随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对于美的追求也不断提高,大多数女性希望自己能够拥有美丽的外表和细嫩光滑富有弹性的肌肤,但是随着年龄的增长,身体的新陈代新缓慢,人体肌肤会沉淀黑色素,在皮肤角质层形成斑点,出现黑头等,角质层水分含量的降低导致皮肤失去柔软性,产生皱纹。外在因素的影响,如紫外线会破坏表皮基底膜从而导致皮肤弹性低下,形成皱纹。生活不规律,内分泌失调,也会使皮肤干燥暗淡无光泽,长痘。爱美之心人皆有之,好的护肤产品能够使肌肤美白保湿补水,维持皮肤的弹性,对皮肤有修复作用等。
茶叶富含多种成分,如茶多酚,是茶叶中含量最多的一类可溶性成分,也是茶叶发挥其健康保健功效最主要的物质,最典型的代表是儿茶素(酚),具有抗氧化(消除氧自由基)、抗炎、降低心血管病发病几率、预防癌症、降血脂、减少体脂形成、抗菌、改变肠道菌群生态等多项功效。茶色素,主要包括叶绿素、β-胡萝卜素等,具有抗肿癌、延缓衰老以及美容等作用。茶氨酸,能提高大脑功能,增强记忆力和学习能力。对阿尔海默病(老年痴呆症)、帕金森病及自主神经功能紊乱都有预防作用。茶多糖,是一类成分复杂的混合物。茶多糖具有抗辐射、增加白细胞数量、提高免疫力的作用,还能降血糖。民间流传泡饮粗茶治糖尿病的实践,主要就是发挥了茶多糖的作用。日本名古屋大学的研究团队日前发现,茶叶中的吡咯喹啉醌成分具有延缓衰老、延长寿命的功效。吡咯喹啉醌于1970年左右被人们发现,之后的研究表明,其有抗氧化和保护神经的作用,因此常被用于保健产品及化妆品。
面膜通过阻隔肌肤与空气的接触、抑制皮脂分泌和汗水蒸发使肌肤温度上升,肌肤温度上升后,便会促进血液循环,并可软化角质、扩张毛孔使面膜内的有效成分渗入到表皮层或更深、更广的地方,是集清洁、护理、营养于一体的面部皮肤用化妆品,深受广大消费者所喜爱。但是市场上的面膜大都使用化学成分的物质,长期使用对人体造成一定的危害,且有些面膜只是为了达到某种效果就只是添加某种物质,效果并不好。使用天然成分的面膜其成分搭配上不够完善,比如使用较为单一的天然成分,对于皮肤护理只能侧重于一个方面,不能从整体上改善皮肤的状况。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供一种纯天然茶叶护肤面膜,按照重量份计为:茶叶提取物30-50份、天然胶黏物质10-20份、蜂王浆5-10份、稳定剂1-3份、保湿剂1-3份、超纯水60-80份、抑菌剂0.01-0.1份。
优选的,所述稳定剂为黄原胶。
优选的,所述保湿剂为氨基酸保湿剂。
优选的,所述抑菌剂由质量比为1:1的柠檬酸钾、丙酸钠混合而成。
本发明所述的纯天然茶叶护肤面膜的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制取茶叶提取物:将新鲜采摘的茶叶清洗干净后打浆,所得浆液胶磨2-3次,用超滤膜过滤,得到滤渣A和滤液B;将滤渣A与其质量10-15倍的提取液混合,加热到80-90℃,经超声波处理20-25min,然后将温度降低至35-40℃,经超滤膜过滤,得到滤液C;所得滤液C经减压浓缩至含水量为3-5%得到浸提物;将所得浸提物与滤液B混合得到所述茶叶提取物;所述提取液由质量比为3:8:1的超纯水、食用乙醇、乙酸混合而得;
(2)取天然胶黏物质:将荠菜、佛手、枸橼、白芨、石花菜混合,在臭氧溶液中浸泡3-5min,然后在50-55℃烘干制成粉末,将所得粉末放置于超临界萃取罐内,密封,充入CO2,进行第一次萃取,得到萃取物C;向超临界萃取罐内剩余滤渣中加入夹带剂,进行第二次萃取,分离得到萃取物D;将萃取物C、D混合即得所述天然胶黏物质;所述荠菜、佛手、枸橼、白芨、石花菜的质量比为1:1:1:5:7;所述臭氧溶液中的臭氧浓度为0.3-0.5mg/L;
