Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of metallurgical steel rolling, in particular to a push plate fixing structure of a pusher and the pusher.
Background
The pusher is mainly applied to a two-roller reversible rolling mill set for bar production and has wide application in the metallurgical industry. The pusher is arranged at the front and rear stages of the two-roller reversible rolling mill, and pushes round billets or square billets to move on a roller way through a pushing bed. The push plate arranged on the push bed needs to be in direct contact with the blank coming out of the heating furnace so as to complete the positioning and preliminary straightening of the blank.
At present, a fixed structure between a push plate and a pushing bed of a common pusher in a bar production line generally adopts a mode of connecting a locating pin and a bolt, the horizontal direction of the push plate adopts the locating pin, and the vertical direction adopts the bolt connection. In the production and use process, the temperature of the hot blank is about 1000 ℃, the bolt expands and stretches under the action of high temperature, the diameter of the bolt becomes smaller, the bolt connection becomes loose, and the push plate and the pushing bed are often separated; at this time, under the reaction of a large thrust force, the push plate can be seriously deformed, so that equipment is seriously damaged.
In view of this, the present inventors have devised a pusher push plate fixing structure and a pusher for solving the problems of the prior art through trial and error based on production design experience in the field and related fields for many years.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a push plate fixing structure of a pusher and the pusher, which can realize stable and reliable connection between the push plate and a pushing bed.

