化硅60.1-60.5%,三氧化二铝11.2-13.5%,三氧化二铁3.8-4.2%,氧化钙5-6%,氧化镁2-3%,氧化钠0.1-0.3%,氧化钾0.2-0.5%。
实施例1
一种过滤效果好且无污染的磷石膏陶粒,主要包括磷石膏和粘土,
磷石膏主要成分含量为:硫酸钙50份,氧化镁2份,二氧化硅10份,三氧化二铝1份,三氧二铁2份。
粘土主要成分含量为:二氧化硅30份,三氧化二铁10份、三氧化二铝5份,三氧化二铁3份,氧化钙1份,氧化钠1份,氧化钾2份。
一种过滤效果好且无污染的磷石膏陶粒制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将磷石膏烘干至恒重,并研磨成粉末,过100目筛,得磷石膏粉;
(2)将粘土与三聚磷酸钠按照质量比为1:0.3-0.6混合,并研磨,过100目筛,得粘土粉;
(3)将硫化亚铁与三氧化二铝按照质量比为1:1.1混合,并添加硫化亚铁质量2.5-6倍的页岩,研磨,过100目筛,得到页岩粉;

实施例2
一种过滤效果好且无污染的磷石膏陶粒,主要包括磷石膏和粘土,
磷石膏主要成分含量为:硫酸钙65份,氧化镁6份,二氧化硅12份,三氧化二铝3份,三氧二铁4份。
粘土主要成分含量为:二氧化硅40份,三氧化二铁15份、三氧化二铝8份,三氧化二铁7份,氧化钙4份,氧化钠5份,氧化钾5份。
一种过滤效果好且无污染的磷石膏陶粒制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将磷石膏烘干至恒重,并研磨成粉末,过100目筛,得磷石膏粉;
(2)将粘土与三聚磷酸钠按照质量比为1:0.3-0.6混合,并研磨,过100目筛,得粘土粉;
(3)将硫化亚铁与三氧化二铝按照质量比为1:1.1混合,并添加硫化亚铁质量2.5-6倍的页岩,研磨,过100目筛,得到页岩粉;
(4)将磷石膏粉、粘土粉、页岩粉按照质量比为7-10:0.3-0.9:1-4混合,拌匀,加水,送入造粒机造粒成型,烧制,即得。
实施例3
磷石膏主要成分含量为:硫酸钙80份,氧化镁8份,二氧化硅15份,三氧化二铝5份,三氧二铁6份。
粘土主要成分含量为:二氧化硅50份,三氧化二铁20份、三氧化二铝10份,三氧化二铁10份,氧化钙6份,氧化钠7份,氧化钾6份。
一种过滤效果好且无污染的磷石膏陶粒制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将磷石膏烘干至恒重,并研磨成粉末,过100目筛,得磷石膏粉;
(2)将粘土与三聚磷酸钠按照质量比为1:0.3-0.6混合,并研磨,过100目筛,得粘土粉;
(3)将硫化亚铁与三氧化二铝按照质量比为1:1.1混合,并添加硫化亚铁质量2.5-6倍的页岩,研磨,过100目筛,得到页岩粉;

Claims (5)

1.一种过滤效果好且无污染的磷石膏陶粒,主要包括磷石膏和粘土,其特征在于,
磷石膏主要成分含量为:硫酸钙50-80份,氧化镁2-8份,二氧化硅10-15份,三氧化二铝1-5份,三氧二铁2-6份。
粘土主要成分含量为:二氧化硅30-50份,三氧化二铁10-20份、三氧化二铝5-10份,三氧化二铁3-10份,氧化钙1-6份,氧化钠1-7份,氧化钾2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水过滤用磷石膏陶粒及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将磷石膏烘干至恒重,并研磨成粉末,过100目筛,得磷石膏粉;
(2)将粘土与三聚磷酸钠按照质量比为1:0.3-0.6混合,并研磨,过100目筛,得粘土粉;
(3)将硫化亚铁与三氧化二铝按照质量比为1:1.1混合,并添加硫化亚铁质量2.5-6倍的页岩,研磨,过100目筛,得到页岩粉;
(4)将磷石膏粉、粘土粉、页岩粉按照质量比为7-10:0.3-0.9:1-4混合,拌匀,加水,送入造粒机造粒成型,烧制,即得。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种过滤效果好且无污染的磷石膏陶粒制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(2),粘土与三聚磷酸钠按照质量比为1:0.4混合,所述的步骤(3),页岩添加量为硫化亚铁质量的7倍,所述的步骤(4),磷石膏粉、粘土粉、页岩粉按照质量比为8:0.6:2.3混合。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种过滤效果好且无污染的磷石膏陶粒制备方法,其特征在于,所述的加水,水料质量比为0.1~0.9。所述的成型,颗粒粒径为4-20mm。所述的烧制,是先预热至100℃,再在4min升温至250℃,恒温4min,再在25min升温至1000℃,恒温0.5-1h,在4h降温至常温,即可。
5.如权利要求2所述的污水过滤用磷石膏陶粒,其特征在于,所述制备的污水过滤用磷石膏陶粒。堆积密度为356~506kg/m3,筒压强度为11.8~15.4MPa,1h吸水率为4~9%,盐酸可溶率为0.8%。