(3)调配:将蜂王浆、稳定剂、保湿剂、超纯水、抑菌剂加热到50-60℃搅拌20-30min,再加入茶叶提取物、天然胶黏物质搅拌均匀,经高压均质冷却即得所述面膜。
优选的,所述夹带剂由质量比为0.11%的氢氧化钙溶液和食用乙醇按照质量比1:7混合而成。
有益效果
本发明通过合适的工艺参数,最大化的提取出茶叶中的活性成分,荠菜、佛手、枸橼、白芨、石花菜中的黏性多糖、黄酮、苷类等活性成分提取出来,然后再进行科学搭配,使得制作出来的面膜细腻润滑,稳定性好,均一度高,味道馨香,使用面膜的时候不但可以完美护肤,还能清新醒脑,从皮肤表面到味觉、触觉的深层次上给人愉悦感,增强人体皮肤对于面膜中有效成分的吸收。
本发明通过针对性的使用提取剂和夹带剂,有效提取出原料中的水溶性成分和醇溶性成分,使得制作出来的面膜可以增强表面皮肤的细胞血液循环,提高细胞新陈代谢,增强细胞通透性,使得表面皮肤可以快速清除代谢物,减少表面粉刺、黑头、脂肪粒等出现,有效护肤美白,实用效果显著。
具体实施方式
下面结核具体的实施方式来对本发明的技术方案做进一步的限定,但要求保护的范围不仅局限于所作的描述。
以下实施例所用氨基酸保湿剂由江苏和全食品配料有限公司提供。
实施例1
一种纯天然茶叶护肤面膜,按照重量份计为:茶叶提取物30份、天然胶黏物质10份、蜂王浆5份、稳定剂1份、保湿剂1份、超纯水60份、抑菌剂0.01份;其中,所述稳定剂为黄原胶;所述保湿剂为氨基酸保湿剂;所述抑菌剂由质量比为1:1的柠檬酸钾、丙酸钠混合而成。
本发明的纯天然茶叶护肤面膜的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制取茶叶提取物:将新鲜采摘的茶叶清洗干净后打浆,所得浆液胶磨2次,用超滤膜过滤,得到滤渣A和滤液B;将滤渣A与其质量10倍的提取液混合,加热到80℃,经超声波处理20min,然后将温度降低至35℃,经超滤膜过滤,得到滤液C;所得滤液C经减压浓缩至含水量为3%得到浸提物;将所得浸提物与滤液B混合得到所述茶叶提取物;所述提取液由质量比为3:8:1的超纯水、食用乙醇、乙酸混合而得;
(2)取天然胶黏物质:将荠菜、佛手、枸橼、白芨、石花菜混合,在臭氧溶液中浸泡3min,然后在50℃烘干制成粉末,将所得粉末放置于超临界萃取罐内,密封,充入CO2,进行第一次萃取,得到萃取物C;向超临界萃取罐内剩余滤渣中加入夹带剂,进行第二次萃取,分离得到萃取物D;将萃取物C、D混合即得所述天然胶黏物质;所述荠菜、佛手、枸橼、白芨、石花菜的质量比为1:1:1:5:7;所述臭氧溶液中的臭氧浓度为0.3mg/L;所述夹带剂由质量比为0.11%的氢氧化钙溶液和食用乙醇按照质量比1:7混合而成。
(3)调配:将蜂王浆、稳定剂、保湿剂、超纯水、抑菌剂加热到50℃搅拌20min,再加入茶叶提取物、天然胶黏物质搅拌均匀,经高压均质冷却即得所述面膜。
实施例2
一种纯天然茶叶护肤面膜,按照重量份计为:茶叶提取物50份、天然胶黏物质20份、蜂王浆10份、稳定剂3份、保湿剂3份、超纯水80份、抑菌剂0.1份;其中,所述稳定剂为黄原胶;所述保湿剂为氨基酸保湿剂;所述抑菌剂由质量比为1:1的柠檬酸钾、丙酸钠混合而成。