The specific embodiments of the invention described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not to be construed as limiting the invention in any way. Given the teachings of the present invention, one of ordinary skill in the related art will contemplate any possible modification based on the present invention, and such should be considered to be within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the push plate fixing structure of the pusher provided by the invention, wherein a push plate 10 comprises a horizontal part 11 and a limit part 30 fixedly arranged on the lower surface of one end of the horizontal part 11; a first wedge block 41 is fixedly arranged on the top plate of the pushing bed 20, an accommodating space is formed between the first wedge block 41 and the limiting part 30, and the second wedge block 42 can be accommodated in the accommodating space; the inclined surface side of the first wedge 41 is attached to the inclined surface side of the second wedge 42, and the flat surface side of the second wedge 42 abuts against the stopper 30 to fix the push plate 10 to the top plate of the push bed 20.
The invention also provides a pusher, which is provided with a plurality of pushing beds 20, wherein each pushing bed 20 is provided with a pushing plate 10, and the pushing plate 10 is correspondingly locked on the pushing bed 20 through the fixing structure.
In the invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the inclined plane side of the first wedge 41 and the inclined plane side of the second wedge 42 are attached to each other to form the horizontal limiting assembly 40, and the first wedge 41 and the second wedge 42 are matched through the inclined planes, so that the structure is compact, the connection is reliable, and the horizontal limiting assembly can still reliably work under the conditions of high thrust (straightening force) and high-temperature radiation. Meanwhile, a plane side of the horizontal limiting assembly 40 (a plane side of the second wedge 42) abuts against the limiting portion 30, so that a locking force (the direction of the locking force is from the left side to the right side in fig. 2) is applied to the push plate 10 through the limiting portion 30, and the horizontal positioning of the push plate 10 is completed. Meanwhile, as the limiting part 30 and the horizontal limiting component 40 are in plane contact, the connection is reliable, and even if the push plate 10 expands in a high-temperature environment, the connection cannot be affected, so that the push plate 10 can be continuously and firmly attached to the pushing bed 20.
In an alternative example of the present invention, the push plate 10 further includes a vertical portion 12 connected to the horizontal portion 11, and the vertical portion 12 is fixedly connected to a side plate of the push bed 20 through a vertical limiting member 70. In use, the vertical portion 12 of the push plate 10 is tightly attached to the side wall of the push bed 20, so that the reaction force of the rolled piece can be better transferred to the push bed 20, and the deformation and damage of the push plate 10 are avoided.
In an alternative example of the present invention, a blocking assembly 50 is further provided on the pushing bed 20 to block the second wedge 42 from being pulled out.
In an alternative example of the present invention, the blocking assembly 50 includes a blocking plate 51 fixedly connected to the pushing bed 20 and located at one end of the second wedge 42 having a reduced diameter, and a bolt 52 having a threaded hole formed at an end surface of the reduced diameter end of the second wedge 42, and the bolt 52 penetrates the blocking plate 51 and is screwed into the threaded hole, thereby tightening the second wedge 42 on the blocking plate 51. The second wedge block 42 is tightly attached to the limiting part 30 by tightening the bolt 52, so that the vertical part 12 of the push plate 10 can be tightly attached to the pushing bed 20, and the horizontal positioning of the push plate 10 is ensured. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the first wedge block 41 and the second wedge block 42 are matched through inclined planes, the locking state between the first wedge block 41 and the second wedge block 42 can be kept even if large thrust force is received, and further stability of horizontal positioning of the push plate 10 is guaranteed.
In an alternative example of the present invention, the inclination angle of the inclined surface of the first wedge 41 is the same as the inclination angle of the inclined surface of the second wedge 42.
Preferably, the inclined surface has an inclination angle of 6 to 15 degrees.
In an alternative example of the present invention, the first wedge 41 is welded to the top plate of the pushing bed 20. Of course, the first wedge 41 may be fixedly connected to the top plate in other manners known to those skilled in the art, so as to ensure a stable connection under high temperature conditions.
In an alternative example of the present invention, a second bolt 60 is further provided between the horizontal portion 11 and the top plate of the pushing bed 20, and the second bolt 60 penetrates the horizontal portion 11 and the top plate of the pushing bed 20 to fix the horizontal portion 11 to the top plate.
In the present invention, the limit part 30 and the horizontal limit assembly 40 are matched with each other, mainly to accomplish the horizontal positioning between the push plate 10 and the pushing bed 20, and to improve the stress state of the pushing bed 20, and to prevent the damage of the push plate 10 and the pushing bed 20 when the pusher works. The fixed connection between the push plate 10 and the pushing bed 20 is still realized by means of the second bolt 60, but in the case of providing the limiting part 30 and the horizontal limiting assembly 40, the stressed state of the second bolt 60 is greatly improved, and basically the second bolt is not affected by the horizontal force and is only used for connecting the horizontal part 11 and the top plate of the pushing bed 20 together in the vertical direction. In this way, even if the second bolt 60 is deformed by heat, it is not disturbed by an external force in the horizontal direction, and therefore, it is not loosened and separated.
In an alternative example of the present invention, the vertical limiting member 70 is a mounting key, and the vertical portion 12 and the sidewall of the pushing bed 20 are fixedly connected by the mounting key. The mounting key is mainly used for positioning the push plate 10 in the vertical direction. Specifically, key grooves corresponding to the installation keys are respectively formed in the vertical portion 12 and the pushing bed 20, and the installation keys are arranged in the key grooves. In an alternative example of the present invention, the horizontal portion 11, the vertical portion 12 and the limiting portion 30 of the push plate 10 form an inverted L-shaped structure, and the push plate 10 is made of wear-resistant plate material to extend the service life. Preferably, the push plate 10 may be an alumina abrasion resistant ceramic plate or a composite silicon carbide plate, and those skilled in the art may select other existing abrasion resistant materials according to actual production requirements.
In an alternative example of the present invention, the pushing bed 20 is a welded box structure, which can bear larger thrust force and bending moment, and further prolong the service life of the pushing bed.
The push plate fixing structure of the pusher provided by the invention can be applied to the pusher of the front and rear stages of a two-roller reversible rolling mill, the push plate 20 drives the push plate 10 to push the billet to be positioned in front of the rolling mill and straighten the billet, and the push plate 10 is contacted with a high-temperature billet, receives larger thrust and receives larger heat radiation; because the push plate 10 is positioned by adopting the installation key in the vertical direction, the combined wedge (the first wedge 41, the second wedge 42 and the limiting part 30) is adopted for locking in the horizontal direction, the connection is reliable and stable, and the anti-loose function is realized.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, embodiments of the present invention will now be further described and illustrated in detail with reference to fig. 1 and 2:
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a push plate 10 of the pusher has an inverted L-shaped structure, and has a horizontal portion 11 and a vertical portion 12, and a key groove is provided on a side wall of the vertical portion 12. The pushing bed 20 is of a welded box structure and is provided with a top plate and a side wall, the side wall of the pushing bed 20 is provided with an installation key 70, the upper surface of the top plate of the pushing bed 20 is welded with a first wedge block 41, and the inclined angle of the inclined surface of the first wedge block 41 is consistent with that of the inclined surface of the second wedge block 42.
First, the vertical portion 12 of the pusher plate 10 is brought into contact with the side wall surface of the pusher 20, and the installation key is correspondingly provided in the key groove of the vertical portion 12, and the pusher plate 10 is positioned in the vertical direction by the installation key.
Then, the second wedge 42 is fitted in the first wedge 41, and the flat surface side of the other side of the second wedge 42 is brought into close contact with the stopper 30 on the push plate 10 (i.e., the second wedge 42 is inserted into the space between the first wedge 41 and the stopper 30). A threaded hole is formed in one end surface of the second wedge 42, and the second wedge 42 and the blocking plate 51 are tightened by bolts 52, so that the vertical portion 12 of the push plate 10 is tightly attached to the side wall of the pushing bed 20, and the horizontal positioning of the push plate 10 is completed.
Finally, a second bolt 60 is installed to fix the vertical direction.
A plurality of material stirring hooks can be arranged in the length direction of the pushing bed 20, meanwhile, a plurality of pushing plates 10 can be discontinuously and discontinuously arranged, and a limiting part 30 and a horizontal limiting component 40 are arranged between each pushing plate 10 and the pushing bed 20.

The pusher plate fixing structure of claim 2, wherein the pusher plate is further provided with a blocking assembly for blocking the second wedge from falling off, the blocking assembly comprises a blocking plate and a first bolt, the blocking plate is fixedly connected to the pusher plate and located at one end of the second wedge with a reduced diameter, a threaded hole is formed in the end face of one end of the second wedge with a reduced diameter, and the first bolt penetrates through the blocking plate and is screwed into the threaded hole.

9. The pusher plate securing structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pusher is of welded box construction.
10. A pusher comprising at least one pusher plate mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