本发明的纯天然茶叶护肤面膜的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制取茶叶提取物:将新鲜采摘的茶叶清洗干净后打浆,所得浆液胶磨3次,用超滤膜过滤,得到滤渣A和滤液B;将滤渣A与其质量15倍的提取液混合,加热到90℃,经超声波处理25min,然后将温度降低至40℃,经超滤膜过滤,得到滤液C;所得滤液C经减压浓缩至含水量为5%得到浸提物;将所得浸提物与滤液B混合得到所述茶叶提取物;所述提取液由质量比为3:8:1的超纯水、食用乙醇、乙酸混合而得;
(2)取天然胶黏物质:将荠菜、佛手、枸橼、白芨、石花菜混合,在臭氧溶液中浸泡5min,然后在55℃烘干制成粉末,将所得粉末放置于超临界萃取罐内,密封,充入CO2,进行第一次萃取,得到萃取物C;向超临界萃取罐内剩余滤渣中加入夹带剂,进行第二次萃取,分离得到萃取物D;将萃取物C、D混合即得所述天然胶黏物质;所述荠菜、佛手、枸橼、白芨、石花菜的质量比为1:1:1:5:7;所述臭氧溶液中的臭氧浓度为0.5mg/L;所述夹带剂由质量比为0.11%的氢氧化钙溶液和食用乙醇按照质量比1:7混合而成。
(3)调配:将蜂王浆、稳定剂、保湿剂、超纯水、抑菌剂加热到60℃搅拌30min,再加入茶叶提取物、天然胶黏物质搅拌均匀,经高压均质冷却即得所述面膜。
实施例3
一种纯天然茶叶护肤面膜,按照重量份计为:茶叶提取物35份、天然胶黏物质15份、蜂王浆6份、稳定剂2份、保湿剂2份、超纯水70份、抑菌剂0.08份;其中,所述稳定剂为黄原胶;所述保湿剂为氨基酸保湿剂;所述抑菌剂由质量比为1:1的柠檬酸钾、丙酸钠混合而成。
本发明的纯天然茶叶护肤面膜的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制取茶叶提取物:将新鲜采摘的茶叶清洗干净后打浆,所得浆液胶磨2次,用超滤膜过滤,得到滤渣A和滤液B;将滤渣A与其质量15倍的提取液混合,加热到80℃,经超声波处理20min,然后将温度降低至40℃,经超滤膜过滤,得到滤液C;所得滤液C经减压浓缩至含水量为5%得到浸提物;将所得浸提物与滤液B混合得到所述茶叶提取物;所述提取液由质量比为3:8:1的超纯水、食用乙醇、乙酸混合而得;
(2)取天然胶黏物质:将荠菜、佛手、枸橼、白芨、石花菜混合,在臭氧溶液中浸泡5min,然后在50℃烘干制成粉末,将所得粉末放置于超临界萃取罐内,密封,充入CO2,进行第一次萃取,得到萃取物C;向超临界萃取罐内剩余滤渣中加入夹带剂,进行第二次萃取,分离得到萃取物D;将萃取物C、D混合即得所述天然胶黏物质;所述荠菜、佛手、枸橼、白芨、石花菜的质量比为1:1:1:5:7;所述臭氧溶液中的臭氧浓度为0.4mg/L;所述夹带剂由质量比为0.11%的氢氧化钙溶液和食用乙醇按照质量比1:7混合而成。
(3)调配:将蜂王浆、稳定剂、保湿剂、超纯水、抑菌剂加热到50℃搅拌30min,再加入茶叶提取物、天然胶黏物质搅拌均匀,经高压均质冷却即得所述面膜。
试验例
1本发明面膜的小鼠皮肤老化试验
选择80只小鼠,雌雄各半,重量在253-275g之间,随机分为两组,每组40只,雌鼠20只,雄鼠20只,标记为对照组和实验组;将两组小鼠背部的毛剔除,剔除面积为长宽5cm的范围,将对照组和实验组小鼠固定,在UVA和UVB光源下照射,每天照射一次,每次UVA的照射剂量为2J/cm2、UVB的照射剂量为0.006J/cm2,照射1个月;实验组每次照射后,对于脱毛区涂抹本发明面膜;对照组照射后,对于脱毛区涂抹蒸馏水。试验最后一次照射后,将两组豚鼠处死,检测脱毛区的羟脯氨酸含量。
试验结果
羟脯氨酸是胶原蛋白的特有氨基酸,皮肤老化的主要原因是胶原组织中羟脯氨酸的含量减少造成胶原蛋白的溶解度降低。本实验证明了使用本发明面膜后,皮肤表面的羟脯氨酸含量提高,胶原蛋白可溶性增加,皮肤老化得到有效遏制。所以本发明面膜可以有效解决皮肤老化问题。
2本发明面膜的实际使用效果
选择年龄为25-50岁的面部有晒斑和黄褐斑的志愿者213人,所有志愿者面部皮肤并无其他皮肤疾病和外部伤口,志愿者在睡前清洁皮肤后,用凉开水冲洗皮肤,按摩2-3min面部皮肤后使用涂抹本发明面膜,面膜敷15min后,在面部盖一块干净的45℃的湿毛巾,按摩面部3min,然后清洗面部面膜即可;使用本发明面膜2个月后,检测志愿者皮肤恢复状况。晒斑和黄褐斑消失为痊愈;晒斑和黄褐斑大面积减少为显著;晒斑和黄褐斑明显减轻为有效;晒斑和黄褐斑没有明显变化为无效。
实验结果
由表可以看出,使用本发明面膜后总有效人数为209人,总有效率为98.12%。并且所有志愿者反应,试验之后,皮肤弹性更胜以前,整体皮肤舒爽度明显提高。
在此有必要指出的是,以上实施例和试验例仅限于对本发明的技术方案做进一步的阐述和理解,不能理解为对本发明的技术方案做进一步的限定,本领域技术人员作出的非突出实质性特征和显著进步的发明创造,仍然属于本发明的保护范畴。
Claims (6)
1.一种纯天然茶叶护肤面膜,其特征在于,按照重量份计为:茶叶提取物30-50份、天然胶黏物质10-20份、蜂王浆5-10份、稳定剂1-3份、保湿剂1-3份、超纯水60-80份、抑菌剂0.01-0.1份。
2.如权利要求1所述的纯天然茶叶护肤面膜,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为黄原胶。
3.如权利要求1所述的纯天然茶叶护肤面膜,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为氨基酸保湿剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的纯天然茶叶护肤面膜,其特征在于,所述抑菌剂由质量比为1:1的柠檬酸钾、丙酸钠混合而成。
5.一种纯天然茶叶护肤面膜的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制取茶叶提取物:将新鲜采摘的茶叶清洗干净后打浆,所得浆液胶磨2-3次,用超滤膜过滤,得到滤渣A和滤液B;将滤渣A与其质量10-15倍的提取液混合,加热到80-90℃,经超声波处理20-25min,然后将温度降低至35-40℃,经超滤膜过滤,得到滤液C;所得滤液C经减压浓缩至含水量为3-5%得到浸提物;将所得浸提物与滤液B混合得到所述茶叶提取物;所述提取液由质量比为3:8:1的超纯水、食用乙醇、乙酸混合而得;
(2)取天然胶黏物质:将荠菜、佛手、枸橼、白芨、石花菜混合,在臭氧溶液中浸泡3-5min,然后在50-55℃烘干制成粉末,将所得粉末放置于超临界萃取罐内,密封,充入CO2,进行第一次萃取,得到萃取物C;向超临界萃取罐内剩余滤渣中加入夹带剂,进行第二次萃取,分离得到萃取物D;将萃取物C、D混合即得所述天然胶黏物质;所述荠菜、佛手、枸橼、白芨、石花菜的质量比为1:1:1:5:7;所述臭氧溶液中的臭氧浓度为0.3-0.5mg/L;
(3)调配:将蜂王浆、稳定剂、保湿剂、超纯水、抑菌剂加热到50-60℃搅拌20-30min,再加入茶叶提取物、天然胶黏物质搅拌均匀,经高压均质冷却即得所述面膜。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种纯天然茶叶护肤面膜的制作方法,其特征在于,所述夹带剂由质量比为0.11%的氢氧化钙溶液和食用乙醇按照质量比1:7混合而成。
